기업가지향성, 혁신역량, 흡수역량이 중소제조기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 : 기술혁신성과의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 논문에서는 기업가지향성, 혁신역량, 흡수역량이 중소제조기업의 기술혁신성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 관계를 분석함과 동시에 각 요인들이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 기술혁신성과의 매개효과를 규명해 보고자 한다. 실증분석을 위해 1,200개 중소제조기업을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 237개의 응답 자료를 수집하였다. 구조방정식 모델을 활용하여 분석한 결과, 첫째, 기업가지향성, 혁신역량, 흡수역량은 기술혁신성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가지향성은 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기술혁신성과의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 기업가지향성은 부분 매개효과가 나타난 반면에 혁신역량 및 흡수역량은 완전 매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 학술적 기여는 기업가지향성 분야의 연구와 혁신 분야의 연구를 통합 분석하여 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 점은 기존 연구들과 비교하여 본 연구가 차별성을 가지는 측면이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 실무적 시사점을 제시한다면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소제조기업이 기업성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 기업가지향성의 3가지 차원인 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성을 향상시키려는 노력이 필요할 것이다. 둘째, 중소제조기업은 높은 수준의 내부 혁신역량을 통해 기업성과를 증대시킬 수 있으며, 셋째, 이러한 혁신성과를 창출하기 위해서는 흡수역량을 강화하여 외부자원들을 적극적으로 활용하는 것이 중요하다.

Due to various industrial accident that occur to the staff in the broadcasting production sites, the issue of safety at the broadcast production site is becoming a social issue. Nevertheless, not many researches have been carried out on the actual conditions of the staff's production environment and its safety issues. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to prepare a countermeasure based on engineering knowledge by analyzing working environment to improve the poor working environment of staff. First, this study analyzed statistical data of industrial accidents over the past five years to find out the current status of disasters at broadcasting production sites. As a result, the intensity of the accident was not weak in that the loss days was more than one month in 85% of accident. In addition, the type of accident was high in the fall/trip accidents. Second, this study visited 10 broadcasting production sites for risk assessment. By analyzing the characteristics of the working environment and 104 questionnaires, we predicted the types of accidents that can occur in the broadcasting production site. As a result, accident types such as fall, collision, and trip were relatively high, similar to the characteristics of construction site. Third, it was possible to quantify the scale of the risk in the broadcasting production, and as a result, the quantity of temporary structure and accident risk were proportional. In other words, this study analyzes broadcasting work environment and defines risk factors based on safety engineering knowledge. Finally, this study suggested a guideline to improve the safety of the broadcasting production site.

Objectives : Moxibustion-related standards have been established by organizations such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the Korean Standards Association (KSA), among others. Methods : We summarized moxibustion-related standards that have been published by ISO and KSA. Results : Technical Committees 249 (ISO/TC 249), which was established in 2009, has been established moxibustion devices standards in working group (WG) 4. International standards have been established for moxibustion devices, smokeless moxibustion devices, moxa floss quality, and electric heating moxibustion equipment. Work on international standards for infrared moxibustion-like instruments and moxibustion device terminology is currently in progress. Conclusions : Korea has taken a central role establishing international standards for a wide range of moxibustion devices, supported by fundamental research data in this field. To continue its influence in establishing these international standards, further studies providing the basis for moxibustion device standardization are required.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate how the smart phones influence on well-being behavior of university students. Methods: The data were collected from 204 university students, those answered questionnaires from August 20, 2011 to September 3, 2011. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 program with t-test and ANOVA. Results: The well-being behavior was classified into dependence, obsession, disorder, compulsion. The mean value of all the questions was 2.1 9(sd=l.23), compulsion (mean=2.46) was the highest among the elements, Gender significantly affected the dependence (p=0.00l) and compulsion (p0=0.0l2), Major field of study affected the dependence (p=0.004) and disorder (p=0.003), Using time showed the significant difference in dependence (p=0.006) and compulsion (p=0.005). There was not significant between major usage and well-being behavior, Conclusions: The result suggest that smart phone affects on well-being behavior in university students and it is related to gender, major field of study and using time.
소형무인기 체계 적용 사례를 통한 무인기 감항인증 발전방안 연구

근래에 들어 무인기에 대한 관심이 매우 높아져 있으며, 전 세계적으로 군용뿐 아니라 민간에서도 무인기를 활발하게 개발하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 관심과 함께 무인기 비행 안전성 확보 및 감항인증에 대한 문제도 대두되고 있다. 많은 나라가 드론, 즉 무인기에 대한 가장 큰 문제점으로 ‘안전’을 꼽고 있으며, 이러한 안전을 확보하기 위해 미국, 유럽 등 선진국 뿐 아니라 우리나라에서도 무인기 감항인증 관련 법규정 및 제도 등을 개선하고 발전하기 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 개발이 완료되어 형식인증을 획득한 군용 소형무인기 체계의 감항인증 적용 사례를 통해 소형무인기 체계의 감항인증 적용 방법 및 무인기 감항인증의 제약사항을 살펴보고 국내 여건에 맞는 무인기체계 감항인증에 대한 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. Today, Many people is concerned about UAV(Unmanned Air Vehicle) and the UAV market for military and civil use is very activated. So, There is a large range of opinion on the problem of Safety of Flight and Airworthiness Certification for UAV. This paper shows the case of development for small military UAV and put the idea of direction of improvement for UAV airworthiness certification.
부침 이해를 위한 문헌 비교: 경근, 근막동통이론, 완과침 그리고 부침

Objectives : Floating acupuncture (FA) is a kind of newly developed acupuncture technique that contains its own apparatus. The technique has unique points that the body of the acupuncture needle stays intradermal space and manipulation is performed by shaking the needle horizontally; after manipulation, part of the needle remained in the intradermal space for 2∼3 days. FA is not a common acupuncture methodology while various clinical study claims its efficacy on musculoskeletal disorders. In this study, the authors aimed to enhance the use of FA by comparing related theories. Methods : The authors reviewed classics, books, and articles related to FA, Meridian Muscle (MM), Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS), and Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture (WAA), and compared its characteristics by related theory, related symptoms, apparatus, and performing procedures. Results : FA was related and had various common parts with MM, MPS, and WAA, however, there were unique parts in the manipulation, apparatus, and stimulation location. FA is based on MM and MPS which pointing ‘ashi points’ or ‘trigger points’ as a treating target while FA does not stimulate the points directly. FA also targets subcutaneous space by inserting the needle horizontally as WAA does, while FA remains the needle handle part in the subcutaneous area for 2∼3 days for more stimulation. Conclusions : FA has a unique manipulation procedure and potential benefit for musculoskeletal disorders despite the crude theological base written by Fu himself. Thus, developing a new explanation and patient-friendly methodology/apparatus is required for further down-to-earth studies.

Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA) technique has been widely used to detect vascular diseases and hemodynamic parameters noninvasively. However, there factors in fluencing the resultant DSA image quality. In this paper, several important factors are suggested to improve the DSA image quality based on mathematicical analysis. Experimental DSA images for different filters are shown and also dicussed the difference between original and processed image qualities.
