A Study on Requirement analysis process for the practical guidance of e-Navigation SQA guideline

The maritime industry has been developing e-Navigation strategy for safety navigation. The implementation of e-Navigation strategy will cause many needs for developing new software increasingly. For this reason, IMO referred to importance of software quality and endorsed the e-Navigation SQA/HCD guideline as an official IMO document. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop a practical guidance to apply the guideline. This paper describes the elicitation results about the detailed actions of requirement analysis stage based on quality standards. Also, the improvement measure is proposed in this paper.

This paper aims to integrate mode, line, and frequency for a new transit line. The model has a bi-level structure in which the upper level of the model is formulated to determine mode selection, line configuration, and frequency, whereas the lower level of the model is formulated to determine mode share and link flows in order to reflect travelers’ behaviors related to choices of modes and routes. An application of the proposed model uses a test network. The results of this application show that the proposed model performs better than the existing methods. The model realistically simulates the influence of a new transit line on its surrounding network by reflecting changes in travelers’ behaviors according to the transit line’s construction, and it also provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the feasibility of the planned investment in a new transit system.
선박안전운항지원 시스템의 선저여유수심관리 정보구현과 실선 테스트

The International Maritime Organization has released e-Navigation strategies for marine environment and maritime safety. The International Hydrographic Organization has developed the S-100 standard as a new version of hydrographic information standard expanded existing hydrographic to maritime and related issues. As part of this, a discussion on real-time based under-keel clearance management was conducted by the S-129 project and its product specification which is the official standard was endorsed by IHO in May 2019. This standard provides information that help ship navigators to make decisions of turns as ships‘ going. This paper describes the standard of under-keel clearance management, implementation feature of the standard and the onboard test. UN산하 국제해사기구에서 해양환경 및 해사안전을 목표로 e-Navigation 전략을 발표하면서 새로운 정보 표현에 대한 요구가 증가하였다. 국제수로기구는 기존 항해정보 표준과 지리정보 표준을 결합하여 새로운 수로 정보 표준으로 S-100 표준을 개발하였다. 국제해사기구는 공통 해사 데이터 구조로 불리는 데이터 교환 표준 형식으로 S-100 표준을 승인하였다. 그 일환으로 실시간 기반 선저여유수심관리에 대한 논의가 S-129 프로젝트로 진행되어 2019년 5월 최종 승인되었다. 이 서비스는 선박 운항중 선체가 해저면과 부딪치게 되는 사고를 줄이기 위해 항해사에게 변침에 관한 의사결정에 도움이 되는 정보를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 선저여유수심관리 표준에 대해 살펴보고 표준의 구현과 실선테스트에 대해 기술한다.
