The basic factor that affect wear performance is the wear characteristics, which come from sliding friction between rubber compound and road. Thus, this study focused on friction and wear of rubber. This paper briefly explain some characteristics of friction and wear referring to the papers on wear of rubber that scholars researched on. Research activities to predict the performance of the rubber wear is also explained.

A steam expander has been studied for its usability as a power conversion device in a Rankine cycle, which can be used for on site power generation or waste heat recovery. Design of swash plate type expander has been practiced and its performance has been estimated. With the steam pressure and temperature of 35bar and 300℃ at the expander inlet, respectively, it was calculated that the expander produced the shaft power output of about 5㎾ from steam energy of 35㎾. Adiabatic and mechanical efficiencies of the designed expander were 86.5% and 96.7%, respectively. With the volumetric efficiency of 90%, the total efficiency of the expander was 75.3%.

CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBECTIVES While the subjects of earlier researches were only limited to sales prices of apartments, this thesis aims to carry out analysis on both the sales prices and the Chonsei prices of apartments in Seoul. The writer used random values for 4699 apartments in Seoul, or instrumental variables for values when impossible of presumption. To prevent data preponderance, data is distributed evenly to each district. Based on the analysis of the apartment prices in Seoul, this research analyzes Chonsei prices by applying the same descriptive variables. The result of analysis shows comsumers' preferences for occupancy patterns and differences between sales prices and Chonsei prices based on measurable factors. (2) RESEARCH METHOD ANALYSIS : semi-log & Hedonic Function, Multiple Regression Analysis (3) RESEARCH RESULTS In this article, the determining factors of apartment sales prices and Chonsei prices have been analyzed and influential power of each factor has been measured. First, it describes fluctuation in prices, which is caused by the difference between sales prices and Chonsei prices, and it also describes the differences among various price-determining factors. Second, it describes factors that influence the consumers' choices between sales or Chonsei. Third, it describes how different concepts of possession influence the price determining factors. 2. RESULTS As a result, there are three factors that influence determination of prices for apartments: internal factors such as size of the space, exposure, and level, area factors including distance from downtown and transportation facilities and finally surrounding factors such as presence of schools and parks, and the educational level of the area. As the result of the analysis, sales prices and Chonsei prices were found both high in the areas with good view and recreation facilities such as parks. The descriptive variables obtained similar results. The minus (-) exterior factors such as air pollution, pillar complex, age of the building, and exposure are found to be the factors that hinder rising of prices. As the floor space increases, the prices can rise relatively high. Consequently, household that own apartments with larger floor size profits more. 3. 공간정보산업의 재무분석

본 연구는 공간정보산업분류에 대한 시계열 재무분석이다. 재무분석을 통해 재무적 산업구조를 파악을 위한 연구이며 공간정보산업의 변화를 추정하는 연구이다. 공간정보산업의 구조적 특성과 업종별 효과 제시및 공간정보산업 육성을 위한 정책과 전략 수립에 활용하고자 진행된 연구이다. 본 연구의 세부 목적은 공간정보산업을 대상으로 산업 구조분석 및 재무분석을 통해 공간정보산업의 업역의특성과 공간정보산업의 성격과 형태를 파악하는 것이다. 공간정보기업을 추출하고 산업분류 상의 대분류, 소분류를 구분한 뒤 전체 산업 대비 공간정보산업의 비중과 세분류별 공간정보산업의 규모와 비중을 분석한다. 산업 현황을 고찰하기 위한 재무지표로는 성장성, 수익성, 생산성 지표를 적용하였다. 세부 지표로는 성장성은매출액증가율을, 수익성은 자기자본이익율(ROE), 총자산순이율(ROA), 안정성은 부가가치율을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 기여는 다음과 같다. 공간정보산업 분류는 현재까지도 구체적이고 상세하지 않은 상황이며 산업의 범위와 규모에 대한 추정이나 정의도 확실하지 않다. 융복합 특성을 갖는 공간정보산업은 지속적인 확장과변화를 맞이하고 있어 지속적이고 체계적인 방식의 산업 현황조사와 구조분석이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라본 연구는 산업구조 분석 그리고 재무분석을 통해 공간정보산업을 새로운 관점에서 분석함으로써, 공간정보산업 발전을 위한 기초적 연구로서의 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

The purpose of this study was to provide effective business information in the age of Covid-19 through IPA method on the bowling center. to achieve these goal, a total of 183 usable data were analyzed according to the following procedures. EFA, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics and IPA analysis. Based on this, the following results were obtained. Firstly. 1 quadrant included cleanliness, business hours, rain oil & dry condition, share SNS information, employee kindness, employee responsibility, cost of lesson. 2 quadrant included pin arrange system, parking facilities, cost of game. 3 quadrant included number of lanes, rain clearance, supplementary facilities, employee uniform, cost of shoes rental. Fourthly. 4 quadrant included employee expertise.

The goal of this study was to suggest holistic science teaching of ecological view for open classroom. In order to attain the goal of this study used literature review as its main point about theory of holistic education and theory of science teaching on ecological approach for open classroom. This study was carried out through the process of steps as follows : 1. Open classroom for ecological view : Gaia theory of ecology, Ecological approach on learning, Toward ecological classroom. 2. Science teaching on ecological approach : Toward new science teaching of open classroom, motivation in the ecological classroom, holistic science teaching mode and implications for open classroom. The major findings of this study was holistic science teaching mode of ecological views : physical - sensory mode, left - brain mode, right - brain mode, affective mode, combing mode for learning.

Traditional funeral rites are a research topic suitable for understanding the long-time emotional behavioral characteristics of a nation. This is because inherent spiritual worlds such as local beliefs, ideologies, and religions possessed by family groups and societies in the afterlife are inherent. Therefore in this paper, the research aims to examine the socio-cultural characteristics unique to the Vietnamese people and to improve the understanding of the Vietnamese people and their families and society through the study of Vietnamese traditions. In this study, we regard the family customs of the late 17th century, where Vietnamese began to carry out the above-mentioned example with the formalities and procedures for the first time, based on the Zhu Xi`s Family Rituals. And we will study the above-mentioned traditional example of the Kinh tribe, which accounts for about 88% of the total population of the 54 ethnic groups of the multi-ethnic nation. We will also study the traditional example described above, which is universally rooted in all areas of Vietnam. As a research method, a narrative that comprehensively analyzes relevant information of Tho Mai Gia Le original text and its translated or re-edited domestic and foreign reference materials, which are accepted as traditional teaching guidelines of Vietnam today Take the way. The structure of this article will be examined in Chapter 2 on the inflow process of the Zhu Xi`s Family Rituals into Vietnam and the formation process of the Vietnamese tradition. In Chapter 3, we will look at each procedure of the Vietnamese tradition and the unique concept of the procedure ritual. In the conclusion of Chapter 4, we comprehensively summarize the contents of each chapter.
