In the modern society based on information and communication, which is exposed to the risks of a lot of information security breaches, corporate information assets may be an economical scale in a country. Most of damages derived from corporate technological information leak often occur in small and medium corporations. Although many information security managers in corporations have focused on certification systems such as information security management system, small and medium corporations are poorly aware of the information security, and their environments surrounding it should be also improved. In addition, it is difficult to expect spontaneous participations in it, since the sustainable information security management systems are often not forced to be certified. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine plans to improve small and medium corporations' technological protections by using some component of the information security management system. On the basis of this examination, it also attempts to discuss some methods for effective and efficient information security in the small and medium corporations' technological protections.

왜 BTS는 샤오펀홍(小粉红)의 타깃이 되었는가?

BTS, South Korea’s leading idol, has become a global cultural icon. However, despite BTS’s global cultural prominence, its reception in China has been fraught with controversies, encompassing issues ranging from RM’s acceptance speech of the Van Fleet Award to Jimin’s birthday tribute to RM’s support to the short track speed skating at the Beijing Olympics. Since President Xi Jinping took power, the strategy of “Chinese Dream(中國夢)” has led to reinforcement of Chinese nationalism and patriotism. China’s aspiration to assert itself as a global center faces challenges in gaining external recognition. Especially in the cultural sphere, it is difficult to take the initiative even in East Asia due to the dominance and proliferation of the Korean Wave pose significant obstacles. After the implement of ‘Korea limitation order’, China pushed out the Korean wave and dominated domestic cultural industry and market with its own content, but it is still struggling to eliminate the influence of Korean wave. As a result, with its symbolic entity, BTS has emerged as a convenient target for China. Unlike other K-pop idols, BTS is not primarily aiming for the Chinese market and is exclusively composed of South Korean members, further exacerbating tensions. Originally indicating Chinese patriotic sentiments, ‘Little pink(Xiaofenhong, 小粉紅)’, now refers to a generation shaped by intensified patriotic education under Xi Jinping’s leadership, fervently idolizing China as ‘Brother China.’ Consequently, Little pink and ARMY(BTS fans) often clash over issues related to BTS. The battle between ARMY and Little pink for ‘Tannies (BTS fans’ term for BTS members)’ and ‘Brother China’ resemble a conflict between rival fandoms. But their conflict is deeply entrenched. It’s rooted in China’s fandom of patriotism through the objectification of the state as an idol, and rising ultra-patriotism in South Korea, which has been reinforced by the global spread of the Korean Wave. The Pyeongchang and Beijing Winter Olympics, where “cultural celebration” showcased the national identities of both countries, BTS as a K-Pop idol group became a “scapegoat” for Chinese patriotic netizens. The slander directed at BTS by these netizens, coupled with Chinese governmental sanctions, underscores the deep-rooted conflict between China and South Korea since the establishment of diplomatic relations three decades ago. The recent escalation in Korea-China relations can be attributed to ‘anxious nationalism,’ exemplified and magnified in the targeted assault on BTS led by China’s Little pink.

바이오 연료를 포함한 로켓연료의 연료 및 연소 특성

최근 국제사회 이슈인 에너지 문제 대안으로 재생 가능 에너지가 각광받고 있다. 그 중 제 3세대 바이오 연료로 제시된 미세조류는 태양에너지를 이용하여 광합성을 하는 해양 생물체이다. 본 논문은 미세조류로부터 추출한 바이오 연료를 연료 및 연소 특성에 따라 비교 분석하였다. 연료 특성 측면에서 비교 대상은 로켓연료 RP-1, 항공유 JP-4로 하였다. 바이오 연료와 JP-4의 연료 특성을 비교함으로써 간접적으로 RP-1의 연료 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 또한 연소의 특성 측면에서는 RP-1, JP-4, RP-1 & 바이오 연료의 혼합비율에 따라 CEA 코드를 사용하여 비추력, 화염 온도를 비교하여 판단하였다. Recently, renewable energy can be considered as an alternative solution to current global issue of energy depletion. Algae-bio fuel, one of third generation bio fuels, is a bio product from sea plant, algae. This study focuses on the feasibility of algae-bio fuel as one component of synthetic bio fuel. Special attentions are made on the fuel characteristics of freezing and boiling point of algae-bio fuel by comparing those in hydrocarbon fuel such as RP-1 and JP-4. Also, flame temperature and specific impulse of algae-bio fuel are calculated by CEA code and compared with fossil fuel as a function of weight percentage of bio fuel. Results show that algae-bio fuel can be a good candidate of possible component of synthetic bio fuel for Gas Turbine engine and Liquid Rocket propellant.

교류분석 부모교육 프로그램이 부모효능감과 의사소통에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 교류분석 부모교육 프로그램을 초등학생 학부모 10명에게 적용하여 부모효능감과 의사소통에 미치는 효과성을 검증함으로써 교류분석 부모교육 프로그램의 활용가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. 교류분석 부모교육 프로그램은 주 1회, 하루 90분씩 총 8회로 실시되었으며 프로그램의 효과성은 실험 대상의 부모효능감과 의사소통 척도를 사용하여 검증하였다. 분석은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하였으며 비모수검증인 Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed-Ranks Test와 Mann-Whitney U Test로 효과성을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 교류분석 부모교육 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 부모들은 부모효능감과 의사소통이 높아졌으며 통제집단의 부모들은 변화가 없었다. 본 연구를 통해 부모들의 부모효능감과 의사소통 향상을 위한 부모교육 프로그램의 활용가능성을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the possibility of applying the Transactional analysis parent education program by verifying the efficacy of the Transactional analysis parent education program on the parents’ efficacy and communication by applying to 10 elementary school parents. Transactional analysis parent education program was conducted 8 times a week, 90 minutes a day. The effectiveness of the program was verified by using the parents’ efficacy and communication scale. The SPSS 21.0 was used for the analysis of the effectiveness of the program, and the non-parametric Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed- Ranks Test and the Mann-Whitney U Test were used. As a result, Parents who participated in the exchange analysis Transactional analysis parent education program increased effectiveness and communication, while parents in the control group did not change. Through this study, we confirmed the possibility of using parent education program to improve parents’ efficacy and communication.

한한령 시기 한류 전파에서 팬과 팬덤의 역할과 의의 ― 중국 내 <아스달 연대기> 범중국 팬의 온라인 팬덤 활동을 중심으로

This paper looks into the role and significance of fans and fandom regarding the unofficial spread of Korean Wave in China, focusing on the online fandom activities of Pan-Chinese fans of the Korean drama Arthdal Chronicle. It was not easy for Arthdal Chronicle to be understood in China because of the difficulty of translating into Chinese and the plot of the drama itself, not to mention the unfavorable reviews in China due to the controversy surrounding the drama. Pan-Chinese fans of Arthdal Chronicle tried to break through this situation, and in the process of consuming, distributing, accepting, and spreading this drama on Weibo’s Chaohua(Super Topic) and Qun(Group), their fandom activities show the characteristics of online fandom ; convergence, participatory culture, and collective intelligence. The roles and significance of the activities of Korean Wave fans and fandom in China, including the activities of the fans and fandom of Arthdal Chronicle, in the spread of Korean Wave during the Hanhanryong period are as follows. First, they play various roles as ‘audiences’ and ‘producers’ of Korean Wave culture, as well as voluntary ‘spreaders’ and ‘promoters’, and help the Korean Wave in China sustain its position. Although they were forced to work in an informal and illegal way due to the Hanhanryong, they were willing to become a faithful driving force of the Korean Wave. Second, they play a part of ‘mediators’ and ‘solvers’ in the cultural conflict between Korea and China, which has been worsening since the Hanhanryong, and their fan activities had a significant effect extending the individual to social and cultural aspects. The activities and actions of Korean Wave fans are not limited to simply enjoying what they like and sharing culture, but also at the social level, resolving cultural clash and conflicts arising from the influx and spread of Korean Wave in China to a certain extent. Third, their activities will alleviate the weakening of Korean Wave’s position in China after the Hanhanryong and minimize the gap between Korean Waves. When the conditions for the official entry of Korean Wave are re-established after the Hanhanryong, it can become a driving force for the revival of Korean Wave in China. Fourth, in terms of Chinese popular culture, the Korean Wave continued to be spread in China through their activities and contributed to securing the diversity of Chinese popular culture. Through their activities, the Korean Wave, which is attracting attention and popularity around the world, and Chinese popular culture continue to interact, and they can affect adjust and develop to a global level.

저소득 가족의 통합적 가족탄력성 증진 프로그램 효과성 연구 -교육복지우선지원사업 중학교를 중심으로-

본 연구는 교육복지우선지원사업의 일환으로 저소득 가족의 가족탄력성 증진프로그램을 개발하고 이를 청소년기 자녀를 둔 가족에게 적용하여 효과성을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 p시의 교육복지우선지원사업의 교육복지프로그램 중 가족상담 프로그램으로 연구자가 매주 토요일 3시간씩 5회기를 직접 개발하였으며 참여를 원하는 2개 중학교 6가족 총 24명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 실험집단과 비교집단은 각 6가족으로 나누어 실험집단에 2016년 5월부터 6월까지 총 5회기의 가족탄력성 프로그램을 진행하였으며 비교집단은 개입을 하지 않는 동일 집단으로 구성하였다. 본 연구방법은 양적 통계분석으로 비모수통계방법인 Mann-Whitney U test, Wilcoxon Signed- Ranks Test를 이용하여 통계 처리 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족탄력성 프로그램은 가족탄력성을 높이는데 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 가족탄력성 프로그램은 가족의 문제해결능력을 높이는데도 효과적이었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구의 결과들은 가족탄력성 프로그램이 청소년기 가족탄력성과 문제해결능력에 효과적이며 지속적인 가족탄력성 증진 프로그램 개발과 적용에 대해 의의가 있다. The purposes of this study were to develop a family resilience promotion program for low-income families as part of Education Welfare Priority Support Project, apply it to families with children in adolescence, and examine its effectiveness. For those purposes, the investigator developed five three-hour sessions for the family counseling program, an education welfare program of P City as part of Education Welfare Priority Support Project, administered on every Saturday and applied them to total 24 people of six families from two middle schools that wanted to participate in the study. The families were divided into the experiment and comparison group. While the former participated in total five sessions of family resilience program in May and June, 2016, the latter was comprised as a homogeneous group with no interventions applied. Collected data were statistically treated in quantitative statistical analysis including non-parametric statistical Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon signed-ranks test. The findings were as follows: first, the family resilience program was effective for increasing family resilience. Secondly, the family resilience program was also effective for improving the problem-solving abilities of families. In short, those findings demonstrate that the family resilience program was effective for increasing the family resilience and problem-solving abilities of adolescents and hold their significance by developing and applying a continuous family resilience promotion program.
