        정보보호관리체계(ISMS)를 이용한 중소기업 기술보호 개선방안 연구

        In the modern society based on information and communication, which is exposed to the risks of a lot of information security breaches, corporate information assets may be an economical scale in a country. Most of damages derived from corporate technological information leak often occur in small and medium corporations. Although many information security managers in corporations have focused on certification systems such as information security management system, small and medium corporations are poorly aware of the information security, and their environments surrounding it should be also improved. In addition, it is difficult to expect spontaneous participations in it, since the sustainable information security management systems are often not forced to be certified. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine plans to improve small and medium corporations' technological protections by using some component of the information security management system. On the basis of this examination, it also attempts to discuss some methods for effective and efficient information security in the small and medium corporations' technological protections.

      • 유치원 방과후 과정 특성화 프로그램에 관한 교사와 학부모의 인식 연구

        본 연구는 유치원 방과후 과정 특성화 프로그램의 운영현황과 유치원 방과후 과정 특성화 프로그램에 관한 교사와 학부모의 인식을 알아봄으로써 교사와 학부모가 만족할 수 있는 효과적인 프로그램을 운영하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 G시의 방과후 과정을 실시하고 있는 공립 병설유치원의 방과후 과정 담당교사 50명과 유치원 방과후 과정에 유아를 보내고 있는 학부모 173명이며, 본 연구에서는 김은영, 최은영, 조혜주(2010), 박하나(2011), 양혜라(2012), 정가영(2012)의 연구에서 사용한 설문지를 교사용 설문지와 학부모용 설문지로 수정ㆍ보완하여 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 실시현황으로 생활체육 프로그램의 실시율이 가장 높았으며, 1회 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 유아의 수는 21명∼25명, 주 1회, 40분대 수업을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 방과후 과정 특성화 프로그램에 관한 교사의 인식은 생활체육 프로그램이 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 필요한 프로그램으로는 체육, 음악, 미술, 외국어 프로그램으로 나타났다. 운영 시 문제점에 대해 우수 강사 확보 및 질 관리와 부모 요구와의 차이에 대한 어려움을 나타냈으며, 활성화를 위해서는 우수한 강사 확보 및 강사의 질 관리가 필요하다는 인식을 나타냈다. 셋째, 유치원 방과후 과정 특성화 프로그램에 관한 학부모의 인식을 알아 본 결과, 생활체육 프로그램이 수업 내용, 유아의 흥미에 대해 만족도가 높은 프로그램으로 나타났으며, 필요한 프로그램은 체육, 음악, 미술, 외국어, 창의 프로그램을 선정 하였다. 프로그램 선택 시 학부모가 고려하는 사항은 프로그램에 대한 유아의 흥미와 프로그램의 내용으로 나타났으며, 시행 후 변화에 대해 사교육에 도움이 되었지만, 인식 개선을 위해서는 홍보와 교육이 필요하다는 인식을 나타냈다. This research grasps the operation of kindergarten's after school program and teacher and parents perception of kindergarten's after school program, to provide the basic data to effectively run kindergarten's after school program which both teachers and parents can satisfy. The research subjects were 50 head teachers of kindergarten's after school program from G city public kindergartens that are running kindergarten's after school program and 173 parents who are sending their children to kindergarten's after school program. The survey used in this research is a survey used by Kim Eun-young, Choi Eun-young, Cho Hye-ju (2010), Park Ha-na (2011), Yang Hye-ra (2012), Jung Ga-young (2012), modified and supplemented as a survey for teachers and a survey for parents. The results of this research are as follows. First, as a result of the operation status of kindergarten's after school program, sports for all program were most frequently being implemented. The number of participating children in one program are about 21~25, the frequency of activity in a week is once, requiring about 40 minutes for the activity. Second, as a result of the teacher's perception concerning kindergarten's after school program, the satisfaction of the program and curriculum was high in sports for all program, needed programs were physical education, music, art, foreign language programs. Showed difficulties of problems of procuring excellent instructors, as well as quality supervision and differences of parents' demand and parents having high satisfaction, and importance of procuring excellent instructors as well as quality supervision of instructors. Third, as a result of the parents' perception concerning kindergarten's after school program, the satisfaction of the program, curriculum and the children's interest was high in sports for all program, and parents picked physical education, music, art programs. Parents consideration were children's interest and the curriculum when choosing a program. The changes made after carrying out the program, helped private education but there is a need for public relations and education to improve the perception.

        한한령 시기 한류 전파에서 팬과 팬덤의 역할과 의의 ― 중국 내 <아스달 연대기> 범중국 팬의 온라인 팬덤 활동을 중심으로

        This paper looks into the role and significance of fans and fandom regarding the unofficial spread of Korean Wave in China, focusing on the online fandom activities of Pan-Chinese fans of the Korean drama Arthdal Chronicle. It was not easy for Arthdal Chronicle to be understood in China because of the difficulty of translating into Chinese and the plot of the drama itself, not to mention the unfavorable reviews in China due to the controversy surrounding the drama. Pan-Chinese fans of Arthdal Chronicle tried to break through this situation, and in the process of consuming, distributing, accepting, and spreading this drama on Weibo’s Chaohua(Super Topic) and Qun(Group), their fandom activities show the characteristics of online fandom ; convergence, participatory culture, and collective intelligence. The roles and significance of the activities of Korean Wave fans and fandom in China, including the activities of the fans and fandom of Arthdal Chronicle, in the spread of Korean Wave during the Hanhanryong period are as follows. First, they play various roles as ‘audiences’ and ‘producers’ of Korean Wave culture, as well as voluntary ‘spreaders’ and ‘promoters’, and help the Korean Wave in China sustain its position. Although they were forced to work in an informal and illegal way due to the Hanhanryong, they were willing to become a faithful driving force of the Korean Wave. Second, they play a part of ‘mediators’ and ‘solvers’ in the cultural conflict between Korea and China, which has been worsening since the Hanhanryong, and their fan activities had a significant effect extending the individual to social and cultural aspects. The activities and actions of Korean Wave fans are not limited to simply enjoying what they like and sharing culture, but also at the social level, resolving cultural clash and conflicts arising from the influx and spread of Korean Wave in China to a certain extent. Third, their activities will alleviate the weakening of Korean Wave’s position in China after the Hanhanryong and minimize the gap between Korean Waves. When the conditions for the official entry of Korean Wave are re-established after the Hanhanryong, it can become a driving force for the revival of Korean Wave in China. Fourth, in terms of Chinese popular culture, the Korean Wave continued to be spread in China through their activities and contributed to securing the diversity of Chinese popular culture. Through their activities, the Korean Wave, which is attracting attention and popularity around the world, and Chinese popular culture continue to interact, and they can affect adjust and develop to a global level.

        저소득 가족의 통합적 가족탄력성 증진 프로그램 효과성 연구 -교육복지우선지원사업 중학교를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 교육복지우선지원사업의 일환으로 저소득 가족의 가족탄력성 증진프로그램을 개발하고 이를 청소년기 자녀를 둔 가족에게 적용하여 효과성을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 p시의 교육복지우선지원사업의 교육복지프로그램 중 가족상담 프로그램으로 연구자가 매주 토요일 3시간씩 5회기를 직접 개발하였으며 참여를 원하는 2개 중학교 6가족 총 24명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 실험집단과 비교집단은 각 6가족으로 나누어 실험집단에 2016년 5월부터 6월까지 총 5회기의 가족탄력성 프로그램을 진행하였으며 비교집단은 개입을 하지 않는 동일 집단으로 구성하였다. 본 연구방법은 양적 통계분석으로 비모수통계방법인 Mann-Whitney U test, Wilcoxon Signed- Ranks Test를 이용하여 통계 처리 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족탄력성 프로그램은 가족탄력성을 높이는데 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 가족탄력성 프로그램은 가족의 문제해결능력을 높이는데도 효과적이었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구의 결과들은 가족탄력성 프로그램이 청소년기 가족탄력성과 문제해결능력에 효과적이며 지속적인 가족탄력성 증진 프로그램 개발과 적용에 대해 의의가 있다. The purposes of this study were to develop a family resilience promotion program for low-income families as part of Education Welfare Priority Support Project, apply it to families with children in adolescence, and examine its effectiveness. For those purposes, the investigator developed five three-hour sessions for the family counseling program, an education welfare program of P City as part of Education Welfare Priority Support Project, administered on every Saturday and applied them to total 24 people of six families from two middle schools that wanted to participate in the study. The families were divided into the experiment and comparison group. While the former participated in total five sessions of family resilience program in May and June, 2016, the latter was comprised as a homogeneous group with no interventions applied. Collected data were statistically treated in quantitative statistical analysis including non-parametric statistical Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon signed-ranks test. The findings were as follows: first, the family resilience program was effective for increasing family resilience. Secondly, the family resilience program was also effective for improving the problem-solving abilities of families. In short, those findings demonstrate that the family resilience program was effective for increasing the family resilience and problem-solving abilities of adolescents and hold their significance by developing and applying a continuous family resilience promotion program.

        단축형 군 생활적응척도의 타당화 및 측정불변성 검증

        본 연구는 병사들의 군 생활적응 척도에 대한 타당화 및 측정불변성을 검증하고자 하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 해군, 해병대, 육군, 공군의 병사 546명의 자료에 대해 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석과 집단 간 측정불변성 검증을 위해 다집단 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군 생활적응 척도의 확인적 요인분석 결과 요인구조가 자료와 잘 부합하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 측정불변성검증에서 해군-해병대 집단의 경우 절편불변성, 해군-육군, 해군-공군, 해병대-공군, 육군-공군 집단의 경우는 요인부하량불변성, 해병대-육군 집단에서는 형태불변성까지 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 해군, 해병대, 육군과 공군의 4집단에 대한 측정불변성은 요인부하량불변성 모형까지 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to validate the Short-form Military Life Adjustment Scale and th test it is measurement invariance. For this, 546 soldiers of Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force were analyzed using a exploratory factor analysis, a confirmatory factor analysis and a multiple-group confirmatory factor analysis. The findings were as below. First, the Short-form Military Life Adjustment Scale was fit well to the data. Second, its factor model showed that the measurement invariance to ‘intercept invariance’ sustained between Navy and Marine Corps. And its factor model showed that the measurement invariance to ‘factor loading invariance’ sustained between two groups Navy-Army, Navy-Air Force, Marine Corps-Air Force, and Army-Air Force. Third, the measurement invariance to ‘factor loading invariance’ sustained among four groups Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force. The suggestions and limitations of the study are discussed for future studies.

        직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 : 고용형태를 중심으로

        본 연구는 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 고용형태별로 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 직무배태성(job embeddedness)이란 개인을 직장에 머무르게 하는 통합된 영향력으로 직무 몰입이나 조직몰입과 유사한 측면이 있지만 하위 측면을 구분하여, 직무외적인 측면까지 고려하는 것으로 기존의 이직의도를 예측하는 변인과는 차이가 있다. 직무배태성의 두 가지 측면(직무내 배태성, 직무 외 배태성)은 세 가지(적합성, 연계성, 희생)의 독립된 하위요소로 구성된다. 직무내 배태성(on-the-job embeddedness)은 개인이 수행하는 직무 및 조직과 잘 맞는지(fit), 긴밀하게 연결되어 있는지(link), 이탈했을 때 기회비용은 어느 정도인지(sacrifice)를 측정한다. 직무외 배태성(off-the-job embeddedness)은 내가 살고 있는 지역 및 커뮤니티와 잘 맞는지, 네트워크가 긴밀한지, 이탈시 기회비용은 어떠한지를 측정한다. 고용형태는 직접고용 비정규직, 간접고용 비정규직으로 구분하여 정규직과의 상이함을 확인하였다. 연구결과 직무내 배태성은 이직의도를 낮추었으며, 직무외 배태성은 이직의도를 높이는 결과를 보여주었다. 하위요소 별로는 직무 및 조직과 잘 맞고, 기회비용이 클수록 이직의도가 감소하는 반면 지역및 커뮤니티가 잘 맞으면 이직의도는 높아졌다. 고용형태를 고려한 결과는 정규직에 비해 비정규직의 이직의도가 낮게 확인되었다. 이는 비정규직의 직무태도가 나쁠 것이라던 기존연구 결과와는 차이가 있었다. 또한 직무배태성을 높이더라도 비정규직이 정규직에 비해 이직의도가 낮아지지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 비정규직에게는 직무배태성 보다 우선하는 무언가가 있다는 의미로 해석할 수 있었다. 특히 직접고용 비정규직보다 간접고용 비정규직에서 이러한 현상은 더욱 크게 확인되었다. This study aims to figure out how to hold talented employees in the organization. Turnover prevention, specifically reducing voluntary turnover caused by workplace complaints, is one of the major retention strategies of company. This study focus on the reason to stay at their jobs by arranging job-embeddedness. Job-embeddedness is defined as comprehensive and extensive network (influence) that affects employees in their current job and organization. Job-embeddedness consists of two aspects (on-the-job-embeddedness and off-the- job-embeddedness) and three sub-elements (link, fit, sacrifice). Regarding the previous studies about the relationship between jobembeddedness and turnover intention, on-the-job-embeddedness is confirmed consistently to reduce turnover intention. However, the off-the-job-embeddedness has failed to draw consistent conclusion and so it was excluded from previous study. In this study, we test empirically the relationship between job-embeddedness and turnover intention, and are going to confirm that effective job-embeddedness management lowers turnover intention. Moreover, the type of employment is considered as a moderator between the relationship. The empirical results are as follows. First, on-the-job-embeddedness plays a significant role in predicting turnover intention. The higher on-the-job-embeddedness leads to lower turnover intention. There are, however, some different results by sub-elements. There is a significant negative relationship between turnover intention and on-the ‘fit’ of job-embeddedness. And also on-the ‘sacrifice’ job-embeddedness shows a highly negative relationship with turnover intention. However, there was no significant relationship between the ‘link’ of job-embeddedness and turnover intention. In the case of the ‘fit’ of off-the job-embeddedness, it shows positive relationship with turnover intention. This is a sharp contrast to the hypotheses set by the researcher. The ‘link’ was not extracted as a valid factor in the factor analysis process and thus could not be verified. The relationship between ‘sacrifice’ of off-the-job-embeddedness and turnover was negative but not statistically significant. Second, regarding the employment type difference, nonstandard workers with either direct and indirect employment contracts had lower turnover intention than regular workers. This is opposite result from the common view that nonstandard workers do not maintain good workplace attitudes than regular workers. Third, the interaction term shows statistically significant alleviating effect on the ‘fit’ of on-the-job-embeddedness to nonstandard workers with both direct and indirect employment contract. On the other hands, the interaction term shows statistically significant exacerbating effect on the ‘fit’ of off-the job-embeddedness to nonstandard workers with indirect employment contract. In other words, the HRM system for enhancing the ‘fit’ of on-the-job-embeddedness has less direct turnover intention effect for nonstandard workers with either direct and indirect employment contracts. In other words, nonstandard workers count employment stability more important than regular workers. Implications from this study are as follows. First, this study enhances the importance in turnover prevention management and the necessity of managing job-embeddedness. In particular, with sub categories to employment types, differences were found in the turnover intention by employment types. Second, based on the empirical results with sub category on employment type, turnover intention was verified by different employment types of nonstandard workers. This suggests a need to revise the common perception that the job attitude of nonstandard worker will be less positive than that of regular workers.         스월에 의한 하이브리드 로켓의 연소압력과 연소반응 진동의 결합 거동

        스월은 연료의 후퇴율 증가뿐 아니라 연소 압력의 진동을 감소시키며, 하이브리드 로켓의 연소안정화에 기여하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 스월 산화제 분사에 의한 주연소실 내부의 유동 구조의 변화를 이해하고 연소안정화의 물리적 과정을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 결과에 의하면, 스월은 주연소실의 유동 구조를 변화시켜 후연소실의 500Hz 대역 p과 q의 발생을 억제할 뿐 아니라 두 진동의 위상차를 변화하여 상호결합(coupling)에 영향을 주고있음을 확인했다. 또한 후연소실 화염 가시화를 통하여 스월에 의한 선회운동량의 증가로 와류발생과 흘림 등이 변화하여 연소안정화에 기여하는 것으로 분석됐다. Swirl injection induces not only the increase in fuel regression rate but also the reduction of combustion pressure oscillation. This acts, in turn, to stabilize combustion process. Thus, this study primarily focuses on the change in flow structure in the main chamber by swirl injection. Then examining the change in flow structure was done to understand the physical process for stabilizing combustion. In the results, the application of swirl injection could suppress the generation of p and q in 500Hz band and could shift the phase difference and cross correlation. Further investigations with combustion visualization also show that the development of helical motion near surface region affects the small-sized vortex generation and shedding yielding combustion stabilization eventually.
