        LED 항해등의 설계 및 제작

        In this paper, we designed and fabricated LED navigation lights which can replace the existing ones immediately and overcome disadvantages due to use of conventional lamps. To decide the best arrangement and position of a LED module, optical systems of existing navigation lights were analyzed and refracted routes of rays were simulated. The electrical and optical characteristics of the fabricated LED navigation lights were measured and analyzed with a goniophotometer. To calculate ranges of visibility, the vertical and horizontal luminous intensity distributions were evaluated in accordance with the COLREGs (convention on the international regulation for preventing collisions at Sea). From the results, the proposed LED navigation lights showed suitable characteristics for marine environment with the power consumption reduced by 90% and the maximum luminous intensity increased by 20% compared to the existing navigation lights.

        Short-Arc 램프용 전자식 안정기의 설계 및 제작

        본 논문은 승압형 컨버터, 강압형 컨버터 및 저주파 인버터를 이용한 고휘도 Short-Arc 램프용 전자식 안정기의 설계 및 제작에 관하여 기술하였다. 제안한 안정기는 130 [Hz]의 구형 저주파를 램프에 인가함으로써 고압 방전 램프에서 발생할 수 있는 음향공명현상을 제거하였으며, 25 [kHz]의 고주파 전압을 중첩시켜 아크튜브의 전극에서 발생할 수 있는 열적 불균형을 해소하였다. 또한 전압 전류의 합을 이용한 정전력 제어를 수행하여, 주위 환경 및 램프의 노화에 따른 램프 전압의 변화에 대하여 안정한 점등상태를 유지하였다. 실험 결과로부터, 제작한 전자식 안정기의 램프 전압, 전류 및 전력은 각각 123.8 [V], 8.1 [A] 1,002 [W]로 측정되었다. This paper deals with an electronic ballast for hish intensity short-arc discharge lamps, which consists of a boost converter, a step down converter operated as a current source with power regulation and a low frequency inverter with external ignition circuit The ignition circuit generates high voltage pulses of 130[Hz] up to 5 [kV]. A reignition circuit is equipped in the ballast, and it operates the lamp at a regular interval for protection when an ignition fails. Acoustic resonance phenomenon was eliminated by operating a low frequency square wave voltage and current. The measured lamp voltage, current and consumption power were 123.8 [V], 8.1 [A] and 1,002 [W], respectively. From the experiment, we confirmed that the prototype ballast operates the lamp with a constant power.

        저압배선계통에서 직렬아크의 검출에 관한 연구

        This paper dealt with the detection algorithm of series arcing, which is a cause of electric fires in low-voltage wiring systems. To find the distinguished electrical features of series arc, we simulated series arcing by the arc generator specified in UL1699. An electric heater, an inverter-controlled vacuum cleaner, and a phase-controlled incandescent lamp were used as loads to generate series arcing. A high-pass filter (HPF) with the low cut-off frequency of 3 kHz at -3 dB was fabricated and applied to separate the series arc signal from the AC voltage source. The experiment showed that the high frequency signal generates randomly during series arcing, and the phase-controlled incandescent lamp produces high frequency pulses even in normal state. In this case, the magnitude, the width, and the randomness of high frequency signal should be analyzed to estimate series arcing precisely.

      • 분전반 통합 감시 시스템 개발

        In this paper, we described the integrated monitoring system for low-voltage panel boards. This system consists of three parts, a panel board controller, an integrated monitoring unit and a remote PC. The panel board controller which was made of CT/PT unit, control unit and power supply is able to transmit variable parameter for monitoring and diagnosis of low voltage branch circuits. Also, the integrated monitoring unit was collected monitoring data from panel boards and displayed on the touch panel.

        『삼국사기』 고구려·백제의 별자리목록과 천문성변기록 분류 연구

        고대사회에서 천변의 관측과 그에 대한 재이론적 해석은 고대 정치사상과 자연학 관점을 이해하는 중요한 범주이다. 고대천문학에서 천변은 일변과 월변 및 성변으로 크게 나뉘고, 성변에는 주기가 일정한 오성변과 일정하지 않는 객성변, 상서로운 기체 등이 포함된다. 본고에서는 성변 천문학의 분류 방식을 이해하기 위해 중국의 分野論을 우선 정리하였고, 또 『東國文獻備考』의 천변 분류에 기초하 여 『三國史記』의 삼국본기별로 원사료 자체를 필자가 새로 마련한 ‘천변기록 분류 편목안’에 따라 재구성 분해하였다. 「고구려본기」의 성변기록에 수록된 별자리 명칭은 불과 5종만 확인되어, 고구려가 천문도 체계를 본격 운영했다기에는 어려운 정황을 보인다. 그렇지만 이와 달리 유물학의 일환인 고구려 벽화천문도에서는 5세기 후반 추정 덕화리2호분에서 중국보다도 이른 시기의 유물 28수 별자리 圖名을 입체적으로 묘사하고 있다. 따라서 문헌과 유물의 양방면 연구를 복합적으로 접근할 필요성이 있을 것이라 보았다. 또 「고구려본기」에 2건 수록된 熒惑守心기록은 대조 결과 『한서』와 『후한서』에도 동일한 사건이 수록되어 있으나, 더 세밀한 기록성을 지니기도 하는 까닭에, 고구려의 관측천문학 관점을 적극적으로 해석하게 한다. 「백제본기」의 성변 기록은 중국사와 대조한 결과, 비동일성 성변기록이 16건, 동일성의 성변기록이 17건으로 조사되었다. 이중 특히 역일간지 성변기록 10건은 『후한서』 『진서』 『송서』 『위서』 『양서』 『남사』 『북사』 『수서』와 동일한 기록임을 확인하였다. 또 이 과정에서 「백제본기」에는 누락된 성변의 발생 역일을 보충하기도 하였다. In ancient age society, observations to the astronomical heavenly abnormalities(天變) and explanations to them are important categories to understand ancient-age political ideas and natural sciences. On the view of ancient-age astronomy, astronomical heavenly abnormalities can be categorized by astronomical solar abnormalities(日變), astronomical lunar abnormalities(月變), astronomical abnormalities of stars(星變) at first. Astronomical abnormalities of stars include periodic astronomical abnormalities of five planets(五星變), non-periodic astronomical abnormalities of guest comets(客星變) and (non-periodic) auspicious aero-phenomenon. In this paper, I gave explanations about Chinese ideas on celestial division(分野論) first. And then I arranged and classified original materials themselves in annals of Samguksagi(『三國史記』) within my ‘The classification and catalog chart on astronomical heavenly abnormalities.’ It was based on the divisions of astronomical heavenly abnormalities in Donggukmunheonbigo(『東國文獻備考』). On Annal of Koguryo(「高句麗本紀」), I could find only five names of constellations on the records of astronomical abnormalities of stars. Following that, it is difficult to think that Koguryo managed their own astronomical chart in earnest. However, in the celestial map drawn in Deokhwa-ri II tomb mural made in the late 5th century, which is a part of materials for studies on antiquity, we can find well-drawn celestial bodies and name lists of the twenty-eight mansions. It is an earlier relic than even the Chinese one. Therefore, we should approach this problem at the academic view on both historical records and relics. Furthermore, two records in Annal of Koguryo on “Yínghuò stayed at Xīn[熒惑守心]” was similar to the records of Book of Han(『漢書』) and Book of Later Han(『後 漢書』). It seems that both recorded the same events, but Koguryo’s ones are more detailed. So we can interpret it as records of the observational astronomy of Koguryo more positively. I also compared the records of astronomical abnormalities of stars in the Annal of Baekje(「百濟本紀」) with Chinese historical records. As a result, 16 records can be interpreted as not equal ones to the Chinese ones, and 17 records as equal ones to Chinese ones. Especially, 10 records with the sexagenary cycle(干支) was the same with the records of Book of Late Han, Book of Jin(『晉書』), Book of Song(『宋書』), Book of Wei(『魏書』), Book of Liang(『梁書』), History of Southern Dynasties(『南史』), History of Northern Dynasties(『北史』) and Book of Sui(『隋書』). Furthermore, I complemented the date of occurrence of astronomical abnormalities of stars by this work.

        더들리 우드베리의 이슬람 선교신학과 21세기 한국 교회의 이슬람 선교

        The purpose of this work is to find the mission theological implications necessary for the study and direction of the Korean church by researching the missional legacy left by J. Dudley Woodberry through his life and ministry of Muslim evangelism. This work introduces the core elements of Dudley Woodberry’s missiology for Islam Mission. His missiology for Islam mission was formed by evangelical faith, mission field experiences, and various distinguished scholars with academic tradition and continuity. Those influences provided concrete resources to Dudley. His missiology consisted of love, passion, peace, and respect to engage in meaningful encounters with Muslims. His missiology was based on the professional knowledge and understanding of Islam. Dudley Woodberry’s missiology for Islam consisted of four elements: the Muslim sources, the non-Muslim sources, the popular beliefs and practices of Islam, and the mission. The Islamic studies of Dudley Woodberry has opened a new horizon of Christian missiology for Islam mission in the 21st century.

        The monitoring and diagnosing technique for lightning arresters is important to assure the reliability of power supply in GIS-substation. In this paper, we described the implementation of an expert system for GIS arrester facilities. The proposed system consists of a data acquisition module (DAM), a wireless communication module, and a personal computer. The DAM detects system voltages, total leakage currents and its harmonic components, and includes an algorithm to calculate the resistive leakage current by the principle that the magnitudes of resistive leakage current are equal at the same level of the system voltage applied to the arrester. Also, we designed a surge event detection circuit which can acquire the date, the polarity, and the amplitude of surge events. All the acquired data are transmitted after correction by many algorithms to the remote station through the ZigBee protocol. The expert system is based on the lave Expert System Shell (JESS) and make more reliable decision by using an exclusive inference process.
