We deposited SnO₂:F thin films by atomospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition(APCVD) on corning glass. SnO₂:Ffilms were used as transparent conductive oxide (TCO) electrode for Si thin film solar cells. We have investigated structural, electrical and optical properties of SnO₂:F thin films and fabricated thin film Si solar cells by plasma enhanced CVD(PECVD) on SnO₂:F thin films The cells were characterized by I-V measurement using AM1.5 spectra. Conversion efficiency of our cells were between 5.61% and 6.45%.
Coagglutination에 의한 $\beta$-용혈성 연쇄구균의 혈청군 동정

Identification of group A $\beta$-phemolytic streptococci is very important to provide an appropriate preventive measure of possible rheumatic fever and acute glomerulonephritis. For such purpose bacitracin susceptibility of streptococci because of its simplity has been most widely used despite of its occasional faulty results. Recently, a coagglutination technique was advocated using streptococcal group specific antibodies adsorbed to protein A-containing staphylococci. This study was conducted to evaluate the coagglutination technique using reagents prepared by ourselves. The specificity, reproducibility and stability were ascertained and the following results were obtained. 1. The identification by coagglutination technique using our own reagent gave the same results compared with the Lancefield precipitation technique. The result also agreed with the Phadebact grouping. 2. There were no variation in group A and B identification due to lot difference. However, there were a few discrepant results in group C and G identification which was conducted in different days with different lots of our reagent. 3. The stability of our reagents was less satisfactory compared to the commercial product. An effort to improve the stability was considered necessary. 4. For coagglutination, it was found convenient to use supernatant of Todd-Hewitt broth incubated for 24 hours. Both parafin-ringed slide glass and RPR card gave comparable results and the former could be used when the latter is not available.
진료정보 공유를 위한 IC카드 기반 병원 진찰 카드 통합 시스템 구축

본 논문은 환자 진료정보 공유 시 환자의 개인 및 진료 정보 보호 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 여러 장의 진찰카드를 하나의 IC카드로 통합하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 먼저, 진료정보 공유를 위한 최소데이터세트를 정의하였고, 이 최소데이터세트를 통합 병원 진찰 IC 카드에 구현하고 발급할 수 있는 발급 시스템을 개발했다. 환자의 개인정보 보안 및 인증을 위해서는 윈도우 2000 기반 전자서명 인증센터를 구축하고 3-DES 적용한 IC 카드 기반의 통합 병원 진찰 IC 카드를 개발했다. 기존 병원 전산시스템과 효율적인 연동을 위한 통합 병원 진찰 IC 카드에 의한 진료접수/예약 시스템을 개발했다. 본 연구에서 개발한 통합 병원 진찰 IC 카드 시스템을 11개 병원에서 1.000명의 환자에게 적용한 결과, 시범 대상 병원들의 환자 진료 접수/예약뿐 아니라 정보 공유의 안정적 확장을 도모할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있었다. In the paper. the health card system to integrate several cards into one card for protecting patient's privacy and security problems is proposed. Firstly, it is defined the minimal data set for integrating several patient cards into one card using IC card, and developed the issuing system to issue the integrated patient IC card. In order to secure and certificate a patient's personal information. the integrated patient IC card has applied 3-DES and the PKI certificate authority based Windows 2000 is established. The receipt and reservation system for taking care of a healthcare has developed to cooperate with the existing hospital computer system. The integrating patient IC card system proposed in this paper is implemented to 11 hospitals and used for 1.000 patients. On the result of the simulation. the proposed system can receive or reserve for a patient to take care of healthcare in the simulated hospitals and also establish the basis of the mechanism to share a medical information.
