The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of participation style on social competence and self-confidence in the middle school students The survey objects of this study were middle school students in Kunsan, and 416 samples were selected by random sampling considering sex and school properties: The experimental tool was a questionaire on self-confidence and social competence. The analysis results of the relation between sociodemographical background, leisure activity participation type, and self- confidence and self-confidence are as the followings. 1.The leisure activity participation types were sociodemographical background according to sex and health statistically significant, but the scholar score and grade not significant. 2.The self-confidence according to leisure activity participation type statistically significant. 3.The social competence according to leisure activity participation type on the domination, sociability, responsibility statistically significant but self-control not significant.

Two general relations among four different input and output requirements matrices and the decomposition by factors in the Leontief inverse Cf were proposed by the author(1998, 2005). Furthermore, the inverse matrix Cg, which describes the relation between the output requirements for fina1 demand and the output requirements for output, and the matrix Cg Cf, which indicates the relation between the fina1 demand f and the fina1 output 0 were derived by Gim(2005). From the research results above, the study objectives of this paper can be summarized as fol1ows. (1) We perform a comparative analysis between the input-output and output-output models. (2) We build a new fina1 demand-final output model and present the interindustry characteristics between the variables fina1 demand and final output. (3) We empirically ana1yze the interdependence between fina1 demand, tota1 output, and final output based on the 2000 Input-Output Tables of Korea(Bank of Korea, 2003). Therefore, we hope that the use of three different models, which are entirely different on the impact effects and but there are mutua11y complementary, would permit us more flexibility in choosing the methods for handling economic issues and modeling rea1-world applications.
리보핵산을 다량으로 함유하는 Saccharomyces cerevisiae 균주의 개발

식용 단백질 생산 균주인 S. cerevisiae ATCC 7754에 돌연변이를 유도하고, 핵산 함량이 높으면서도 성장 속도가 빠른 고핵산 축적 균주를 선별하였고 배양 특성을 조사하였다. Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 7754는 pH $3{\sim}4$에서 최대 활성을 보이는 산성 RNase와 pH 9에서 최대활성을 보이는 알칼리성 RNase를 가지고 있는 것이 확인되었으며 산성 RNase의 활성이 훨씬 높았다. Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 7754의 RNase는 금속염에 의하여 영향을 받는데 산성 RNase의 경우는 $0.08\;M\;HgCl_2$에 의하여 활성이 크게 저하되었고, 알칼리성 RNase경우는 2.0 M NaCl이나 KCl에 의하여 활성이 크게 저하되었다. 반면 알칼리성 RNase는 $0.05\;M\;CaCl_2$, $0.02\;M\;ZnSO_4$, $0.008\;M\;HgCl_{2}$에 의하여 활성이 증가되었다. Ethylmethane sulfonate, 자외선, 감마선을 이용한 돌연변이를 통하여 핵산 축적능이 뛰어난 KCl 감수성 균주를 선발하고 YPD 배지에서 배양하면서 건조 균체량과 리보핵산 함량을 측정하여 건조 균체 단위 무게당 리보핵산의 함량이 가장 높은 B24 균주를 고핵산 변이주로 선택하였다. B24 균주는 모균주와 비슷한 증식 특성을 나타내었는데, pH $4.5{\sim}5.5$에서 성장이 잘 되었고 리보핵산 축적은 pH 4.5와 5.0에서 가장 잘 일어났으며, 또한 탄소원으로 당밀을 사용한 경우가 세포 내에 리보핵산이 가장 많이 축적되었고 균의 생육도 빠름을 알 수 있었다. 발효기를 이용한 유가식 배양에서는 배양 초기에 균체내 리보핵산 함량이 급격히 증가하고 이후 정지기까지 서서히 감소하여 최종적으로 리보핵산 함량이 균체 건물량의 19.8%(w/w)로 모균주의 16.1% (w/w)에 비해 우수하였으며, 이때 최대 69.6 g/L(건물량)의 균체를 수득하였다. RNase activity of Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 7754 was investigated to obtain strains with high ribonucleic acid (RNA) content. The yeast strain contained two RNase activities; an acidic RNase with a optima of pH $3{\sim}4$ and an alkaline RNase with a optima pH 9. The acidic RNase activity was inhibited by $0.08\;M\;HgCl_{2}$ most drastically. The alkaline RNase activity was inhibited by 2.0 M NaCl or KCl, while enhanced by addition of $0.05\;M\;CaCl_{2},\;0.02\;M\;ZnSO_{4},\;or\;0.008\;M\;HgCl_{2}$. Various mutants of Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 7754 were isolated by ethylmethane sulfonate (EMS) treatment or $\gamma$-ray/ultra violet irradiation. Among the mutants that were sensitive to high concentration of KCl which inhibits alkaline RNase, B24 was selected for high RNA content per culture volume. Growth characteristics of the mutant were comparable to those of the mother strain with optimum growth at pH $4.5{\sim}5.5$. The mutant accumulated higher content of RNA than the mother strain when glucose was used as the carbon source. However, both growth rate and total RNA content of the mutant were higher in molasses medium than in glucose medium. RNA content of the mutant increased rapidly during the early stage of growth, and then decreased gradually until the culture reached stationary phase by a fed-batch culture in a 5 L jar fermenter. Maximal cell harvest and the final RNA content using the mutant B24 were 69.6 g/L culture broth and 19.8 g/100 g of the dry cell while those using the mother strain were 68 g/L culture broth and 16.1 g/100 g of dry cell, respectively.

본 논문의 목적은 어음경제의 불안정성을 설명하고 수표경제로 전환하는 방안을 이론적으로 제시하는 데 있다. 어음경제의 불안정성은 어음의 유통속도의 결정론으로 설명하는데 그를 위해서 유통속도를 거래비용 측면뿐만 아니라 거래수입의 측면에서 고찰한다. 어음경제는 외부효과 때문에 파레토 최적이 아니므로 어음경제에 조세와 보조금을 부과하여 수표경제로 전환함으로써 제한된 파레토 최적을 달성할 수 있다.
데드 타임 제어기를 이용한 웨어러블 AMOLED 디스플레이용 3-채널 DC-DC 변환기 설계

This paper proposes a highly integrated 3-channel power supply with a noninverting DC-DC boost converter, an inverting charge pump, and a LDO for wearable AMOLED Display panels. The DC-DC boost converter for a positive channel, VPOS, is designed using PWM-SPWM (set-time variable pulse width modulation) dual-mode and a dead time controller to increase power efficiency. The inverting charge pump for a negative channel, VNEG, using the PSM mode is adopted to decrease device size and increase power efficiency. A LDO is adopted to use a power supply for touch screen. Our proposed circuit has been designed using 0.18 μm BCDMOS process. Simulation results show that VPOS has 4.6 V with 3 mV output voltage ripple, VNEG has -0.6 V ∼ -2.3 V with 1 mV ∼ 20 mV output voltage ripple and AVDD has 2.8 V for both load current range of 1 mA ∼ 70 mA and input voltage of 2.9 V ∼ 4.6 V. And total power efficiency of our proposed circuit has 57% ∼ 89%.
