        쇠고기와 닭고기의 배합비에 따른 $Consomm{\acute{e}}$의 이화학적 특성

        The application of Consomm prepared with different ingredients of ground beef and ground chicken ingredients to improve the taste preferences and reduce saving the food cost of Consomm was attempted by reviewing fundamental data and its examining the effect on the physicochemical characteristics of treatment. These treatments were prepared with the following different ratios (9:1, 7:3, 5:5, 3:7, 1:9 ; w/w) of ground beef to and ground chicken: 9:1, 7:3, 5:5, 3:7, and 1:9, w/w, respectively. Gelatin contents were increased significantly with by increasing the mixed ratio of ground chicken. The free sugars identified from Consomm were, glucose, fructose, and sucrose. Free sugar contents, increased significantly by with increasing the mixed ratio of ground beef. (Ed- what are the highlighted treatments? Confirm the changes that I've made) The highest and lowest free sugars werewas shown at A9:1 and 1:9 treatments, respectively whereas the lowest value was shown at I treatment. As many as 20 different kinds of free amino acids were detected infrom the Consomm and the amount of total amino acids waswere increased with by increasing the mixed ratio of ground chicken. The contents of arginine, glutamic acid and alanine contents were high in the free amino acids of Cconsomm prepared with different ingredients. The In the changes of mineral contents in the Consomm prepared with different ingredients, the mineral showed high contents increased according to in the following order of: K, Na, P, Mg, Ca, Fe, and Zn. From the The results of analysis results, in the Relatin contents, free sugars, free amino acids and mineral contents were all increased with by increasing the mixed ratio of ground chicken. The 7:3 treatment showed From above results, it was showed that B treatment prepared with a ratio of 1 ground beef to 3 ground chicken was the bestmost preferred in physicochemical qualities.

        지연성 운동장애(Tardive Dyskinesia)의 최근 견해

        Tardive dyskinesia is a syndrome of involuntary hyperkinetic abnormal movements that occurs during or shortly after the cessation of neuroleptic drug treatment. Typically, the movements are choreoatheoid. Other movements such as tics and dystonia may be present. Nonetheless, any dyskinesia seen in a neuroleptic-treated patient is not always neuroleptic-induced tardive dyskinesia. The prevalence of tardive dyskinesia varies widely, which reflects many methodological problems, such as differential diagnosis. symptom fluctuation, masking effect of neuroleptics, validated diagnostic criteria. Of suggested risk factors, only old age has been consistently found to be associated with an increased frequency of tardive dyskinesia. Many hypotheses about the pathophysiolgy of tardive kinesia are proposeed, but time-honored ones are not present. No consistently safe and effective treatments are found. Various treatment modalities signifies the general ineffectiveness of these agents for most patients. In general, reduction or cessation of neuroleptics, if possible, is recommended. Remission or improvemets of tardive dyskinesia after neuroleptics withdrawal usually occurs among most patients within three months.

        메추리의 6개 칼슘공급원에 따른 진정이용칼슘과 외견상이용칼슘가의 비교

        True available calcium(TAC) values of 6 calcium supplements were a little greater than apparent available calcium(AAC) value of them, however, no significant difference was found between two kinds of available calcium values. There were significant differences (p$lt;0.01) among each TAC and AAC values of 6 calcium supplements. TAC values of calcium carbonate and oyster shell in mixed diets were significantly (p$lt;0.05) greater then AAC values of them. TAC and AAC values of calcium carbonate were the highest as 99.94%±2.10 and 98.45%±1.07, and those of oyster shell were the lowest as 67.78%±1.96 and 67.40%±2.07 respectively.

It grasps a relationship among extracted classes and it supports systematic game planning. 현재 국내 게임시장은 급속도로 발전하고 있으나 게임제작 프로세스는 체계화 되지 못하고 있다. 또한 게임기획자와 게임개발자 간의 의사 소통의 문제점은 게임의 실패를 초래 하고 있다. 본 연구는 게임기획자와 게임개발자 간의 원활한 의사소통을 위하여 게임기획을 위한 산출물에서 게임의 특성을 표현하는 요소를 추출하여 클래스화 하고, 추출된 요소간의 관계를 나타내기 위하여 클래스의 연관관계를 제시한다. 사례 연구를 통해 추출된 클래스와 클래스간의 연관관계를 파악하여 체계적인 게임기획을 지원한다.

        Mitochondria로 부터의 $Na^+$에 의한 $Ca^{++}$유리현상은 digitalis의 강심기전을 설명하는데 있어 세포내 $Ca^{++}$농도 증가기전을 설명할 수 있는 현상의 하나로 보여지므로 $Na^+$에 의한 $Ca^{++}$유리와 이러한 $Ca^{++}$유리가 반응액내 $Ca^{++}$ 존재 유무로 어떠한 변화를 받는지를 비교 검토하였고 steady state에서의 $Ca^{++}$ flux에 대한 $Na^+$의 효과를 관찰하였다. $Na^+$의 증가에 따라 mitochondria에 흡수된 $Ca^{++}$의 유리량과 유리율이 증가하였고, EGTA 1mM 투여로 반응액내 잔여 $Ca^{++}$을 없을 경우 $Ca^{++}$유리가 증가함을 보여, 반응액내 잔여 $Ca^{++}$이 $Na^+$에 의한 $Ca^{++}$유리를 억제하리하 믿어진다. 한편 steady state에서 unidirectionai $Ca^{++}$ influx가 $Na^+$에 의하여 감소되는 점으로 미루어, $Na^+$에 의한 $Ca^{++}$유리는 $Na^+$이 $Ca^{++}-Ca^{++}$ 교환을 직접 억제하여 $Ca^{++}$ influx를 감소시켜 나타나는 결과로 생각된다. $Na^+$에 의한 unidirectional $Ca^{++}$ influx의 억제는 $Ca^{++}-Ca^{++}$교환에 $Na^+$이 직접 작용하며, 또한 반응액내 $Ca^{++}$의 다소에 따라 $Na^+$에 의한 $Ca^{++}$ 유리정도가 변화되는 양상으로 미루어 보아 mitochondria의 $Ca^{++}$ 운반의 일부는 $Na^+$과 $Ca^{++}$이 상경적으로 작용하는 모종의 동일매개체에 의하여 이루어질 수 있으리라 생각된다. The $Na^+$-induced calcium release and the effect of sodium on the transmitochondrial calcium flux were observed in mitochondria isolated from pig ventricular myocardium by Milipore filtration technique using radioisotope $^{45}Ca$. The release of calcium from cardiac mitochondria was induced by small amount of sodium, and was promoted by increasing sodium concentration in the incubation medium. The extent of the $Na^+$-induced calcium release was much greater in the absence of extramitochondrial calcium than in the presence of calcium. At steady state of calcium binding on the mitochondrial membrane unidirectional calcium influx was inhibited by sodium and unidirectional calcium efflux was increased., From the above results, it was suggested that calcium might be released from cardiac mitochondria in exchange with sodium through the mediation of the postulated '$Na^+/Ca^{++}$ exchange' mechanism.

      • Involvement of $Cu^{++}$-Catalyzed Peroxidation in Degradation of Collagen and Protective Mechanism of Sodium Salicylate on this Peroxidative Reaction

        $Cu^{++}$ 촉매작용에 의한 과산화현상이 관절조직손상의 한 형태인 Collagen 손상에 관여할 수 있음을 알아보고, sodium salicylate의 항 염증기전의 일부를 설명해 보고자 sodium salicylate가 이 과산화반응에 미치는 효과를 검토하였다. 쥐피부로 부터 얻은 Collagen을 이용하여 Collagen gelation에 대한 $Cu^{++}$와$H_2O_2$의 효과를 관찰한 결과 $Cu^{++}$ 또는 $H_2O_2$ 단독으로는 gelation에 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, $Cu^{++}$와 $H_2O_2$가 동시에 첨가된 경우 gelation이 억제되어 maximal turbidity가 감소되고, lag phase가 연장됨을 보였다. 그리고 같은 반응 조건에서 sodium salicylate 첨가에 의해 $Cu^{++}$와 $H_2O_2$에 의해 억제된 gelation이 회복됨을 볼 수 있었으며 회복정도는 salicylate 농도 증가에 의존적이었다. 한편 $Cu^{++}$에 의한 $H_2O_2$의 decomposition rate가 sodium salicylate에 의해 증가됨을 보였고, salicylate 농도 증가에 의해 점차 saturation되는 양상을 보였다. 이상의 결과로 부터 $Cu^{++}$ 촉매작용에 의한 과산화 현상은 collagen에 작용하여 구조적 또는 기능적인 변화를 초래함을 알 수 있었고, salicylate에 의해 이러한 과산화 현상이 억제되는 것은 $Cu^{++}$에 의한 $H_2O_2$의 decomposition rate를 증가시킨 결과임을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 $Cu^{++}$ 촉매작용에 의한 과산화현상은 만성염증 반응 특히 rheumatoid arthritis에서 나타나는 관절조직 손상에 관여할 수 있으며, sodium salicylate는 이 과산화반응에 작용하여 항 염증효과를 나타낼 수 있으리라 믿어졌다. The present study examines firstly, the inhibition of collagen gelation to explore the possible involvement of $Cu^{++}$-catalyzed peroxidation in rheumatoid arthritis and secondly, the effect of sodium salicylate on this peroxidative reaction to provide a possible explanation for its mechanism of anti-inflammatory action. Incubation of collagen obtained from rat skin with $Cu^{++}$ and $H_2O_2$ resulted in the inhibition of gelation in terms of maximal turbidity and lag phase, but either $Cu^{++}$ or $H_2O_2$ alone essentially gave no effect in the collagen gelation. In the presence of sodium salicylate the inhibited gelation of collagen induced by $Cu^{++}$ and $H_2O_2$ was reversed with the dependency of the concentration of sodium salicylate. Moreover, the rate of $H_2O_2$ decomposition by $Cu^{++}$ was accelerated by sodium salicylate and this decomposition of $H_2O_2$ was found to be saturable in terms of concentration of this drugs. Thus it can be expected that $Cu^{++}$ -catalyzed peroxidation attacks collagen resulting in change of structural or functional integrity of collagen, and sodium salicylate may act on this peroxidative process, possibly through the enhancement of catalatic action of $Cu^{++}$. From these results $Cu^{++}$-catalyzed peroxidation can be in part responsible for degradation of joint tissue in rheumatoid arthritis and sodium salicylate may exert its anti-inflammatory action by this peroxidative reaction.

        콩짚의 품종별 사료가치 비교

        To evaluate the nutritive values of soybean straws of the different varieties, chemical compositions and in vitro digestibilities were examined. The soybean varieties used in this study were Bongeui, Dongbug, Suweon 86, Kwangkyo, Yugoo 3 and Hill. The results obtained are summarized as follows (1) The average weight of soybean straws was 12.0 g. The propotion of pod and stem were 60.4% and 39.6% of the straw fractions on a dry matter basis. (2) Although there were no differences in chemical composition, crude protein was slightly higher in Bongeui and Hill than in others. Pod contained more crude protein, nitrogen free extract, crude ash, cell content and hemicellulose than stem, but reverse phenomena were observed in the contents of cell wall constituents (CWC), acid detergent fiber (ADF), cellulose and lignin. (3) Dry matter, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), ADF and cellulose digestibilities of soybean straws in vitro were highest in Kwangkyo and lowest in Yugoo 3. Dry matter, NDF, ADF and cellulose digestibilities of pod in vitro were higher than those of stem. Eighty percent of the straw fraction, pod and stem based on a dry matter were disappeared within 48 hours by in vitro digestion.

        Toluene의 생물학적 분해능 향상을 위한 계면활성제의 선정

        Surfactants can be used to enhance the mass transfer rate of hydrophobic compounds into the biologically active liquid phase, resulting in an increase in biodegradation rate of toluene. In this study, the mass transfer rate and the biocompatibility of toluene in the presence of various surfactants were evaluated. Four anionic and non ionic surfactants were tested: sodium dodecyl sulfate (SOS), TritonX-100, Tween 80, and BYK-345 (silicone surfactant). Experimental results showed that BYK-345 at the critical micelle concentration (CMC) enhanced the solubility of toluene. However, there was no increase in the solubility of toluene by SOS and TritonX-100 at their CMCs. With the addition of each surfactant into deionized water the mass transfer rate became faster than that of the case with no surfactant. A bottle study using toluene-degrading microorganisms showed that SOS seriously reduced toluene removal presumably due to the toxicity of the anionic surfactant and/or the substrate competition between the surfactant and toluene. In addition, the degradation rate of toluene was decreased in the presence of BYK-345, indicating that BYK-345 adversely affects the activity of microorganisms. However, TritonX-100 and Tween 80 did not decrease the degradation rate of toluene significantly. Rather, at the low concentration of TritonX-100 toluene degradation rate was even increased. Overall the experimental results suggest that TritonX-100 be the appropriate surfactant for enhanced biological degradation of toluene. 계면활성제는 소수성 물질(톨루엔)의 물질전달율을 증가시켜 미생물이 있는 액상으로 잘 녹아들어가게 함으로써 미생물에 의한 분해를 증가시킨다. 본 연구에서는 여러 종류의 계면활성제가 존재할 때 톨루엔의 물질전달율과 미생물에 의한 분해가 어떻게 이루어지는지에 대해 알아보았다. 사용한 계면활성제는 다음과 같다: Sodium Oodecyl Sulfate (SOS), TritonX-100, Tween 80, BYK-345 (silicone 계면활성제). 실험결과에 따르면 BYK-345는 critical micelle concentration (CMC)에서 톨루엔의 용해도를 증가시켰다. 하지만, SDS와 TritonX-100는 CMC에서 톨루엔의 용해도를 증가시키지 못했다. 증류수에 계면활성제를 첨가하면 증류수만 있는 경우보다 톨루엔의 물질전달율$(K_La)$이 증가했다. 톨루엔 분해 미생물을 이용한 회분식 실험에서 SOS는 톨루엔의 분해를 감소시켰다. 그 이유는 SDS가 미생물에 독성을 미쳤기 때문일 수도 있고, 기질로서 이용되어서 톨루엔과 경쟁관계에 놓였기 때문일 수도 있다. BYK-345를 계면활성제로 사용한 실험에서도 톨루엔의 분해가 감소했는데 이것은 BYK-345가 미생물의 활성도에 심각한 영향을 미쳤기 때문이다. 하지만, TritonX-100 와 Tween 80의 경우에는 톨루엔의 분해가 크게 감소하지 않았다. 낮은 농도의 TritonX-100의 경우에 오히려 톨루엔의 분해는 증가했다. 이와 같은 결과들을 통해 톨루엔의 생물학적 분해를 위해 가장 적절한 계면활성제는 TritonX-100임을 알 수 있었다.

        칼슘급여수준· 급여방법·입자도·연령이 메추리의 진정이용칼슘가에 미치는 영향

        The relationships between calcium input level and excreta calcium, and true available calcium (TAC) values were Y=3.21 × 10^(-4)x²+ 0.52X-0.48 (r=0.9832^(**) and Y=-6.21 × 10^(-3)X² -0.03 (r=0.9738^(**)) respectively. The TAC values of limestone and oyster shell were the highest in the 40-80 mesh as 74.67%, and the lowest in the 10-30 mesh as 68.2% and 61.01% respectively. Excreted calcium from fed birds were significantly increased (p$lt;0.05) as the age of birds increased, however, excreted calcium from unfed birds were almost same in all the age of birds. The TAC value of calcium carbonate was the highest in that of 16 weeks old bird as 99.42±1.32%. The relationships between age of bird and excreta calcium, and TAC value were Y=0.578x-0.0475 (r=0.9960^(**)) and Y=-0.129X+100.0425 (r=-0.9850^(**)) respectively.
