요구사항관리가 중소 벤처기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 요구사항관리가 벤처기업 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 규명해 보고자하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위하여, 요구공학에서 제시하는 요구사항관리 방법론을 중소 벤처기업의 업무와 접목하여 요구사항관리 측정 항목으로 선정하여 독립변수로 정하고, 벤처기업 성과와 관련한 선행 연구고찰을 통해 재무성과와 시장성과를 기업성과 지표로 도출하여 종속변수로 선정하였다. 그리고 요구사항관리와 기업성과의 연구 모형을 설계하고 실증 자료를 사용하여 요구사항관리가 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 대해 검정을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 주요 결과 및 시사점을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요구사항관리와 관련하여 국재 중소벤처 기업의 요구사항관리 활용은 전체적으로 보통이하로 나타났다. 이는 국재 중소벤처기업은 요구사항관리 자체에 대한 이해 부족과 활용 방법에 대해 잘 모르기 때문인 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 요구사항관리는 기업 성과인 재무성과와 시장성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 중소 벤처기업이 요구사항을 잘 도출하고 관리함으로써 리스크 요인을 보다 정확하게 파악할 수 있고, 고객의 요구사항을 신제품이나 신기술에 반영함으로써 시장 경쟁력을 가지게 되어 시장성과 도움을 주는 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 요구사항관리는 소프트웨어 공학에서뿐만 아니라 기업 경영 관리 측면에서 관리 방법론으로 활용할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 국내 요구사항관리 활용 실태를 보면 중소기업보다는 대기업에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 이는 중소 벤처기업이 대기업에 비해 전문 인력과 자금이 부족, 그리고 요구사항관리에 대한 이해 부족인 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 국내 중소기업을 위한 요구사항관리를 툴을 개발하여 보급한다면 해외 제품이 선점하고 있는 국내 요구사항관리 시장을 대체할 수 있고, 중소 벤처기업에 맞는 요구사항관리 툴을 보급한다면 기업성과 향상에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 본 연구의 결과는 표본수의 부족과 구체적인 벤처 기업성과 요인과의 관계를 규명하는 것에는 한계를 가지고 있지만, 본 연구를 통해 요구사항관리가 기업성과데 유의한 영향을 미친다는 결과를 제시하는데 그 의미가 있다. The purpose of this study is to idendify the effect of requirements management on corporate performance of small and medium vesture corporate. For the purpose of doing this, the process of requirements management advanced by requirements engineering will be adopted by independent variable and corporate performance which are finance and market performance is dependent variable. Then we designed research model with requirements management and corporate performance and analysed the actual data gathered from 49 small and midium venture companies with SPSS 12.0 Kor. The major results of this study are as follows; Firstly, the requirements management level in domestic small and medium venture companies falls bellow the average. Because they do not know what the requirements management is exactly and how and where they use it. Secondly, requirements management can have effect on financial and market performance in the small and medium venture business. Because Requirements management can help find out the risk factors in financial sectors and key customer needs can be applied to product. Thirdly, requirements management can have effect on the small and medium business performance as well as software business. Requirements management is usually used in a large enterprise in domestic. Because small and medium venture companies in Korea are not rich in specialist and budget on requirements management. In case we develop requirements management tool for small and medium venture corporate we expect that is one of the way to increase corporate performance. Though this study has limitation on small sample, and has not proved the specific performance factors related to business performance, it has contribution of identifying requirements management can have effect on the corporate performance.

A new series of phenothiazine-based polymeric electrolytes were developed to obtain a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC_s). Phenothiazine-based click polymers were synthesized using Cu(I)-catalyzed click reaction methods. The resulting polymers were soluble in common organic solvents and had a reasonable molecular weight. The thermal properties, emission spectra, and energy band gap of synthesized click polymers were also investigated. The polymer electrolytes were composed of iodide and triiodide redox species embedded in phenothiazine-based click polymers or polyacrylonitrile (PAN) as a polymer matrix. DSSCs were fabricated with a configuration of SnO_2:F/TiO_2/N719 dye/polymer electrolyte/Pt devices using these click polymers or PAN as an electrolyte components and compared photovoltaic performance. The maximum PCE of the phenothiazine-based click polymers as polymer electrolytes for DSSCs was obtained 5.30% (at 1 sun). These enhanced click polymers are expected to find applications as an electrolyte component in DSSCs in the future.

Maize (Zea mays L.) is the most important crop such as food for humans and feed for animals. Although new varieties of maize have been extensively developed in Korea, little is known about differences in the proteomes of mature kernels among maize varieties. Three Korean waxy corn cultivars (Ilmichal, Eolrukchal 1, and Heukjinjuchal) have previously been developed. The total protein content is higher in Ilmichal than in Eolrukchal 1 or Heukjinjuchal, while the starch and fatty acid contents are similar among these three Korean waxy corns. To uncover the differences in proteomic profiles among these three Korean waxy corns, we performed proteomic analysis and compared their protein compositions. We detected 37 differentially expressed protein spots and identified the proteins using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. Of these proteins, 37.8 % were identified as storage proteins, 18.9 % as stress-related proteins, and 18.9 % as metabolism-related proteins. Storage proteins (globulin-2) and stress-related proteins (heat shock proteins and general stress proteins) were highly expressed in Ilmichal or Heukjinjuchal. Semiquantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis of corresponding genes of five randomly selected proteins, including glyoxalase family protein (accession number, B6SGF3), globulin-2 (Q7M1Z8), heat shock protein 1 and 3 (B6TGQ2 and B6TDB5), and vicilin-like embryo storage protein (Q03865), showed that the expression levels of the tested genes were well-correlated with protein abundance, suggesting that these proteins are also differentially regulated at the transcriptional level. Taken together, these results provide a better understanding of proteomic differences among Korean waxy corn cultivars and may support further molecular breeding efforts.
