중학생의 마인드셋이 학업적 자기효능감을 매개로 학업성취도에 미치는 영향: 저소득층 여부에 따른 다집단분석

본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 마인드셋이 학업적 자기효능감을 매개로 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 학생들의 저소득층 여부에 따른 모형 차이를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해「경기교육종단연구(GEPS)」2016년 조사의 중학교 2학년 자료를 가구 소득에 따라 저소득층 489명, 비저소득층 4,842명으로 분류하여 분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 변인들 간 구조적 관계를 검증하였으며, Bootstrapping 방법을 사용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 이후 다집단분석을 실시하여 저소득층 집단과 비저소득층 집단 간의 모형 차이를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 중학생의 고정 마인드셋이 학업성취도에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 직접효과와 학업적 자기효능감을 매개로 영향을 미치는 간접효과가 확인되었다. 둘째, 다집단분석 결과, 수학 과목에서 고정 마인드셋이 학업적 자기효능감을 거쳐 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 경로에 두 집단 간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 저소득층 집단의 경우 비저소득층 집단과 달리 고정 마인드셋이 수학 학업성취도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 저소득층 집단의 경우 비저소득층 집단에 비해 학업적 효능감이 학업성취도에 이르는 경로 계수가 더 높았다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 저소득층 학생들의 경우 수학 학습에서 효능감, 정서, 동기 등의 정의적 영역이 학업성취도 증진에 중요한 부분임을 시사한다. This study aimed to identify the impact of a middle school student"s fixed mindset on academic achievement and to examine the model differences depending on students’s SES. For this purpose, data of 5,543 middle school second grade students in Gyeonggi Education Penal Study 2016(GEPS 2016) were used for analysis. SEM analysis and bootstrapping was performed and multi-group analysis was conducted to confirm the difference in model between low-income and non-low-income groups. The main results were as follows. First, significant difference was found between two groups in the path from academic self-efficacy to academic achievement. Second, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups on the way in mathematics. In low-income group, fixed mindset did not significantly affect the achievement of mathematics. This study suggests that in the case of low-income students, learning-affective domains such as self-efficacy, emotion, and motivation are important in improving academic achievement.

There is a need to enlarge the mother glass substrate in OLED to raise its productivity and to realize OLED TV. On the other hand, some difficulties may arise regarding the deflection of a large glass substrate during its handling operation due to its thinness $(0.5\sim0.7t)$, which is not even enough to allow it to stand its own mass. This thesis proposes a conceptual plan for the application of the clamping- and bending-end conditions to the glass substrate handler. To verify proposed plan, the non-contact 3 dimensional measuring instrument is developed. The composition of the 3 dimensional measuring instrument measures shape of the product using X-Y stage robot and laser distance sensor. X-Y stage robot and laser distance sensor are controlled by LabVIEW language. To calibrate measuring instrument, the direction conversion of the Euler angle was used. In order to confirm deflection of the glass substrate, the experiment was carried out at the bending end boundary condition and the proposed effect was verified.

A roll-to-roll (R2R) thermal evaporation system was developed to manufacture low-cost flexible OLEDs. A vacuum-compatible bottom-up thermal evaporation method was adopted to ensure the quality and the stability of the thin film. DSMC (Direct Simulation Monte Carlo) simulation was used to predict the CD (Cross Direction) uniformity of the thickness of the deposited thin film. And, a uniformity-compensation method using the Z-map algorithm was developed to realize entire uniformity on a continuous roll-to-roll scan-type substrate. An experimental investigation confirms that these simulations fit the actual test results well. And, a flexible OLED lighting sample could be fabricated using the proposed method and the developed R2R equipment. These results represent a meaningful step towards the production of low-cost flexible OLED applications

이 연구의 목적은 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 재계약에 영향을 미치는 선행요인과 결과에 관해 규명하는 것이다. 선행요인으로는 공정성, 사회적 의사소통, 도구적 의사소통, 서비스 지원성과, 거래특유투자, 수요환경 동태성을 결과요인으로는 재계약 의도를 살펴보았다. 또한 프랜차이즈 가맹점들의 재계약 요인들을 알아보기 위해 외식 프랜차이즈, 서비스 프랜차이즈, 도소매 프랜차이즈 등 세 가지 형태의 가맹점으로 구성하였다. 국내 프랜차이즈 가맹점 120곳을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 공정성은 사회적 만족에 도구적 의사소통과 서비스 지원성과는 경제적 만족에 서비스 지원성과와 수요환경 동태성은 의존성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 반면 사회적 의사소통은 사회적 만족과 경제적 만족에 영향을 미치지 않았고, 거래특유투자는 의존성에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그리고 매개변수인 사회적 만족, 경제적 만족과 의존성은 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 재계약의도에 모두 正의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The objective of this research is to find out antecedents that would affect franchise's recontract in a franchise system. The antecedents include fairness, social communication, instrumental communication, service support performance, transaction specific investment, and output sector environmental dynamism, and include economic satisfaction, social satisfaction and dependence as mediators. Also this research deals with the relationships between a franchisor and franchisees which are consist of in order to find out the antecedents of franchisee's recontract intention. With a survey of 120 franchisee's consisted of three retailing format such as dining franchise, wholesale-retail franchise, and service franchise, the results of multiple regression analysis shows that fairness has an effect on social satisfaction, instrumental communication and service support performance have effects on economic satisfaction. Also service support performance and output sector environmental dynamism have effects on dependence. However, social communication doesn't affect both economic and social satisfaction, and transaction specific investment doesn't affect dependence of franchisees'. In addition, franchisees' economical satisfaction, social satisfaction, and dependence have effects on recontract intention.
