표면층에 치밀층 구배 구조를 갖는 비대칭 폴리에테르이미드막에 대하여 치밀 구조층의 화학적 개질을 통한 막 형태의 변화와 물/이소프로판을 혼합액의 투과증발 거동을 연구하였다. 치밀 정도는 증발 시간에 의해 조절되었고, 증발 시간이 0분에서 4분으로 증가되었을때, 투과량은 감소하였고, 선택도는 증가하였다. 또한, 수산화나트륨 용액으로 개질 된 폴리에테르이미드막을 통한 투과증발 거동은, 치밀 표면층의 개질 시간이 증가될수록 선택성은 증가하였고, 투과량은 감소하였다. 전자현미경으로 확인된 형태 변화는 개질 시간의 증가에 따라 치밀 표면층의 density 증가를 보여주었고, 이러한 결과는 위의 관찰들과 일치하였다. For asymmetric polyetherimide membranes having a dense layer gradient structure on the skin layer, the morphology change and pervaporation behaviors of water/isopropanol mixture through chemical modification of dense skin layer were investigated. The extent of the density was controlled by the evaporation time, and when the evaporation time was increased from 0 min to 4 min, the permeation flux was decreased, the separation factor was increased. Also, the pervaporation behaviors of the polyetherimide membranes modified with sodium hydroxide solution, as the modification time of dense skin layer increased, the selectivity increased, and the permeation flux decreased. The morphology change identified by SEM shows that the density of dense skin layer tends to increases with increasing modification time, this result is consistent with above observations.

본 논문에서는 탄소성 유한요소해석 알고리즘과 연계한 확률장 생성기법과 근접터널 조건에서의 파괴확률을 분석하였다. 유한요소 해석을 위한 이산 확률장의 생성은 빠르고 정확하며 랜덤변수의 해상도를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있는 local average subdivision 기법을 사용하였으며 터널모델링을 위해 유한요소 크기와 형상 변화 등을 적절히 고려하여 지반물성치를 적용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 예제해석 조건에 대해 강도정수의 분산정도 및 공간상관길이에 따른 파괴확률을 파악하였으며 결정론적 안정성 해석결과 및 단일랜덤변수 해석결과와 비교하였다. 강도정수의 분산특성에 따라 강도감소기법에 의한 안전율과 단일랜덤변수 해석에 의한 파괴확률의 관계를 규명하였으며 확률유한요소 해석을 통해 공간상관길이가 파괴확률에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 강도감소기법에 의한 안전율과 분산계수로부터 단일랜덤변수에 의한 파괴확률을 도출할 수 있었으며 단일랜덤변수 해석결과가 근접터널의 실제적인 파괴확률을 과소평가 할 수 있음을 파악하였다. In this paper, the modeling procedure of random field with an elasto-plastic finite element algorithm and probability of failure on closely-spaced tunnel were investigated. Local average subdivision (LAS) method which can generate discrete random variables fast and accurately as well as change the resolution in certain region was used. And correlated value allocating and weighted average method were suggested to implement geometrical characteristics of tunnel. After the probability of failure on the test problem was thoroughly investigated using random finite element method, the results were compared with the deterministic strength reduction factor method and single random variable method. Of particular importance in this work, is the conclusion that the probability of failure determined by simplified probabilistic analysis, in which spatial variability is ignored by assuming perfect correlation, can be estimated from the safety factor determined by strength reduction factor method. Also, single random variable method can lead to unconservative estimates of the probability of failure.

Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) has been developed for the diagnosis of various gastrointestinal diseases or extra-gastrointestinal diseases, and extended to interventional approach. In fields of mediastinal diseases, EUS is an effective diagnostic method for the staging of esophageal cancer, lung cancer and other mediastinal diseases. Recently, EUS guided fine needle aspiration or biopsy makes the histologic diagnosis possible in various mediastinal diseases, and would reserve many avoidable surgical cases.

1. Hepatic ascariasis represented by milk spots on the liver surface was found in 475(31.7%) out of 1,500 pigs. 2. For histopathological studies, 170 cases were collected at random from the milk spotted liver From these cases ascaris larva was found in 14 cases(8.2%). 3. Grossly, the occurrence of milk spots was not confined to any particular lobes of the liver. The lesions, however, were more frequently found in the diaphragmatic surface than in the visceral surface. The extent of the spots was limited to the subcapsular region and the deeper tissue was not affected. 4. Histologically, hemorrhage and eosinophilic infiltration were observed in the area invaded by the larva. The increase of connective tissue followed by a form of chronic lymphocytic hepatitis was observed at the late stage of infection. There was numerous eosinophilic infiltration around the larva trapped in the liver tissue. Consequently, encapsulation of the larva was followed by organization and calcification.

방향계 폴리에테르이미드를 건/습 상분리방법으로 막을 만들고 imide group이 갖는 선택 투과 특성과 표면층의 구조를 변화시켜 이때 나타나는 물-알콜 혼합액의 투과 증발 특성에 대해 연구하였다. 막의 선택성은 구조 변화의 반응시간에 따라 일정 시간까지 선형적으로 증가하였으며 이때의 구조 변화는 미 반응 막보다 치밀한 구조로 변화됨에 따른 효과로 보이고 있다. 치밀 막의 경우엔 90% 에탄을 용액에서 160의 선택성을 보였고, 이소프로필알콜용액에서는 2000이 넘는 높은 선택성을 보여줌으로써 이미드재료가 높은 투과 선택성이 있음을 보여주고 있다. 막의 투과도에 대한 온도 의존성은 온도 증가에 따라 선형적으로 증가하였고 선택도 또한 증가함을 보여주었다. Aromatic polyetherimide membranes were prepared by dry/wet phase inversion method and investigated regarding the pervaporation characteristic of water-alcohol mixtures by using the permselective property of imide group and the structure modification of skin layer of the membrane. The membrane selectivity increased with the reaction time of surface-modification, to some extent, and the density of top layer tends to increases with increasing the reaction time. In the case of dense membrane, the separation factor was 160 and 2000 for 90wt% ethanol mixture and 90wt% isopropanol solution, respectively, which implies that aromatic polyetherimide has a high permselectivity. The temperature dependence of permeation flux seems to follow an Arrhenius type at the temperature range of(40℃-70℃).
재발된 간헐외사시에서 순응도에 따른 부분가림치료의 장기적 효과

Purpose: To evaluate the reoperation rate and the change of exo-angle according to compliance level of part time occlusion therapy in recurrent intermittent exotropia. Methods: This retrospective study included 52 patients of recurrent intermittent exotropia who followed up more than 5 years after their first operation. They were ordered part time occlusion therapy for recurrent exotropia. The patients were divided into 4 groups according to the level of compliance of part time occlusion therapy (\'excellent\', \'good\', \'fair\', \'poor\'). We evaluated the reoperation rate in 5 years after the first operation and the change of exo-angle from the early recurrent time according to compliance levels. Results: The reoperation rate within 5 years after the first operation of \'excellent\' and \'good\' compliance groups was lower than that of \'fair\' and \'poor\' groups (33.3, 26.3, 73.7 and 45.5% respectively) and the degree of exo-angle progression from the early recurrent time of the \'excellent\' and \'good\' compliance groups was less than that of \'fair\' and \'poor\' compliance groups, both results of which were statistically significant (p=0.02, 0.03). Conclusions: Part time occlusion therapy in recurrent intermittent exotropia has good long-term effects of decreasingreoperation rates in patients with a high level of compliance.
