2018-2022년 경희대학교 한방병원 한방 안이비인후과 외래환자에 대한 통계분석

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to figure out the changes in sex, age, disease distribution of outpatients in ophthalmology and otolaryngology of Korean medicine. Methods : We analyzed the medical records of 2,834 outpatients who visited department of ophthalmology and otolaryngology of Korean medicine at Kyung Hee university Korean medicine hospital between 2018 and 2022. And we compared the results with those of studies from 2000, 2007, and 2017, considering sex, age, and diseases. Results : 1. The total number of patients in ophthalmology and otolaryngology increased compared to 2012-2016, with a higher proportion of patients aged 50 and above in all departments. 2. The number of patients in ophthalmology has been continuously decreasing since 1996-1998. 3. The number of patients in otology has increased significantly compared to 2012-2016, with a trend towards a lower proportion of tinnitus and hearing loss. 4. The number of patients in rhinology has not recovered from the significant decrease in 2012-2016, and rhinitis continues to constitute a significant proportion. 5. The number of patients in laryngology has increased significantly compared to 2012-2016, with a trend towards a less proportion of laryngopharyngitis. Conclusion : The active utilization of diagnostic equipment, further research and promotion of Korean medicine treatment for ophthalmology and otholaryngology diseases are essential for expanding the treatment domain withi n ophthalmology and otolaryngology of Korean medicine.
함포시스템 격침핀 열처리 개선을 통한 사격안정성 향상 연구

본 연구는 76mm 포탄 발사 시 발생하는 격침핀 휨 현상을 해결하기 위한 결과이다. 함포 사격 중 격침핀이 비정상적으로 휘어지는 현상이 발생하였다. 원제작사 제품과 화학성분은 유사하지만, 열처리 공정이 다른 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 열처리 공정을 개선하고 경도를 원제품과 비슷하게 하기 위해 Q/T 처리 후 표면 열처리 방법 중 하나인 고주파 열처리를 통해 선단부와 핀 하단부의 경도를 분류하였다. 개선제품의 효과를 확인하기 위해 실제 사격시험을 실시했으며, 기존 제품은 촬영 후 휘어지는 현상이 있었지만 개선제품은 휘어지는 현상이 없었다. 이를 통해 품질이 향상되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study presents a new optical system for a combiner-type head-up display (HUD) with a cylindricallens as an asymmetrical aberration corrector, instead of a freeform mirror. In the initial design processbased on off-axial aberration analysis, we obtain an off-axis two-mirror system corrected for linearastigmatism and spherical aberration by adding a conic secondary mirror to an off-axis paraboloidal mirror. Thus, since the starting optical system for an HUD is corrected for dominant aberrations, it enables usto balance the residual asymmetrical aberrations with a simple optical surface such as a cylinder, not acomplex freeform surface. From this design process, an optical system for an HUD having goodperformance is finally obtained. The size of the virtual image is 10 inches at 2 meters away from acombiner, and the area of the eye box is 130×50 mm2.

COVID-19 전후 단일 한방병원 및 한방 안이비인후피부과 외래 환자들에 대한 비교 분석

Objectives : The objective of this study is to predict how future infectious diseases will affect healthcare utilization patterns within korean medicine hospitals and, specifically, departments of ophthalmology, otolaryngology and dermatology of Korean medicine. Methods : We retrospectively analyzed medical records of patients who visited Kyung Hee University Korean Medicine Hospital during Pre COVID-19(from March 1st, 2018 to Feb 29th, 2019) and Post COVID-19(from March 1st, 2019 to Feb 28th, 2022). The data was analyzed by visit type and diagnosed disease code. Results : 1. After the COVID-19 break-out, the number of first visit patients increased but those of revisit patients, total patients, and revisit/first visit ratio decreased in all departments. 2. In Kyung Hee University Korean Medicine Hospital, the decrease rate of the number of total patients diagnosed with diseases of respiratory system(J00-J99) was the highest, while that for diseases of circulatory system(I00-I99) was the lowest. 3. In the department of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology of Korean Medicine, the decrease rate of the number of total patients with nose disease was the highest, followed by eye disease and ear disease. 4. In the department of Dermatology of Korean Medicine, the number of total patients with dermatitis remained consistent, while the number of total patients with skin appendage disease showed relatively high decrease rate. Conclusions : Severe or chronic diseases showed relatively low decrease rate of the number of total patients. While mild diseases or diseases with high probability of exposure to COVID-19 infection during treatment showed high decrease rate of the number of total patients.
