        적응유연한 청소년의 정서인식 명확성과 인지적 정서조절 전략에 관한 연구

        As the title suggests, this research is a study on the emotional clarity and the cognitive emotional regulation of resilient adolescents mainly focused on 487 high school students of the 11th grade, involved both the humane and the industrial, in Korea. Firstly, the researcher has classified all those students into three groups through the levels of risk factors and resilience; one group of 73 resilient adolescents, another of 46 competent adolescents, and the other of 40 fragile adolescents. Secondly, I have analyzed what differences the resilient adolescents appeared from the other groups in the emotional clarity and the cognitive emotional regulation. Finally, I have aimed at studying a interrelation between the emotional clarity and the cognitive emotion regulation. In order to classify the resilient adolescents group, the researcher has used Family Adversity Scale for their undergoing adversities and Korean Youth Self-Report: K-YSR for their resilience levels. And I have used Trait Meta Mood Scale: TMMS for emotional clarity and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire: CERQ for cognitive emotion regulation. An One-Way ANOVA analysis revealed that there was no significant difference in the emotional clarity between the resilient adolescents and the competent adolescents; but that the resilient adolescents had significantly higher emotional clarity than the fragile adolescents. As to the cognitive emotional regulation, there was no significant difference in the adaptive emotional regulation among the tree groups; while the resilient adolescents were significantly less active than the fragile adolescents in using the non-adaptive emotional regulation, but showed no significant difference compared with the competent adolescents. A correlation analysis revealed that there was a significant positive correlation only between the emotional clarity and the adaptive emotional regulation of the resilient adolescents; while both the competent adolescents and the fragile adolescents showed no significant correlation between the emotional clarity and the cognitive emotional regulation. And only catastrophizing showed negative correlation with the emotional clarity as well as with the non-adaptive emotional regulation. Therefore, it seems that the resilient adolescents characteristically recognize their emotion clearly, and that they are significantly less active in using the non-adaptive emotional regulation than the adolescents who are fragile in adversity. In addition, it seems that there is a significant correlation between the emotional clarity and the adaptive emotional regulation of the resilient adolescents. 본 연구는 적응유연한 청소년의 정서인식 명확성과 인지적 정서조절 전략에 관해 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 이 를 위해 487명의 고등학교 2학년 학생을 대상으로 위험요소의 수준과 적응수준에 따라 적응유연 청소년7 3 명, 유능 청소년 46명, 취약 청소년 40명으로 세 집단을 분류하였다. 이 중 적응유연한 청소년들의 정서인식 명확성과 인지적 정서조절전략은 나머지 두 집단과 어떠한 차이를 나타내는지 분석하고 각 집단별로 정서 인식 명확성과 인지적 정서조절 전략 간에 어떠한 상관이 있는지 살펴보았다. 적응유연한 청소년 집단을 구 분하기 위해 청소년이 처한 역경은 가정환경 역경 척도(신현숙, 2004), 적응수준은 청소년 자기행동 평가 척 도(김수주, 2002)로, 정서인식 명확성은 한국판 특성 상위기분 척도(K-TMMS, 이수정, 이훈구, 1997)로, 인지적 정서조절 전략은 인지적 정서조절 전략 척도(김소희, 2004)를 실시하여 살펴보았다. 일원변량분석 결과, 적응 유연한 청소년은 정서인식명확성에 있어서 유능한 청소년과 유의미한 차이를 나타내고 있지 않으나 취약한 청소년과 비교해 보았을 때는 유의미하게 높은 정서인식 명확성을 보였다. 인지적 정서조절 전략 중 적응적 정서조절 전략의 사용은 세 집단간에 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있지 않으나, 부적응적 정서조절 전략의 사용 에 있어서는 적응유연한 청소년은 취약한 청소년과 비교해 유의미하게 낮은 부적응적 정서조절 전략을 사 용하고 있었고, 유능한 청소년과는 유의미한 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. 상관분석 결과, 적응유연한 청소년의 정서인식 명확성과 적응적 정서조절 전략만이 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였고, 유능한 청소년과 취약한 청소 년은 모두 정서인식 명확성과 인지적 정서조절 전략의 상관이 유의미하지 않았다. 이중 취약한 청소년의 정 서인식 명확성과 부적응적 정서조절 전략 중 파국화만이 유의미한 부적상관을 보였다. 따라서 적응유연한 청소년은 자신의 정서를 명확하게 인식하는 특성을 지녔고, 역경에 취약한 청소년들보다 부적응적인 정서조 절 전략을 유의미하게 적게 사용하는 것으로 보인다. 또한 적응유연한 청소년의 정서인식 명확성과 그들이 사용하는 적응적 정서조절 전략은 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 보인다

        할렘르네상스 미술에 나타난 탈식민주의적 속성: 두 보이스의 ‘범아프리카주의’를 중심으로

        The history of post-colonialism started with a form of 'ethnic minority discourse', and the genealogical root of post-colonialism begins with the resistant discourse of 'Negro', the Other. Black diaspora occupies a prominent place in the historical context of post-colonialism. That's why Pan-Africanism, which African blacks as main agents of discourse attempted to overcome colonialism and racism and aimed to unify and uplift African descendants, could be a starting point of post-colonialism. This paper is, hence, based on an awareness of the problem that post-colonialism begun with the resistance of Negro and the theory of post-colonialism of the West-based scholars is rooted in Pan-Africanism by William Edward Burghardt Du Bois. Pan-Africanism, especially, served as a main impetus for Harlem Renaissance to popularize the culture of both Africa and American blacks to new world for the first time. With the advent of Harlem Renaissance, Negro rejected the past negative image of blacks represented by whites, recovered the pride of blacks as the subject, not the object, of representation, and encouraged new consciousness of race. Therefore, the quest for Pan-Africanism in the Harlem Renaissance is a work to restore the intrinsic self-reliance in post-colonialism as well. Black artists of Harlem Renaissance defined African art as their 'lost legacy' and tried to connect it with African-American culture. And they newly posited their identity as the progenitor of civilization, not the descendants of slaves, through Egyptian civilization. This is a deconstruction and resistance to the negative identity given by whites in the past and an attempt to establish the consciousness of race as the subject. Against this backdrop, this paper intends to reveal post-colonialist attributes - 64 -shown in Harlem Renaissance art by focusing on how Pan-Africanism was embodied in the Harlem Renaissance art works, clarifying that Pan-Africanism by Du Bois is the foundation of the theory of post-colonialism discussed after Said in the 80's.

        조현병 환자에서의 Mismatch Negativity와 기능 상태의 연관성 연구

        Objectives : It has been constantly reported that mismatch negativity (MMN) is impaired in patients with schizophrenia. However, the mechanism which relates impaired MMN and schizophrenia is not clear yet. The aim of this study is to investigate the association between MMN and clinical variables including functional status in patients with schizophrenia. Methods : The present study assessed MMN using passive auditory oddball task in 26 patients with schizophrenia and 48 healthy controls. Repeated measures Analysis of Variance with age as a covariate was carried out for comparing peak amplitude and latency of MMN at 8 central line electrodes (FPz, Fz, FCz, Cz, CPz, Pz, POz, Oz) across groups. Pearson’s correlation was performed to reveal the relationship between MMN and clinical variables including neurocognitive test results and the Global Assessment of Functioning score. Results : MMN amplitude was significantly reduced in patients with schizophrenia compared with healthy controls. Pearson’s correlation showed that subsets of short form of Korean Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale scores and GAF scores were associated with MMN amplitude in patients with schizophrenia. Conclusion : These findings suggest that MMN amplitude is associated with current functional status including cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia. 본 연구는 MMN과 조현병 환자의 기능 상태를 포함한 임상 지표들 사이의 연관성을 밝히고자 하였다. 26명의 조현병 환자와 48명의 정상 대조군에서 수동적 oddball task를 수행하는 동안 뇌파를 측정하여 MMN을 평가하였고, MMN 진폭의 집단간 차이와 함께 신경인지기능검사를 포함한 임상 평가 결과, GAF 점수와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 정상 대조군에 비하여 조현병 환자군에서 Fz, FCz, Cz, CPz, Pz, POz의 뇌파 측정 부위에서 MMN의 진폭이 유의하게 감소하였음을 발견하였다. 피어슨 상관분석 결과 조현병 환자군에서단축형 한국판 성인 지능 검사의 소검사들과 MMN 진폭이 통계적으로 유의한 상관 관계를 보였다. 또한, MMN 진폭은 Fz, Cz, CPz에서 GAF 점수와 관련이 있었다. 본 연구는 조현병환자들에서 MMN 진폭의 감소가 인지 기능 및 심리사회적 기능의 손상과 관련이 있음을 밝힘으로써, MMN이 환자들의 기능 상태를 평가하고 치료 반응 및 예후에 대한 정보를 얻는 데중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 제시하였다.

        국내 간호사와 간호대학생의 문화적 역량 연구에 대한 문헌고찰

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify trends in research on cultural competency of nursing students and nurses in Korea and to provide suggestions for future studies. Methods: A literature search was conducted with 432 papers published between 1985 and 2016 from five electronic databases and other sources using such key words as ‘cultural competency’, ‘cultural nursing’, ‘multi-cultural competency’, ‘nursing students’, ‘nurses’, etc. Results: The research design of 86 nursing researches on the cultural competence of nurses and nursing students analyzed in this study was 90.7% in quantitative research, 9.3% in qualitative research, and 2.3% in mixed research. Cultural competence was the most measured concept. A total of 41 papers (47.7%) out of 86 papers were used to measure cultural competence. Ten different tools were used various instruments of cultural competency were used in 41 papers. In 11 experimental studies, new methods such as role playing, case study, four stage 3D puzzle model, newspaper reading, and writing reflection note were used other than traditional method of lecture. Conclusion: The overall findings of this study suggest that future research should include more well-designed experimental studies, qualitative studies and repeated studies to confirm the effects of findings from previous studies. Development of effective and highly diverse teaching methods is recommended to increase cultural competency. Supporting systems and funding are required to help activate research of nurses.
