        최소 비용할당 기반 온라인 지게차 운영 알고리즘

        조선소의 지게차는 작업 특성상 무거운 물건을 상/하차하거나 이송하는 작업이 빈번하다. 작업은 동적이며 시간대별로 생성 비율이 다르다. 특히 오전과 오후 업무시간 직후에 작업 발생 비율이 높은 경향을 보인다. 이러한 상/하차 작업과 이송작업의 무게는 매번 다르며, 활용되는 지게차 역시 작업 가능한 허용무게의 제약이 있다. 본 연구에서는 지게차의 원활한 운영을 위해 최소 비용할당을 사용한 최근린 배차 규칙 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제시된 알고리즘은 다양한 종류의 지게차와 다수의 작업을 동시에 고려하여 배차를 결정하며, 지게차 종류에 따른 작업 불가능을 고려하기 위해 가상 지게차와 가상 작업을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 차량의 상태를 고려하여 체계적으로 지게차를 선택하는 방법도 함께 제시한다. 성능지표는 평균 공차이동거리와 평균 작업대기시간으로 한다. 성능비교를 위해 조선소의 지게차 운영방식을 모델링한 우선순위 규칙을 비교 대상으로 한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제시한 알고리즘의 우수성을 확인한다. Forklifts in a shipyard lift and transport heavy objects. Tasks occur dynamically and the rate of the task occurrence changes over time. Especially, the rate of the task occurrence is high immediately after morning and afternoon business hours. The weight of objects varies according to task characteristic, and a forklift also has the workable or allowable weight limit. In this study, we propose an online forklift dispatching algorithm based on nearest-neighbor dispatching rule using minimal cost assignment approach in order to attain the efficient operations. The proposed algorithm considers various types of forklift and multiple jobs at the same time to determine the dispatch plan. We generate dummy forklifts and dummy tasks to handle unbalance in the numbers of forklifts and tasks by taking their capacity limits and weights. In addition, a method of systematic forklift selection is also devised considering the condition of the forklift. The performance indicator is the total travel distance and the average task waiting time. We validate our approach against the priority rule-based method of the previous study by discrete-event simulation.

        PRTs (Personal Rapid Transits) are compact, electrical, guided, and automated vehicles, as an emerging public transport. They are controlled in central fashion to transport dynamically-arriving passengers to the destinations. To operate PRTs effectively, they are not only to be dispatched to present passengers but also to be relocated in advance against expected future passengers, especially when demands are different across stations. In this study, we propose a novel online dispatching approach by taking into account the minimal decisions that are required indispensably to operate PRTs. In our approach, dispatching and relocation are accomplished as a result of successive minimal decisions, which makes PRT control simplified and robust, while dispatching and relocation are explicitly considered separately by the previous studies usually in complicated manner. We make use of scenarios for generating minimal-decision alternatives and evaluating the best one to cope with uncertainty in passenger arrivals. The proposed approach is validated against the previous studies by discrete-event simulation.

        최근린 배차 규칙 기반 온라인 Personal Rapid Transit 배차 알고리즘

        Personal rapid transit (PRT) is a new transportation system, which is energy efficient and brings high quality of customer service. Customers arrive dynamically at stations and request transportation service. In this paper, we propose a new online PRT dispatching algorithm for pickup and delivery of customers. We adopt the nearest neighbor dispatching rule, which is known as performing well in general. We extend the rule with bipartite matching in order to deal with multiple vehicles and customers at the same time. We suggest a systematic way for selecting vehicles that will be considered to be dispatched, since the scope with which vehicles are selected may affect the system performance. We regard the empty travel distance of vehicles and the customer waiting time as the performance measures. By using simulation experiments, it has been examined that the scope of dispatching affects the system performance. The proposed algorithm has been validated by comparing with other dispatching rules for transportation services. We have shown that our algorithm is more suitable for PRT operating environment than other dispatching rules. Personal Rapid Transit (PRT)는 차세대 대중교통 수단으로 에너지 효율적이며 높은 수준의 고객 서비스를 제공한다. 정류장에 동적으로 도착한 고객이 운송 서비스를 요청하면 PRT 시스템은 차량을 배차한다. 본 연구에서는 PRT 시스템을 위한 새로운 온라인 배차 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 제시된 알고리즘은 최근린(nearest neighbor) 배차 규칙을 기반으로 개발되었으며, 이분 매칭(bipartite matching)을 사용하여 다수의 PRT 차량과 고객을 동시에 고려하여 배차를 결정한다. 이 경우 전체 차량 중 배차 대상 차량의 선택 범위가 성능지표에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 차량의 상태를 고려하여 체계적으로 배차 차량을 선택하는 방법을 제시한다. 성능지표로 공차 이동거리와 고객 대기시간을 고려하였으며, 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용하여 배차 선택 범위에 따른 성능지표의 차이를 확인하였다. 그리고 기존의 배차 규칙과 비교하여 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론이 우수하며 PRT 시스템에 적합한 것을 확인하였다.

        국가 연구개발 투자 파급효과의 인과지도 분석: 보건의료분야를 중심으로

        This study aims to analyze the causal loop structure of government R&D investment impact on the field of health technology and to investigate the main problems that adversely affect R&D investment impact from using the Systems Thinking approach. To achieve these purposes, we firstly investigated main causes that affect government R&D impact of health technology field by reviewing the existing studies relevant to government R&D impact and brainstorming of experts on the field of both government R&D management and health technology. Secondly, we built the causal loop diagram explaining government R&D impact on the aspects of 3 categories; technology, industry and public and analyzed the feedback loop structures. Lastly, we drew conclusions with policy suggestions based on the feedback loop structures. It is expected to be meaningful that the study analyzed the causal loop structures of government R&D impact on the health technology field and that provided a reference of government R&D investment decision making.

        양극성 장애의 약물치료 가이드라인 비교

        Objective: Bipolar disorder displays a spectrum of manifestations, including manic, hypomanic, depressive, mixed, psychotic, and atypical episodes, contributing to its chronic nature and association with heightened suicide risk. Creating effective pharmacotherapy guidelines is crucial for managing bipolar disorder and reducing its prevalence. Treatment algorithms grounded in science have improved symptom management, but variations in recommended medications arise from research differences, healthcare policies, and cultural nuances globally. Methods: This study compares Korea’s bipolar disorder treatment algorithm with guidelines from the UK, Australia, and an international association. The aim is to uncover disparities in key recommended medications and their underlying factors. Differences in CYP450 genotypes affecting drug metabolism contribute to distinct recommended medications. Variances also stem from diverse guideline development approaches—expert consensus versus metaanalysis results—forming the primary differences between Korea and other countries. Results: Discrepancies remain in international guidelines relying on meta-analyses due to timing and utilized studies. Drug approval speeds further impact medication selection. However, limited high-quality research results are the main cause of guideline variations, hampering consistent treatment conclusions. Conclusion: Korea’s unique Delphi-based treatment algorithm stands out. To improve evidence-based recommendations, large-scale studies assessing bipolar disorder treatments for the Korean population are necessary. This foundation will ensure future recommendations are rooted in scientific evidence.
