A Patient with Cleft Lip Combined with Branchial Cleft Cyst : A Rare Case Report

구순구개열은 두경부에서 가장 흔히 발생하는 선천적 기형 중 하나로 554명 중 1명의 빈도로 나타나며 인종에 따라 다양하다. 구순구개열 환아들은 다른 선천적 기형을 동반하여 나타나는 경우가 흔하며, 그 빈도는 문헌에 따라 다르지만 1.5~63.4%로 나타난다. 새열낭종은 두번째 인두강의 폐쇄부전으로 나타나는 선천적 결손으로, 주로 흉쇄유돌근 전방에 나타난다. 구순구개열 환자에 있어 새열낭종을 동반하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 전북대학교 구강악안면외과학 교실에서는 새열낭종을 동반한 구순열 환아 1례를 경험하였다. 환아는 우측 불완전 편측성 구순열로 내원하여, 구순성형술과 함께 우측 목에 존재하던 새열낭종에 대한 제거 수술을 시행하였다. 환아는 출생 당시부터 심실중격결손 및 동맥관개존증 등의 선천적 심장질환 및 갑상선 기능저하증을 가지고 있던 환아로 다양한 선천적인 결손을 동반한 본 환아의 증례를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

An inhibitor for protein methylase II (EC 2.1.1.24) was solubilized from porcine liver microsomal fraction by heat treatment, and purified by ultrafiltration, Sephadex G-25 chromatogrnphy, and HPLC using μ-Bondapak C_(18) column. The purified inhibitor was near homogeniety as judged by HPLC. The molecular weight of the inhibitor was estimated to be 1,676 Da by analysis of amino acid composition. And it was revealed that the inhibitor molecule is rich in alanine and glycine. The activity of the inhibitor was not affected by heat treatment up to 100℃ as well as hydrolytic enzymes. The K; value for the protein methylase II which has been purified from porcine spleen was measured to be 1.3 × 10^(-7) M. Inhibition studies showed that the inhibitor was noncompetitive with respect to S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAM) and activities of several SAM-dependent methylases were also inhibited by the purified inhibitor.

공동주택 관리업무의 체계적인 분류에 관한 연구

The purpose of the study was to develop a classification of management for the qualitative improvement of the management of multi-family housing. The date were analyzed using the Excel program in terms of frequency and, criticality analysis in order to draw items stage by stage. The process of research was as follows: The first process drew classification of types using the content analysis of the documented studies. The second process examined subcategories according to classification of types via interviews of supervisors. Further, the criticality analysis between the two items was examined. Additionally, when this study surveys and analyzes the satisfactions and importance of management on the basis of the classification, it can have an effect on management by reflecting the result. In conclusion, the classification of the management of multi-family housing will make up the improvement scheme of supplement education, certification related management and management regulations on the characteristics of multi-family housing by types of houses in the future.

The purpose of the study was to make an improvement of residential management regulations so that the inhabitants of rental housing can manage their housing in efficient and transparent manners by comparing and analyzing in standard management rules of rental housing. The research method were as follows: 1) The analysis framework utilized result of preceding research composed 6 types of management works and 36 items of subcategories by researcher 2) The standard management rules of rental housing used analysis utilized to draw up after a revision of Rental Housing Act in 2000 and to operate in management of rental housing now. 3) The analysis method used content analysis. The management rules of rental housing utilized a total of 5 rules such as management rules of SH corporation (2011), LH corporation (2000), peoples' solidarity for participatory democracy (2000), Citizens' Alliance (2000) and Gyeonggi-do (2001). The research result were as follows: 1) Overall, the management rules of rental housing included faithfully works of operation management and administration management 2) The type of operation management regulated centrally items related resident committee. and The type of administration management regulated centrally items related accounting management. 3) The management rules of SH corporation and LH corporation regulated centrally operation management, maintenance management and etiquette for the basic living as compared with the other rules.

하악골 전돌증 환자에서 하악지 시상분할골 절단술 적용술 후 초기 안정성 평가

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the post-operative skeletal stability after surgical correction of patients with mandibular prognathism by bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy (BSSRO) and to evaluate the horizontal relapse tendency after the surgery. Methods: Twenty-six patients with Class III dental and skeletal malocclusion were selected for this retrospective study. Fifteen of them underwent BSSRO for mandibular setback and eleven of them underwent two-jaw surgery (Lefort I and BSSRO). In each patient, lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken pre-operatively, post-operatively within 1 week, and post-operatively after eight months. After tracing of the cephalometric radiographs, various parameters were measured. The analyses were done by linear measurement to evaluate the change in position of hard tissue B point, pogonion and mandibular plan angle by examination on lateral cephalograms. Results: The horizontal relapse rate was 27.1% at B point and 31.6% at pogonion in patients who underwent BSSRO. The horizontal relapse rate of the group where the amount of correction exceeded 10 mm was 25.69% at B point. Conclusion: There were no statistical differences on the magnitude of setback and direction of rotation of the mandible in mandibular stability. There were also no statistical differences between single mandibular surgery and two-jaw surgery for mandibular stability.

여성결혼이민자의 생활실태 및 결혼행복감 결정요인 분석

This study was examined the level of marital happiness and analyze the various factors influencing on marital happiness among female marriage immigrants(FMI). Participants were 165(78.6%) FMI who lived in Daesion, Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea. Data was collected using a self administrated questionnaire and a separate interview from August 15 through September 15, 2008. A x2-test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data using the SPSS 12.0 Windows. Regarding total marital happiness, the meal score was 3.59 from 5 points Likert scale. It was higher than the medium level of the scale. As the results of multiple regression analysis, the factors influencing on marriage happiness among FMI were husband s understanding and have family support in sending money to their native countries for economic assistant. The explanatory power of these variables was 29.0% which was a little low. Through the study, it was proved that husband s understanding is the most important factor impacting on marital happiness among FMI. This result suggest that the specific strategies of family social work intervention for enhancing marital happiness among FMI.

결혼이주여성의 국제의료관광코디네이터 활성화 방안 연구

본 연구는 전 세계적으로 신성장 동력산업으로 주목받고 있는 의료관광을 목적으로 한국을 방문하는 국제 의료관광객 100만 명의 시대를 맞이하여, 현 재 의료관광에 관련된 기업에 채용되어 있는 결혼이주여성 전문인력들은 한 국의 의료관광에 대한 기대와 국제의료관광코디네이터에 대해 어떠한 생각들 을 하고 있는지 살펴 본 것이다. 연구를 위해 서울·대전지역에서 활동하고 있는 의료관광 전문인력 중에서 중국, 일본, 베트남을 국적으로 두고 있는 결 혼이주여성 185명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의료관광 업체들이 서울을 중심으로 집중되어 있었고, 중 증 환자를 대상으로 하는 병원보다는 성형외과와 피부과에 큰 비중을 차지하 고 있으므로, 다양한 진료과목이 선택되도록 의료관광 관련 기관과 여행사, 의료관광에이전시 등이 협력하여 균형적인 지역 선정이 요구된다. 둘째, 최신 의 의료관광 정보확보를 위해 표본조사대상을 대인면접 조사법과 설문지기법 을 병행하여 실시해야 한다. 셋째 외국인 환자에 대한 의료서비스 제공을 위 해 의료인력 이외에도 마케팅, 통역, 고객서비스, 프로그램 개발 등 국제적인 수준의 업무를 수행할 수 있는 전문인력 양성이 필요하다. This study aims to take a look into the expectation of the medical tourism of Korea and the thought about international medical tourism coordinators that immigrant married women professionals who are employed companies related to medical tourism have. Because the medical tourism is expected to be " a new growth engine industry" all over the world and international tourists who visit Korea for the medical tourism are nearly a million. In order to this study, a survey was conducted on 185 immigrant married women of medical tourism professionals in Seoul and Daejeon, and they are from China, Japan or Vietnam. The results of the study are as follows. First, most medical tourism businesses cluster in Seoul, and the plastic surgery and the dermatology clinics are more than hospitals for patients. So balanced areas have to be selected through the cooperation among medical tourism companies, travel agencies, and medical tourism agencies. Second, in order to secure the latest information about medical tourism, sample surveys should be taken through interviews and questionnaires. Third, in order to provide medical services for foreigners, the professional trainings for marketing, interpretations, customer care services, program developments and so on should be prepared.

반대측 경부 림프절로 전이된 초기 설암의 치험례

Likely to be the most common oral cancer, squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) of the tongue accounts for about 20% of all oral and pharyngeal cancers. SCC of the tongue frequently arises in the lateral border, and if it metastasize, it occurs on submandibular gland and neck lymph nodes. Location of the primary lesions and neck lymph node metastasis affect the prognosis and decrease survival rate of patients with carcinoma of the tongue. The authors experienced the patient with contralateral neck lymph node metastasis of SCC of the tongue. The patient came to our department with chief complaint of elevated lesion on left lateral border of the tongue. The mass was diagnosed as T2N0M0, Stage II invasive SCC of oral tongue. Computed tomography(CT) & magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) which were taken before the operation showed no significant finding of metastasis. Surgical mass removal and preventive neck dissection on the left side were done. While follow up PET/CT, contralateral neck lymph node metastasis(right side, level II) was detected, and re-operation(Rt. side RND) was done. There are few studies concerning the contralateral neck lymph node metastasis related with SCC of the tongue. The purpose of this report is to introduce the uncommon case of contralateral neck lymph node metastasis occurred in the T2-stage of SCC of the tongue treated by surgical resection.

관리업무유형별 분양주택 표준관리규약과 임대주택 표준관리규약 비교연구

This study was to propose amendment of apartment management rules as a primary research. The research method were as follows: 1) The analysis framework utilized result of preceding research composed 6 types of management works and 36 items of subcategories by researcher. 2) The standard management rules of rental housing utilized a total of 5 rules which draw up after a revision of Rental Housing Act in 2000. The standard management rules housing for sale utilized a total of 16 rules such as management rules of metropolitan municipality including the city of Incheon and Seoul. 3) The analysis method used content analysis to compare and analyze in standard management rules of apartment for rent and sale by the management work type. Actually, the standard management rules housing for sale utilized a total of 7 rules by uniting identical contents of metropolitan municipality. The results of the analysis were as follows: Overall, apartment management works were central to the maintenance or Operations Management. Therefore, Business administration and the administrative work was a standard management rules was very important in dealing regardless of the sale and rent. In terms of management rules of the Life Management business, the sale apartment was handling better than rental apartment standard management rules in more detail.
