신경인지재활치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 편측무시에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 신경인지재활치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 편측무시에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 연구대상은 뇌졸중으로 인한 좌측 편마비 진단을 받은 1인으로 개별실험 연구 설계를 적용하였다. 대상자 선별을 위해 한국판 간이정신상태검사(MMSE-K)와 시지각검사(MVPT)를 사용하였고, 편측무시 정도 변화 측정을 위해 선나누기검사(line-bisection test)와 시계그리기 검사(clock drawing test)를 사용하였다. 연구는 신경인지재활치료를 적용하기 전, 적용한 후, 추적 조사의 결과를 측정하였다. 결과: 연구결과 대상자는 선나누기 검사에서 치료 전에는 평균 43.3mrn의 오차였던 것이 신경인지재활치료를 적용한 후 평균 37mrn으로 줄어들었다. 추적 조사 결과에서는 평균 39.6mrn의 오차가 있었는데, 치료 후에 비해 오차가 늘었지만, 치료 전보다 오차가 줄어들었다. 시계그리기 검사는 치료 전에서는 1점이었는데 신경인지재활치료를 적용한후2점으로 향상되었고, 추적 조사결과 2점으로 유지되었다. 결론: 뇌졸중 환자의 편측무시를 감소시킬 수 있는 치료 중 재프로그램으로 신경인지재활치료가 적용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Objective: The aim of this research is to provide basic data about the effects of Neurocognitive Rehabilitation Treatment on the hemineglect of stroke patients. Methods: The subject of the present study was one person diagnosed as left hemiplegia due to stroke and a single subject experimental research design was applied. Korea Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE-K) and a visual perception test (MVPT) were used to select the subject, and the line-bisection test and clock drawing test were used to measure an alteration of the unilateral neglect degree. The study measured results before and after the application of neurocognitive rehabilitation therapy, and results of the follow-up study. Results: According to the results of the present study, in the line-bisection test, an error of 43.3mm in average before the neurocognitive rehabilitation therapy decreased to 37mm in average after the application of the therapy. In the follow-up study results, there was an error of 39.6mm in average, which decreased after the therapy. In the clock drawing test, the score was I point before the therapy, but it increased to two after the neurocognitive rehabilitation therapy, and the result of the follow-up study remained at two points. Conclusion: We believe Neurocognitive Rehabilitation Treatment may be applied as a treatment mediation program that may be used to reduce the hemineglect of stroke patients. Kim, Sunhee. 1999. On Multiple Wh-Questions in Korean. Linguistics 7-2, 101-115. The purpose of this paper is to analyze multiple wh-questions in the framework of the Minimalist Program. Reviewing the LF movement analysis, Watanabe`s (1992) invisible S-structure movement analyis, and the mechanism of unselective binding, I argue for Kim`s (1998) LF uniformity hypothesis, contra Chomsky (1993, 1995). The paper, however, presents various grammatical phenomena concerning why involved in Korean multiple interrogatives as the crucial data, which leads to the proposal that adverbial why in wh-in-situ languages should not c-command other wh-phrases in the same clause in order to give wh-phrases interrogative scope. 대만과 우리나라의 수학 교육체계 및 대수 교육과정과 교과서 비교 -TIMSS 2007 결과를 중심으로-

Chinese Taipei won the first place at the mathematics achievement of TIMSS 2007. Especially, there was a significant difference in the percentage of correct answers between Chinese Taipei and Korea, and Chinese Taipei' percentage of correct answers was higher than Korea. This study compared the education system, mathematics instruction environment, and instructional activities of two countries. And for algebra, curriculum and textbooks were compared between two countries based on TIMSS 2007 framework. It was found that Chinese Taipei emphasized homework and test, and MCFL of that was low. Their textbook was formal, and induced the hasty abstraction, Also, some themes were introduced earlier than Korea and repeated across different grades.
건축구조용강재(SN490) 조립 H형강 기둥-보 접합부의 이력거동에 관한 실험적 연구

1994년 노스리지 지진 이전 우수한 연성능력을 보유한 내진상세로 생각되던 WUF-B 접합부의 기둥-보플랜지 용접위치에서 발생 한 취성파괴는 WUF-B 접합부에 대한 새로운 고찰을 요구하였다. FEMA(Federal Emergency Management Agency)의 후원으로 SAC Steel Project에서는 WUF-B 접합부의 스캘럽(Weld access holes) 형상, 용접과정, 용접재료 등을 개정한 내진상세를 FEMA-350에 제안하 였다. AISC Seismic Provisions(2005)에서는 WUF-B 접합부를 OMF(Ordinary Moment Frames)로만 사용하도록 규정하고 있다. 본 연 구에서는 SM490 및 SN490 조립형강을 이용하여 FEMA-350에 제시된 WUF-B 상세 규정을 따라 강종(SM, SN), 보플랜지두께, 보의 춤을 변수로 기둥-보 접합부 실대 실험체 2개를 제작하여 실험을 수행하였으며, 내진성능 평가를 위한 가력 방법 및 내진성능을 평가하였다. JB-1, JB-2 실험체는 AISC Seismic Provisions(2005)에서 제시하고 있는 OMF와 SMF 내진성능을 만족하는 결과를 나타났으며, 보플랜지 두께와 보의 춤에 따른 WUF-B 접합부의 내진성능이 재정의 될 필요가 있는 것으로 사료된다. The brittle failure where is occurred the welding position of column-beam flange of WUF-B connection that consider about a seismic detail possess a superior ductility capacity before Northridge earthquake 1994, require newly study about WUF-B connection. SAC Steel Project suggests a seismic detail to FEMA-350 by supporting of FEMA. It revise shape of weld access holes of WUF-B connection, welding processand welding material etc, In spite of these revision, AISC Seismic Provisions (2005) prescribe WUF-B connection using an only OMF. Recently in Korea, as the earthquake of about seismic intensity 5 occur, the necessity of revision for connection seismic detail comes to the front in Korea and FEMA-350 connection seismic details are going to include in KBC-2008 as it is. In this study, two column-beam connection specimens were marked by using SM490, SN490 built-up H-section, and based on WUF-B detail prescription of FEMA350. The parameters of the specimens are types of steel (SM, SN), and evaluate the capacities of structure and seismic by experiment. Finally we confirm a superior ductility capacity aboutspecimens JB-1 and JB-2, using SM490 and SN490,and these specimens had sufficient OMF and SMF seismic capacity, as indicated in AISC Seismic Provisions (2005).
Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition법을 이용한 Germanium 전구체의 증착 특성 연구

Polycrystalline germanium (Ge) thin films were grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) using tetra-allyl germanium [$Ge(allyl)_4$], and germane ($GeH_4$) as precursors. Ge thin films were grown on a $TiN(50nm)/SiO_2/Si$ substrate by varying the growth conditions of the reactive gas ($H_2$), temperature ($300-700^{\circ}C$) and pressure (1-760Torr). $H_2$ gas helps to remove carbon from Ge film for a $Ge(allyl)_4$ precursor but not for a $GeH_4$ precursor. $Ge(allyl)_4$ exhibits island growth (VW mode) characteristics under conditions of 760Torr at $400-700^{\circ}C$, whereas $GeH_4$ shows a layer growth pattern (FM mode) under conditions of 5Torr at $400-700^{\circ}C$. The activation energies of the two precursors under optimized deposition conditions were 13.4 KJ/mol and 31.0 KJ/mol, respectively.
Chitosan이 치주인대, 두개관 및 치은섬유아세포의 성상에 미치는 영향

Chitosan, with a chemical structure similar to hyaluronic acid, has been implicated as a wound healing agent. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effects of chitosan on the characteristics of periodontal ligament cells, calvaria cells and gingival fibroblasts and to define the effects of chitosan on bone formation in vitro. In control group, the cells were cultured alone with Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium contained with 10% Fetal bovine serum, 100unit/ml penicillin, $100{\mu}g/ml$ streptomycin, $0.5{\mu}g/ml$ amphotericin-B. In experimental group, chitosan($40{\mu}g/ml$) is added into the above culture condition. And then each group was characterized by examining the cell proliferation at 1,3,5,7,9,12,15 day, the amount of total protein synthesis, alkaline phosphatase activity at 3, 7 day and the ability to produce mineralized nodules of rat calvaria cell at 11 day. The results were as follows : 1. At early time both periodontal ligament cells and calvaria cells in chitosan-treated group proliferated more rapidly than in non-treated control group, but chitosan-treated group of periodontal ligament cells at 9 days and calvaria cells at 12days showed lower growth rate than control group. Gingival fibroblast in chitosan-treated group had lower growth rate than in control group but the difference was not statistically significant (P< 0.01).2. Both periodontal ligament cells and calvaria cells in chitosan-treated group showed much protein synthesis than in control group at 3 days, but showed fewer than in control group at 7 days. Amount of total protein synthesis of gingival fibroblast didn't have statistically significant difference among the two groups(P< 0.01). 3. At 3 and 7 days, alkaline phosphatase activity of periodontal ligament cells and calvaria cells was increased in chitosan-treated group, but at 7 days there was not statistically significant difference among the two groups of calvaria cells (P< 0.01). Alkaline phosphatase activity of gingival fibroblast didn't have statistically significant difference among the two groups(P<0.01). 4. Mineralized nodules in chitosan-treated group of rat calvaria cells were more than in control group. In summery, chitosan had an effect on the proliferation, protein systhesis, alkaline phosphatase activity of periodontal ligament cells and calvaria cells, and facilitated the formation of bone. It is thought that these effects can be used clinically in periodontal regeneration therapy.
외다이아프램 응력경로에 따른 용접조립 각형기둥-보 접합부의 내진성능 평가

콘크리트 충전강관 기둥에 모멘트 접합부를 만들기 위해서는 추가적인 다이아프램 설치가 필요하다. 그 중 내측 다이아프램과 관통 다이아프램을 용접하기 위해서는 기둥강관에 특수한 용접기술이 필요하다. 하지만 이런 기술은 제작업체의 특수장비 보유에 따라서 제작성 저하와 생산단가 상승 유도 등의 문제를 갖고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외다이아프램을 갖는 실대형 기둥-보 접합부를 제작하였고, 반복가력 실험을 수행하였다. 다이아프램의 용접 유무와 콘크리트 충전 여부, 형상에 따른 총 6개의 T자형 접합부 실험을 통해 내진성능을 평가하였다. 또한 외다이아프램 내력식에 대한 분석이 이뤄졌다. 본 실험에서 나온 결과를 인장내력식의 적절성을 검토 하였다. Concrete filled tubular structure should be installed diaphragms for moment connection. However internal and through diaphragm should be special welded when connected to column tube. The other hand, that has become increase of stress concentration and extend of construction error. Therefore, In this study the seismic performance of beam to column connections with External Diaphragms and implement cycle loading experiment. we had evaluated seismic performance with mentioned experiment which is concrete filled or not, variable shapes, to be welded or not of diaphragm. Also, formula of strength of external diaphragm was analyzed and looked into adequacy with regard to formula of tension strength.
TIMSS 인지영역 평가틀의 변화와 우리나라 학생들의 국제적 수학 성취도

TIMSS 2003 is the third and most recently round of IEA's Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study. In this study, I considered the changes of the mathematics cognitive domain in TIMSS and got some facts for developing assessment framework. And I analyzed 7 countries' achievement in the view of our country Korea, i.e. Singapore, Hongkong, Chinese Taipei, Japan, Netherlands, and Unites States. With the reliable and valid achievement scales for cognitive domains given by ISC, students' achievement scales were analyzed according to country, percentile, and sex in each cognitive domain.
강섬유 콘크리트가 충전된 용접조립 각형강관 기둥의 구조성능 실험연구

본 연구에서는 콘크리트 내에 강섬유를 혼입하여 기둥자체의 인성력을 확대시키는 방안을 구조실험을 통해 분석하고자 한다. 내부 앵커형 용접조립 각형 기둥에 강섬유 보강 콘크리트를 충전하여 구조 거동을 고찰하였다. 강섬유 혼입량과 가력조건을 변수로 하여 총 10개의 단주를 제작하여 단조재하 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 휨 모멘트력이 발생될 때 강섬유 콘크리트는 특유의 성질인 균열 후 인장강도가 발현되어 내력 및 거동에 유리하게 작용되는 것으로 보인다. 미소 분량의 강섬유 혼입으로 축력과 휨내력이 향상 가능한 것은 매우 합리적인 단면설계가 가능하며 이를 적극적으로 설계에 반영될 필요가 있다. This study suggests mixing steel fibers in concrete to secure the toughness of the columns. Therefore, to evaluate the structural behavior of welded built-up square columns filled with steel fiber reinforced concrete, ten stub column specimens were fabricated for compressive loading test with variables of steel fiber mixing ratio and loading condition. It is deduced that the steel fibers continue to provide tensile strength even after the concrete cracks and thus improve the strength and behavior of the column when bending moment is applied to it. A small amount of steel fibers can improve compressive strength and bending strength and thus produce economically efficient results when employed in structural design.
