The purposes of this study were to evaluate the effects of acid rain on tree growth and on the mycorrhizal formation and the effects of mycorrhizae on the host tolerance to acid rain. Simulated acid rain was applied for five months to Pinus $rigida{\times}taeda$ seedlings in pots inoculated with Pisolithus tinctorius (Pt) and Suillus luteus (Sl). Mycelial inocula of Pt and Sl were either mixed with entire pot soil (Mix) or casted as a band (Band) after soil sterilization. Three pH levels of acid rain (pH 3.0, 4.5 and 6.4 adjusted by 3 : 1 mixture of sulfuric and nitric acids) were tested. Pt-Mix was most effective in growth stimulation and resulted in 45-90% increase in tree height in sandy loam. Pt-Band was less effective than Pt-Mix in growth stimulation and mycorrhizal formation. Simulated acid rain at pH 4.5 stimulated height growth by 10-55%, while acid rain at pH 3.0 did not significantly affect the height growth. The top/root ratio was increased by pH 4.5 treatment, while pH 3.0 treatment reduced it. Mycorrhizal infection rate was not affected by acid rain. Pt inoculation reduced acid-induced leaf injury by 28-58% in both pH 3.0 and 4.5 compared with un-inoculated plants. Sl was also effective in growth enhancement, but was less effective than Pt in both mycorrhizal infection and reducing leaf injury. 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 산성우(酸性雨) 수목(樹木)의 생장(生長)과 균근(菌根)의 형성(形成)에 미치는 영향(影響), 그리고 균근형성(菌根形成)이 기주식물(寄主植物)의 산성우(酸性雨)에 대(對)한 저항성(抵抗性)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 조사(調査)하기 위하여 수행(遂行)하였다. 리기테다소나무의 종자(種子)를 토양소독(土壤消毒)한 화분(花盆)에 파종(播種)하고, 모래밭버섯균(Pt) 비단그물버섯균(Sl)의 균계(菌系)로 접종(接種)한 후. pH 3.0, 4.5, 6.4의 인공산성우(人工酸性雨)(황산(黃酸)과 실산(室酸)의 3:1 교석(橋釋))로 관수(灌水)하면서 5개월간(個月間) 야외(野外)에서 생육(生育)시켜서 생장량(生長量), 균근형성(菌根形成) 및 엽피해율(葉被率) 등을 조사(調査)하였다. Pt균(菌)을 화분전체(花盆全體)에 혼합(混合)시켜 접종(接種)한 경우(境遇), 묘목(苗木)의 묘고생장(苗高生長)이 접종(接種)하지 않은 비교구(比較區)보다 45-90% 증가(增加)하였으며, Pt균(菌)을 band 형태(形態)로 토양(土壤)에 섞어 접종(接種)한 경우(境遇)에는 효과(效果)가 감소(減少)하였다. pH 4.5 산성우(酸性雨)를 사질토양(砂質土壤)에 처리(處理)한 경우(境遇), 묘고생장(苗高生長)을 10-55% 촉진(促進)시킨 반면(反面)에, pH 3.0 산성우(酸性雨)는 묘고생장(苗高生長)에 큰 영향(影響)을 주지 않았다. pH 4.5 처리(處理)는 T/R율(率) 증가(增加)시키고, pH 3.0은 T/R율(率)을 감소(減少)시켰다. 인공산성우(人工酸性雨)는 균근형성율(菌根形成率)에 영향(影響)을 주지 않았으며, Pt균(菌) 접종(接種)은 pH 3.0과 4.5의 산성우(酸性雨)에 의(依)한 엽피해율(葉被害率)을 28-58% 감소(減少)시켰다. Sl균(菌)도 묘고생장(苗高生長)을 촉진(促進)시키고 엽피해율(葉被害率)을 감소(減少)시켰으나, 그 효과(效果)는 Pt균(菌)보다 낮았다.

To vitalize economy in fishing village, the development in tourism has been emerged as new critical alternative. In case of the service industry like tourism, a strategy for development is needed in consideration of all the characteristics in suppliers and users. This study was progressed in order to offer implications on future development in tourism of fishing area, by examining which influence the dwelling residents' community attachment has upon perception of tourism impact in the process of developing tourism in fishing village. As a result of examining the relationship with perception of tourism impacts after dividing community attachment into identity, dependence, and social friendship through factor analysis, the dependence and social friendship were indicated to have influence upon environmental part in the perception of tourism impact. What has no influence upon economic part has relationship with social reality that the economic using right in fishing area belongs to residents. This suggests that there is a need of developing fishing area with a differential method from other area.

In this study, four kinds (spiral, pseudo-isotropic, 45° rotated, 90° rotated) of impact-resistant composite structures inspired by mineralized dactyl club of the smashing predator stomatopod were developed. They were tested by Charpy impact test and the crush test to verify which kind of composite structure is superior to the others with respect to not only crack initiation and propagation by impact but also dispersion ability against external crushing force. The result is that the spiral structure which resembles nearly the structure of the daccyl club is superior to the others with respect ro impact and crush force. This result would be useful to develop more advanced impact-resistant composites for protection suits, floor mats and so on.
