As Central Europe countries joined Europe Union in 2004, the investment of multi-national countries on these countries are growing and the construction of plants are increasing. For the effective construction of plants in these countries, design and construction technology should be accumulated where long span precast concrete is widely applied to reduce construction duration, labor cost and assure quality requirements. The purpose of this study is introducing and comparing design and construction technology of precast concrete in Central Europe.
건설기계용 Urea-SCR 시스템의 촉매전단에서 암모니아 균질도 해석 및 DeNOx 성능에 관한 연구

In this study, the spray atomization characteristics of urea injector used in SCR system for construction machinery was analyzed, and the uniformity index at the front of mixer and NOx conversion efficiency were evaluated through numerical analysis. Spray visualization and droplet size/velocity measurement were performed and the measured results were used to verify the spray analysis model to calculate the uniformity index in the exhaust gas after-treatment system. For the flow analysis, STAR-CCM, a three-dimensional CFD, was used and the uniformity index of the SCR system at the front of the mixer was calculated using the droplet dissociation model and the wall collision model. Finally, the DeNOx performance for the average condition of the NRTC driving mode was calculated to understand the NOx conversion efficiency reflecting the exhaust gas temperature. The simulation results show that the uniformity index at the front of mixer was calculated as 0.862 and DeNOx efficiency was 75.9%.

To design long ? span of production lines increasing size of manufacture equipment at technology facilitity is essentially demanded in the most recent, accordingly a matter of concern about long-span structural system also is growing. Precast concrete structure is being applied to the technology facilitity currently because of limit conditions like a term of work, vibration, non supporting frame. However, PC members must be devided, owing to the Road Traffic Act for long-span structural system of length over 17 meter. Therefore, new PC a method of construction is required to solve this problem and the divided PC construction method is applied on this study. To use the divided PC construction method It is necessary to verify structural properties and stability of PC column - girder joint for divided structural system. In this study, structural properties and stability of PC column - girder joint of the divided PC construction method realizing long-span structural system were verified using finite element analysis

The IPMC actuator have been developed with Nafion and multi-walled carbon nanotubed(MWCNT). The multiwalled carbon nanotube (M-CNT).Nafion nanocomposites were prepared by a method of solution casting. Ultrasonic treatment and air spray and spin coater were used to make Carbon Nanotube/NafionTM .In this work,the authors report a newly developed fabrication method that can scale-up or down the IPMC artifical muscles in a strip of micro to centimeter thickness.

Gear is main machine element which is used for the power transmit device when it si short in the gear. We use a standard goods in the case of the gear. But in case of special purpose, we need to manufacture the gear that have different angles. In this paper, we manufactured standard gears using W-EDM and Hobbing machine. We got a 3D shape doing reverse engineering manufactured gears. And then compared CAD data and measured data. Finally we verified ADS through comparing ADS data and KISSsoft data.

Recently developed automotive components are of lightweight nature, providing automobiles with a high fuel efficiency and performance. In response to those trends of car developments, this study proposes a structural optimization method for the lower control arm. Lightweight design of lower control arm can be achieved through two approaches: design and material technology. In this research, the former includes optimization technology, and the latter the technologies for selecting aluminum as a steel-substitute material. In this research, the design of experiments(DOE) built in ANSYS WORKBENCH are utilized to determine the optimum shape of a Lower Control Arm. And optimum design is compared first model and reduced design variable model that considered sensitivity using orthogonal array.

The laminate IPMC actuator have been developed with a commercial Nafion film and platinum electrodes. Equivalent beam and equivalent bimorph beam models for IPMC(Ionic Polymer-Metal Composite) actuators are described. By using a beam equation with estimated physical properities and actuation displacements of a cantilevered IPMC actuator are estimated. And Finite element analysis(FEA) was done by ANSYS.
