청소년의 실제-이상 자기불일치가 우울에 미치는 영향: 자의식과 자기침묵의 매객 효과

본 연구에서는 청소년의 실제-이상 자기불일치, 우울, 자의식, 자기침묵 간의 상호 관련성을 살펴보고, 이러한 변인들이 청소년기 우울에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 경기·인천 소재 고등학생 508명을 대상으로 하였으며, 실제-이상 자기불일치, 우울, 자의식, 자기침묵에 대하여 설문 조사하였다. 분석 결과 실제-이상 자기불일치와 자의식, 자기침묵은 유의한 낮은 정도의 정적 상관을 보였으며, 자의식, 자기침묵과 우울과의 상관관계는 유의하게 낮은 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 실제-이상 자기불일치와 자의식, 자기침묵은 우울 간 관계에서 자의식의 하위 요인인 사회불안, 자기침묵의 하위 요인인 외적인 자기자각이 청소년의 우울을 가장 높게 예언하였다. Baron과 Kenny 검증 결과 자의식과 자기침묵은 청소년의 실제-이상 자기 불일치와 우울과의 관계를 부분매개하였다. 본 연구는 청소년의 실제-이상 자기불일치와 우울과의 관계에 있을 수 있는 심리적 기제를 탐색하고 자의식과 자기침묵이 매개 변인으로 작용함을 보여 줌으로써 청소년 우울에 대한 교육 및 상담적 개입에서 자기일치가 중요함을 시사하였다. This purpose of the present study was to examine the mediating effeet of self-consciousness and self-silencing between adolescence`s actual-ideal self discrepancies and depression. 508 high school students in the Metropolitan area were surveyed and data from them analyzed. First, the result indicated that actual-ideal self discrepancies showed a significant, low positive correlation in relation with self-consciousness and self-silencing. and self-consciousness, self-silencing showed a significant low positive correlation in relation with depression. The result of Baron & Kenny test showed partial mediating self-consciousness and self-silencing between adolescence`s actual-ideal self and depression. The results of this study had significance in the exploring the psychological mechanism of adolescence`s depression which is caused by adolescence`s actual-ideal self and suggesed that self-consistence treatment might be useful therapeutic intervention for the depression caused by actual-ideal self discrepancies.
수지의 재발성 기괴 방골성 골연골성 증식증(Nora 병변)과 동반된 방골성 지방종

방골성 지방종은 성숙한 지방조직이 그 하부 골에 인접하여 발생하는 양성의 종양으로, 대부분 대퇴골, 요골, 경골 등과 같이 장골에 흔히 발생하며 국소적 피질골의 과골증이나 미란 소견이 보이기도 한다. 방골성 지방종이 수지에 발생하는 것은 아주 드물며 기괴 방골성 골연골성 증식증과 동반된 예는 보고된 적이 없다. 저자들은 64세 남자에서 8년 전 절제술을 시행한 후 재발된 제5 수지 근위지골 기괴 방골성 골연골성 증식증과 동반된 방골성 지방종을 치험하여 보고하고자 한다. Parosteal lipoma is a benign tumor of the mature adipose tissue that contacts the periosteum of the underlying bone directly. The tumor commonly arises in the long bones, such as the femur, radius or tibia, and often exhibits underlying osseous changes, such as a cortical hyperostosis or erosion. Parosteal lipoma arising in a finger is rare. Furthermore, there are no reports of parosteal lipoma associated with underlying bizarre parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation. The authors present a rare case of parosteal lipoma of the proximal phalanx of the little finger accompanied by recurrent bizarre paroteal osteochondromatous proliferation in a 64-year-old male patient who had previously undergone an excisional biopsy at the same location 8 years earlier.
소아 대퇴골 원위간부 골절에서 대퇴 사두건의 감입으로 인한 슬관절 강직

The complications following paediatric femur fracture are leg length discrepancy, angulation deformity, rotational deformity, ischemic limb. But, stiff knee is rarely expressed after trauma like paediatric femur fracture. We report a case of stiff knee due to entrapment of quadriceps femoris tendon at displaced fracture site after conservative treatment by Russel traction and hip spica cast in paediatric femur fracture. We treated successfully by resection of distal end of proximal segment of femur and release of quadriceps femoris tendon for flexion contracture of the knee.
당뇨황반부종 환자에서 이미지 압축이 빛간섭단층촬영 결과 해석에 미치는 영향

Purpose: To evaluate the influence of image compression on optical coherence tomography (OCT) images in eyes with diabetic macular edema (DME).Methods: Twenty eyes of 30 patients diagnosed with DME were included in this retrospective observational case series. Horizontal OCT scans centered at the center of the fovea were conducted using spectral-domain OCT (Spectral OCT/SLO<SUP>Ⓡ). The images were exported to Tag Image File Format (TIFF) and then transformed to 10, 5, and 1 quality of Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) format using Photoshop. OCT images were taken before and after intravitreal bevacizumab injection. The presence of intraretinal fluid, foveolar detachment, and photoreceptor inner segment/outer segment (IS/OS) disruption were evaluated in each image. Results: The mean (+/- standard deviation) size of TIFF images and 10, 5 and 1 quality JPEG images were 1712.0, 183.3 ± 6.8, 90.9 ± 4.3, 42.8 ± 1.4 kilobytes (KB), respectively, before the injection and 1712.0, 189.5 ± 9.1, 94.9 ± 5.6, 43.4 ± 1.8 KB, respectively, after the injection. The presence of intraretinal fluid, foveolar detachment, and photoreceptor IS/OS disruption identified in TIFF images was also identified in the compressed JPEG images. Conclusions: Quality of retinal OCT image did not influence the estimation of DME despite the JPEG image being compressed to approximately 1/40 of the original TIFF image size. 장요근 혈종에 의한 이차적 대퇴신경 마비는 외상, 혈우병, 항응고요법의 부작용으로 드물게 보고되고 있다. 보존적 요법 또는 수술적 치료가 최선의 치료방법인지는 논란의 대상이 되고 있지만 경우에 따라 신경 손상을 최소화하고 기능 회복에 장점이 있는 수술적 치료가 지지되고 있다. 본 교실에서는 고관절 전 치환술 후 헤파린 항응고요법을 시행하던 환자에서 반대편 장요근 혈종에 의한 대퇴신경 마비를 1예를 경험하여 수술적 치료를 시행하였기에 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. There are a few reports of femoral neuropathy caused by an iliopsoas hematoma combined with trauma, hemophilia, and anticoagulation therapy. There is some debate as to whether conservative treatment or surgical management is the treatment of choice for femoral neuropathy. In some cases, surgical management is used to minimize the level of nerve damage and for better functional recovery. We report a case of femoral neuropathy on the other side of a total hip replacement arthroplasty (THRA) caused by an iliopsoas hematoma during heparin anticoagulation therapy.
공공하수처리시설의 에너지절감 및 폐슬러지 저감에 관한 실증연구

An empirical study on the energy saving and waste-sludge reduction by using ultra-fine bubbles was demonstrated in a public sewage treatment plant. The test-bed of 100m3/day capacity was installed and operated with the ultra-fine bubbles of μm-size for aeration and sludge reduction tools. The rate of aeration-energy saving by using ultra-fine bubbles was 37% compared to that of conventional diffuser, and the rate of excess-sludge reduction by using the ultra-fine bubbles of air+10%O₃ was 31% for 1-day operation and was 45% for 2-day operation. We could conclude that the ultra-fine bubbles might have a powerful potential for the energy saving and sludge reduction in sewage and waste-water treatment processes.

The reduction, sulfidation and regeneration characteristics of high temperature desulfurization sorbents composed of zinc oxide and titanium oxides have been studied in a TGA reactor. The addition of titanium oxides significantly reduced zinc oxide reduction and subsequent volatilization of metallic zinc and increased the maximum sorbent operating temperature. In the temperature range of primary interest(650-750 ℃) the conversion for the sulfidation reaction was independent of reaction temperatures, while the conversion for regeneration was a relatively weak function of reaction temperature. Also, the reaction between H₂S and a single cylindrical pellet of zinc titanate sorbent was described by a special case of the unreacted core model in which the global reaction rate is controlled by mass transfer and product layer diffusion resistances. The temperature dependence of the mass transfer coefficient and the effective diffusivity could be calculated from experimental data.
