사망사건의 해결 차원에서 사망 후 경과시간의 추정은 과학수사 상 매우 의미가 큰 요소 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 사망 후 경과시간을 추정하기 위하여 현재 시중에서 판매중인 측색장비로 혈액의색상 변화에 따른 LAB값을 확인한 결과, 채혈시간에 따라 혈액의 LAB값이 서로 다르게 변화함을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 혈액의 색상변화는 10분 단위로도 측정이 가능하여 사후경과시간 추정에 효과적인 방법이 될 것으로 판단되었다. 그러나 여기에서 사용된 장비로는 혈액의 색상변화를 정확히 측정하는데 몇 가지 제한적인 사항들이 존재하였다. 그러므로 이후에는 개선된 새로운 방법으로 실제 사망사건과연계한 혈액의 색상변화에 관한 연구가 추가적으로 이루어 져야 할 것이다.

Background: Androgenic alopecia (AGA) is the most common type of hair loss. It is likely inherited genetically and is promoted by dihydrotestosterone. 5α-reductase has been proven a good target through finasteride use. However, the pathogenesis of AGA cannot be fully explained based only on dihydrotestosterone levels. Objective: To identify similar hairloss inhibition activity of RE-ORGA with mode of action other than finasteride. Methods: We prepared RE-ORGA from Korean herb mixtures. We performed MTT assays for cytotoxicity, Cell Counting Kit-8 assays for cell proliferation, and western blot to identify expression levels of 5α-reductase and Bax. RNA-sequencing was performed for the expression patterns of genes in dihydrotestosterone-activated pathways. Anti-inflammatory activity was also assessed by the expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin 6. Results: REORGA could promote the proliferation of human dermal papilla cells and showed low cytotoxicity. It also inhibited the expression of 5α-reductases and Bax in the cells. RNA-sequencing results verified that the mRNA expressions of SRD5A1, Bax, transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1), and TGF-β1 induced transcript 1 (TGFβ1I1) were decreased, whereas expression of protein tyrosine kinase 2 beta (PTK2β) was more elevated. REORGA also showed anti-inflammatory activity through decreased mRNA levels of TNF-α. Conclusion: Transcriptionally, up-regulation of PTK2β and concomitant down-regulation of TGFβ1I1 imply that RE-ORGA can modulate androgen receptor sensitivity, decreasing the expression of 5α-reductase type II and Bax together with TGF- β1 transcripts; RE-ORGA also showed partial anti-inflammatory activity. Overall, RE-ORGA is expected to alleviate hair loss by regulating 5α-reductase activity and the receptor’s androgen sensitivity.

In the 1970s, government support began and precision casting methods were introduced to enable mass production, which became the basis of the Korean jewelry industry. As the jewelry industry grew and various jewelry setting techniques were developed and applied to products, the jewelry market has been booming. However, as the recession in the jewelry industry continues due to COVID-19, sculptors who are experts in jewelry setting techniques leave the industry, and at the same time, the jewelry setting technology field is declining as technologies such as Rhino-cad and 3D printers are expanded to the jewelry industry. As a worker in the jewelry industry, the researcher had the need for research to revitalize the jewelry setting technique. By sharing the technology of the star sculpture jewelry setting technique, it was studied to be easily accessible to students, office workers, and founders and applied to product development. We will continue to study the development of jewelry setting technology and propose to go further into the high value-added industry.
건조일수에 따른 CSPE의 특성에 미치는 담수침지의 영향

The accelerated thermal aging of a CSPE were carried out for 0, 80.82, 161.63 days at $100^{\circ}C$, which are equal to 0, 40 and 80 years of aging at $50^{\circ}C$, respectively. The volume electrical resistivities of the seawater and freshwater flooding were measured through 3-terminal circuit diagram. The volume electrical resistivities of the 0y, 40y and 80y were $2.454{\times}10^{13}{\sim}1.377{\times}10^{14}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, $1.121{\times}10^{13}{\sim}7.529{\times}10^{13}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and $1.284{\times}10^{13}{\sim}8.974{\times}10^{13}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ at room temperature, respectively. The dielectric constant of the 0y, 40y and 80y were 2.922~3.431, 2.613~3.285 and 2.921~3.332 at room temperature, respectively. It is certain that the ionic ($Na^+$, $Cl^-$, $Mg^{2+}$, ${SO_4}^{2-}$, $Ca^{2+}$, $K^+$) conduction current was formed by the salinity of the seawater. The volume electrical resistivity of the cleaned CSPE via freshwater trends slightly upward with the number of dried days at room temperature. As a result, the $CH_2$ component of thermally accelerated aged CSPE decreased after seawater and freshwater flooding for 5 days respectively, whereas the atoms such as Cl, O, Pb, Al, Si, Sb, S related with the conducting ion ($Na^+$, $Cl^-$, $Mg^{2+}$, ${SO_4}^{2-}$, $Ca^{2+}$, $K^+$) component increased relatively.

The volume electrical resistivities of the non-accelerated thermally aged CSPE and the accelerated thermally aged CSPE for 40y and 80y were 9.620×10<SUP>12</SUP>∼1.246×10<SUP>13</SUP>Ω?cm, 5.066×10<SUP>12</SUP>∼7.576×10<SUP>12</SUP>Ω?cm and 7.195×10<SUP>12</SUP>∼9.208×10<SUP>12</SUP>Ω?cm at room temperature, respectively. The dielectric constant of the non-accelerated thermally aged CSPE and the accelerated thermally aged CSPE for 40y and 80y were 3.355∼4.030, 2.996∼3.963 and 3.020 ∼4.776 at room temperature, respectively. After seawater and freshwater flooding, the volume electrical resistivity of the CSPE trend slightly upward according to drying day at room temperature. After seawater flooding, the dielectric constant of the accelerated thermally aged CSPE were not measured. After seawater flooding, bright open pores of the accelerated thermally aged CSPE were partly transferred to dark close pores due to salinity. After freshwater flooding, dark close pores of the accelerated thermally aged CSPE were partly transferred to bright open pores because salinity of them is decreased. An insulation property of a cable in NPPs was decreased because of the seawater flooding, and an insulation property of them was recovered through the freshwater flooding. As a result, it is considered that an insulation property of a contaminated cable through Tsunami can be recovered if it is cleaned quickly.
중심확장 알고리즘이 보강된 식별적 특징학습을 통한 얼굴인식 향상기법

좋은 특징을 도출할 수 있는 신경망은 곧 대상을 잘 이해하고 있는 신경망을 의미한다. 그러나 얼굴과 같이 유사한 이미지를 분류하기 위해서는 신경망이 좀 더 구분되는 특징을 도출해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴과 같이 유사도한 이미지를 분류하기 위해 오차함수에 중심확장 (Center Expansion)이라는 오차를 추가한다. 중심확장은 도출된 특징이 밀집되면 클래스를 분류하는 매니 폴드를 구하기 어려워져 분류 성능이 하락되는 문제를 해결하기 위해 제안한 것으로 특징이 밀집 될 가능성이 높은 부분에 특징이 도출되지 않도록 강제하는 방식이다. 학습 시 활용하는 오차는 일반적으로 분류 문제를 위해 사용되는 softmax cross-entropy 오차와 각 클래스의 분산을 줄이는 오차 그리고 제안한 중심확장 오차를 조합해 구할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 중심확장 오차를 조합한 모델과 조합하지 않은 모델이 결과적으로 특징 도출과 분류에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 알아볼 것이다. 중심확장을 조합해 학습한 모델이 어떤 영향을 주었는지 알기 위해 본 논문에서는 Labeled Faces in the Wild 를 활용해 분류 실험을 진행할 것이다. Labeled Faces in the Wild 을 활용해 실험한 결과 중심확장을 활용한 모델과 활용하지 않은 모델간의 성능을 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.
