Physiotherapy, psychotherapy, hormone therapy, chemical therapy, traditional surgical methods; amputation of painful extremities, cordotomy, leucotomy, rhizotomy, electrode insertion into the dorsal column of cord and acupuncture have been performed for therapeutic approaches to pain relief, but still there are problems in management of complete relief for the chronic pain today. At present, another new method of eliminating chronic pain is based on expanding the neurophysiologic aspect. Among the above mentioned therapeutic approaches to chronic pain relief, spinal barbotage seems to be least stressful to the patient and very effective in some cases. We have experienced a case of successful control of chronic pain by spinal barbotage for a 62 year old woman with metastatic colon carcinoma. The patient was well controlled chronic pain for 28 hours after the first spinal barbotage and forj 3 weeks after the second spinal barbotage. It is considered that spinal barbotage is more simple, convenient and effective than other methods for intractable pain rclief.

On the existence of Graham partitions with congruence conditions

In 1963, Graham introduced a problem to find integer partitions such that the reciprocal sum of their parts is 1. Inspired by Graham's work and classical partition identities, we show that there is an integer partition of a sufficiently large integer $n$ such that the reciprocal sum of the parts is $1$, while the parts satisfy certain congruence conditions.

알코올 기반 액체섬광검출용액 개발 및 적용 연구

Liquid scintillators are widely used in various fields because they give a high light yield. In addition, the development of stable liquid scintillator for particle detectors and medical applications is very important. This paper proposes a new base material, a mixture of alcohol and water, for a liquid scintillator. The development of this alcohol-based liquid scintillator and the experimental result for various physical and optical properties are described. Until now, R&D studies on such detectors or no market products of this type have been available. Thus, room exists for improvement. Therefore, various possibilities for detection solutions were studied by varying the mixing ratio of each component constituting the liquid scintillator. Finally, as an example of usage in medical physics, a range (=beam-path-length) measurement using an electron beam is briefly described. The measurement results obtained by changing the energy of the incident electron beam were compared with Monte Carlo simulation, Novalis-Tx and the phantom results. 액체섬광검출용액은 높은 빛 방출량을 주기 때문에 물리학을 비롯한 여러 타 분야에서 널리 사용하고있다. 또한 검출기와 의학적 활용을 위해서는 안정된 액체섬광검출용액의 개발은 매우 중요하다. 본논문은 알코올을 용매로 사용해 물과 혼합한 새로운 형태의 액체섬광검출용액을 제안한다. 알코올을기반으로 한 액체섬광검출용액 개발 과정과 여러 물리 광학적 측정 결과에 대해 설명하였는데, 현재까지직접 제조해 검출기에 사용하거나, 이런 조합으로 구성된 상업적 제품은 없어 액체섬광검출용액 분야에서발전 가능성을 여전히 존재한다. 따라서 액체섬광검출용액을 구성하고 있는 각 성분들의 배합 비율을달리 하여 검출용액으로써 여러 가지 가능성 연구를 수행하였다. 최종적으로는 본 연구에서 개발한액체섬광검출용액을 활용한 한 예시로 의학물리에서 전자선을 사용한 비정 측정에 대해 간략히 기술하였다. 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 통한 전산모사 결과, 측정 결과, 팬텀 결과 및 Novalis-Tx 결과를 서로 비교하였다

농어촌 중등학교 교원들의 교사 직무에 대한 인식 연구

본 연구에서는 농어촌 중등학교 교원들의 교사 직무에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위하여, 농어촌 학교의 학교교육계획서 분석, 농어촌 학교 교원 면담, 그리고 농어촌 학교 교원들을 대상으로 6개영역 22개업무의 직무 특성에 대한 인식 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 농어촌 학교 교원들은 자신들의 직무에 대해 대체적으로 중요도와 준비도는 높게, 난이도는 보통으로 평가하고 있었다. 이는 농어촌 학교 교원들이 자신들의 업무에 대해서 어려움은 느끼지 않으나, 중요하게 인식하고 있었으며, 또한 교원양성기관에서의 준비도는 매우 필요한 것으로 인식하고 있음을 보여준다.본 연구 결과는 첫째, 농어촌 학교 교원들이 맡고 있는 직무들 간의 우선순위나 가중치 부여 방안을 고려해 볼 필요가 있다는 점, 둘째, 농어촌 학교 교원들의 수업활동과 관련하여 지속적인 재교육 및 지원이 필요하다는 점, 셋째, 농어촌 학교 교원들의 직무 능력 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다는 점 등의 측면에서 중요한 시사를 제공해 주고 있다.

스시 오마카세 레스토랑의 이미지 제고를 위한 포괄적 평가모형에 관한 연구

As consumers' desire for personalized service increases, interest in high-end services and omakase are also increasing. Therefore, this study investigated the validity of the restaurant stimuli perceived by customers in field of the Sushi Omakase Restaurant. In addition, the current study examined the effect of the restaurant stimuli on restaurant image and behavioral intention. 269 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The result of the analysis showed that among the sub-dimensions of stimulus, food quality, staff service quality, and chef image had a significant positive effect on restaurant image. Additionally, restaurant image had a positive effect on revisit intention and word of mouth intention.

교사상 탐색을 위한 질적 분석 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the desired image of contemporary teachers. For that purpose, 20 university students were interviewed deeply, who are participating in pre-service teacher education program.The results of this research were as followings. Students have 7 images on the ideal teacher type such as “teachers who treat students humanly”, “teachers who have much knowledge and teach well”, “teachers who love students”, “teachers who have their philosophy and belief”, “teachers who have leadership”, “teachers who have the sense of justice and fairness”, and “teachers who are broad minded”. From the results of this research, we conclude that students want their teachers to have not only intelligence, but also sensitivity and humanism, which means that students regard a teacher as the whole man. Students also want their teacher to be not “a school teacher”, but “a life guider”. This study suggests some hints for the teacher education practice. 1) We have to explore the ideal image of Korean teachers systematically. 2) We need to verify and train the pre-service teachers' disposition and character as a teacher. 3) We should make an effort to enhance not only teachers' knowledge and methods, but also teachers' emotional qualities through in-service teacher education program. 본 연구는 학생들의 인식을 바탕으로 바람직한 현대 교사상을 도출하고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 교직과정을 이수하고 있는 대학생 20명을 선정하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 학생들은 “인간적으로 대우해 주는 선생님”, “박식하고 수업을 잘 이끌어 주는 선생님”, “사랑이 있는 선생님”, “철학이나 신념이 있는 선생님”, “지도력 있는 선생님”, “정의감 있고 공평한 선생님” 등을 이상적인 교사상으로 보고 있음이 드러났다.학생들이 생각하는 교사상에 관한 본 연구에서는, 학생들은 단지 지식을 갖춘 교사를 원하는 것이 아니라, 감성과 인성을 함께 갖춘 전인(全人)으로서의 교사를 원하고 있음이 드러났고, 또한 학생들은 교사를 단순히 ‘학교에서의 선생님’으로 보기보다는 ‘삶의 스승’으로 보려고 하는 성향을 가지고 있음을 보여 주었다. 이러한 연구 결과는, 우리나라에서 교사상에 대한 체계적인 관심과 노력이 필요하다는 점, 교원 양성 및 임용 과정에서 교원의 성품이나 인격에 대한 교육 및 검증이 필요하다는 점, 그리고 교원 현직교육에서도 지식이나 기법 차원에 머무르지 말고 정의적인 측면에서의 성장, 발달을 도모할 수 있는 프로그램 마련이 필요하다는 점 등의 시사를 주고 있다.

사범대학 교육 경험의 의미에 관한 질적 사례 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the meaning of education at the college of education. For that purpose, six teachers were interviewed deeply about their experience of education at the college of education. The results of this research are as followings. Pre-service teachers recognized the subjects of contents as ‘learning course to become a scholar’, the subjects of teaching course as ‘learning scanty something’, the subjects of teaching profession as ‘learning theory of education’, practice teaching as ‘skin-deep’, and hidden curriculum as ‘drops making a flood’. I found some characteristics of education at the college of education from these results as followings: 1) The college of education is based on theory-oriented paradigm. 2) the curriculum of the college of education are broken pieces. 3) The education at the college of education is not to teach at schools. From this study, suggested that we should prepare the program to change the theory oriented paradigm, and we should strenghen the education at the college of education, and we should make the standard of education at the college of education. 본 연구는 사범대학 교육이 어떤 의미를 가지는 지에 대해 탐색하고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 최근에 사범대학을 졸업하고 교직에 들어 온 초임교사 6명을 대상으로 그들의 사범대학 시절의 경험에 대한 심층면담 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 그들에게 있어 사범대학에서의 교과내용학 과정은 ‘학자 되기 위한 것 배우기’, 교과교육학 과정은 ‘빈약한 것 배우기’, 교직과목 과정은 ‘교육학 이론 배우기’, 교육실습 과정은 ‘수박 겉핥기’, 잠재적 교육과정은 ‘가랑비에 옷 젖기’ 과정인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 현행 사범대학 교육은 교육 목표(지향) 측면에서는 ‘이론중심 패러다임’, 교육 구조 측면에서는 ‘연계성 부족’, 교육 내용 측면에서는 ‘교사 준비 미흡’ 등의 특징이 있음을 논하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 사범대학의 이론중심 패러다임의 개선을 위한 구체적인 방안들이 구안되어야 하며, 사범대학 교육 내용을 좀 더 강화시킬 필요가 있고, 사범교육의 표준, 혹은 준거가 시급히 마련되어야 함을 제안하였다.

중성미자 검출기에 사용될 액체섬광검출용액의 밀도 측정

We used several different methods to measure the density of various liquid scintillator solvents used for neutrino experiments. Based on these measurement results, we calculate, for structual safety, the buoyancy force and the gravitational force exerted on the detector. Furthermore, if the systematic error is to be reduced, the exact number of protons in the target should be precisely known. For that purpose, the accuracy of the density measurement is estimated 중성미자 검출기에 사용될 액체섬광검출용액의 밀도를 여러 가지방법으로 측정해서 서로 비교해 보았다. 측정된 액체섬광검출용액과아크릴의 밀도값을 바탕으로 검출기에 작용하는 부력과 중력을 계산하여검출기가 안정적인 구조임을 알아보았다. 계통오차를 줄이기 위해서는검출기내의 표적이 되는 양성자의 개수를 정확히 알아야 하는데, 이 값을계산하였고, 어느 정도까지 밀도값을 정확히 측정해야 하는지를살펴보았다.
