IB 국제학교 구인광고에 담긴 사서교사의 직무 및 역량 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the duties and competencies of the teacher librarian required by schools as consumers to operate the curriculum, and to suggest ways to improve their professionality. To this end, the duties and competencies included in 20 job advertisements posted by IB schools to select teacher librarians were analyzed based on the IFLA School Library Guidelines. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the duties and competencies of IB schools are based on the IB curriculum guidelines and this guideline is based on the educational philosophy and learner image that IBO curriculum aims. And the job that schools want the most from the teacher librarian is teaching through library collection management and collaboration, and the main competencies for this are communication and collaboration skills, teaching-learning․curriculum․education design and operation, and digital & media literacy. The results of this analysis show that the professionalism should be based on the vision for the educated person and learner capabilities presented in the curriculum. Based on this results, in this study the ways for developing teacher librarians’ professionalism were presented in the following aspects. First, including the educational responsibilities of the school library in the Arrangement and Implementation Guideline of National Level Curriculum. Second, Classifying human resources’ duties through revision of the Enforcement Decree of the School Library Promotion Act. Third, reorganizing of basic courses to acquire teacher librarian qualifications and introducing a demonstration of collaborative teaching in the eduactional practice and the certification examination. 본 연구의 목적은 수요자인 학교가 교육과정 운영을 위하여 요구하는 사서교사의 직무와 역량 사례를 분석하고, 사서교사의 전문성 향상 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 IB 국제학교가 사서교사를 선발하기 위하여 게시한 20건의 구인광고에 포함된 사서교사의 직무와 역량을 IFLA 학교도서관 가이드라인을 기준으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 IB 국제학교의 사서교사 직무 및 역량은 IB 교육과정 지침에 근거를 두고 있으며, 이 지침은 IBO 교육과정이 지향하는 교육이념과 학습자상에 기반을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 학교가 사서교사에게 가장 많이 기대하는 직무는 도서관 장서관리 및 협동을 통한 교수이며, 이를 위한 주요 역량은 의사소통과 협동능력, 교수-학습․교육과정․교육설계 및 제공 그리고 디지털과 매체활용능력이다. 이러한 분석 결과는 사서교사의 전문성은 교육과정에서 제시하는 교육적 인간상과 학습자 역량에 기반을 두고 있어야 함을 보여준다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 사서교사의 전문성 신장 방안을 다음과 같은 측면에서 제시하였다. 첫째, 국가 수준의 교육과정 편성 운영 지침에 학교도서관의 역할 포함하기 둘째, 학교도서관진흥법시행령 개정을 통한 인적자원의 직무 구분하기 셋째, 사서교사 자격 취득을 위한 기본이수 과목 개편 및 교육실습과 사서교사 임용시험에 협동수업 시연 도입하기 등이다.

노인인구의 빠른 증가와 노년기의 연장으로 노인에 대한 지역사회보호의 역할의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지역사회보호가 더욱 활성화되기 위한 효과적인 체제정비의 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저, 21세기 노인에 대한 적절한 서비스와 보호를 제공하기 위하여 부담으로서만 인식되던 노인의 대하여 긍정적 재인식의 필요성을 제기한다. 그리고 지역사회보호에 대한 근본적인 이해를 바탕으로, 2차 자료 분석과 함께 노인을 위한 지역사회보호에 대한 장단점을 분석하고, 지역사회보호의 구조적 협력방안의 필요성을 제시하였다. 이러한 기초자료, 즉 외국의 문헌연구와 사례 분석을 통해 마지막으로 노인인구의 급속한 증가를 경험하고 있는 한국사회에서의 시사점을 제공하였다.

중·고등학생의 참여 및 여가활동만족이 유데모니아에 미치는 영향: 정서를 매개로 하여

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of emotion in the relationship between participating, leisure activities satisfaction and eudaimonia of adolescents. For this study, 6,140 adolescents who participated in the 6th year of the Adolescents Panel Study were analyzed. The main results were as follows. First, participating and leisure activities satisfaction perceived by adolescents, emotion and eudaimonia all showed correlation. Second, participating and leisure activities satisfaction perceived by adolescents had an indirect effect on the eudaimonia through emotion. Third, for middle school students leisure activities satisfaction influenced eudaimonia, but for high school students didn't. This study highlighted that emotion was identified as important mediator in the relationship between participating, leisure activities satisfaction by adolescents and eudaimonia. These results can be used as an important contribution to further research and educational practices for promoting the eudaimonia in adolescents. 본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 참여만족 및 여가활동만족과 유데모니아 간의 관계에서 정서의 매개효과와, 그 관계가 중학생과 고등학생의 학교급별에 따라 차이를 보이는지 확인하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 청소년이 행복한 지역사회 지표개발 및 조성사업연구 6차년도(2018)에 참여한 청소년 6,140명을 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 청소년이 지각한 참여만족 및 여가활동만족과 정서, 유데모니아 간에 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 정서는 청소년의 참여만족 및 여가활동만족 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중학생과 고등학생의 학교급별 비교에서 정서는 청소년의 참여만족 및 여가활동만족 간의 관계를 매개하였으나, 중학생의 경우 참여만족과 여가활동만족 모두 유데모니아에 직접적 영향을 미쳤고, 고등학생은 참여만족만이 유데모니아에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 참여만족 및 여가활동만족, 정서, 유데모니아 간의 구조적 관계를 밝히고 학교급별로 비교함으로써 청소년의 유데모니아를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 및 이론적 근거를 마련하였다.

영유아교사의 놀이성과 교수창의성이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향

This study analyzed the correlations among teachers’ playfulness, teaching creativity, and play support competence and examined the effects of early childhood teachers’ playfulness and teaching creativity on play support competence to provide basic data to improve play support competence. A total of 316 selected early childhood teachers working at kindergartens and day care centers in Seoul and Incheon cities and Gyeonggi Province completed the study questionnaire. The data collected in this study were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 for windows, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and a multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that the three variables were all positive correlated. The analysis of the effects of teachers’ playfulness and teaching creativity on play support competence revealed that they have a meaningful effect on play support competence. Moreover, there were some meaningful effects on some sub-factors between the variables. The study results suggest that the need to focus on teachers’ playfulness and teaching creativity to improve play support competence related to the teachers’ role emphasized in the curriculum. 본 연구는 영유아교사의 놀이성과 교수창의성 및 놀이지원역량의 관계를 분석하고 교사의놀이성과 교수창의성이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 영유아교사의 놀이지원역량 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 및 인천 지역에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집에서 재직 중인 영유아교사 316명으로부터 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된자료의 분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson의 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 교사의 놀이성, 교수창의성 및 놀이지원역량 간의 관계는 모두 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 놀이성과 교수창의성은 놀이지원역량에 유의미한 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 각 변인 간의 일부 하위요인과의 관계에서도 일부 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정과 제4차 표준보육과정에서 중요시하는 교사의 역할과 관련된 놀이지원역량 함양을 위해 교사의 놀이성과 교수창의성에 중점을둘 필요성이 있음을 시사한다
