조직간 관계에서의 거래 위험이 파트너 선택과 계약 통제에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 조직간 관계의 거래위험 관리방법으로 파트너선택기준과 계약복잡성을 조사한다. 우리는 협업 상대방 선택 시 다른 선택 기준의 중요성과 협업 관리에 사용되는 계약 복잡성에 대해 거래위험을 야기하는 거래 특성의 영향을 실증적으로 조사한다. 설문 데이터는 거래 상황 에서 더 큰 위험에 직면할 때 회사는 파트너 선택에 대한 신뢰 기반과 평판 기반 선택 기준을 강조하고 공동 작업을 관리하기 위해 더 복잡한 계약을 개발한다는 것을 보여준다. 결과는 거래범위(구매/생산)는 계약포괄성에 유의한 양의 영향을 미쳤고, 업무상호의존성은 계약명시성 에 유의한 양의 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 업무상호의존성은 파트너선택기준에 유의한 양의 영향을 미쳤고, 파트너 선택기준은 계약명시성에 유 의한 양의 영향을 미쳤다. 계약명시성에 대한 간접영향 분석에서는 업무상호의존성은 파트너선택기준을 통한 계약명시성에 대해서는 매개영 향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 파트너선택기준은 위험에 대한 응답으로 파트너선택 프로세스에서 요구 되어지는 정보가 위험관리를 위한 계 약 설계를 용이하게 한다는 논쟁과 일부 일치하는 것을 보여준다. This study investigates Partner selection criteria and Contract complexity as a transaction risk management method for inter - organizational relationships. We empirically investigated the impact of transaction characteristics on transactional risk on the importance of other selection criteria and Contract complexity used in collaboration management when selecting collaborative partners. The survey data shows that when faced with greater risk in the transaction context, the company emphasizes trust and reputation based selection criteria for partner selection and develops more complex contracts to manage collaborations. The results showed that transaction scope (purchase / production) had a significant positive effect on Contract inclusiveness, and Task interdependence had a significant positive effect on Contract specificity. And Task interdependence had a significant positive effect on Partner selection criteria, and Partner selection criteria had a significant positive effect on Contract specificity. In the indirect effect analysis of Contract specificity, the Tsak interdependence was found to have a mediating effect on Contract specificity through partner selection criteria. The Partner selection criteria show that the information required in the partner selection process in response to the risk is in part consistent with the argument that facilitating contract design for risk management.

The purpose of this study is twofold : one is to find the adequate names for the two causativization, and another is to find the meanings of them. There are too many names for causativiztion depending on the scholars' point of view. For example, synthethic/agglutinative/analytic, morphological/analytic/compound, morphological/periphrastic/lexicalized, lexical/clausal, lexical/periphrastic, suffixal/phrasa, morphological/analytic, etc. It is suggested that the adequate names are morphological causativization and syntactic one. And long-form and short-form causativization are suggested depending on the size of the linguistic form. Also, various meanings of causation are argued to find the differences between the long-form and the short-form causativization: that is, direct/indirect, manipulative/directive, commission/omission, coersive/permissive, etc. It is claimed that these notions are not suitable to explain the difference between them. Finally, it is found that the notion of completion/imcompletion and transitivity is very useful to expain the differences.

Delay testing becomes very important as the complexity and the performance of the VLSI increase. Since test generation is cpu-intensive process, various ways to improve the test generation speed have been proposed and tried regardless the types of fault model. This paper presents a simple and efficient method for accelerating test pattern generation process for gate delay faults in combinational circuits. We implemented several delay test pattern generators and ran on ISCAS-85 benchmark circuits. The result showed improved performance in test pattern generation for gate delay faults.

한국 국민의 통일의식은 남북관계에 영향을 받는가?

Do inter-Korean relations affect South Koreans’ perception on unification? The answer to this question seems obvious at first glance, but rigorous studies on this matter are lacking indeed. This study statistically verifies how inter-Korean relations affect South Koreans' unification perception by using the data from 'Unification Perception Survey' of the Institute for Peace and Unification Studies at Seoul National University and the 'Inter-Korean Relations Index' processed by Google's big data. As a result, the closer the inter-Korean relations were, the more South Koreans responded that unification was necessary and would benefit individuals and the country. In addition, as inter-Korean relations improved, South Koreans had more favorable perception of North Korea as a possible partner for dialogue and compromise. If inter-Korean relations improve, Korean society's expectations and interests in unification will increase, and it can be expected that the perception of North Korea will also improve. Finally, the effect of inter-Korean relations on the unification perception was examined by gender, age and political orientation. While there was no difference between men and women, inter-Korean relations had greater effect on the unification perception among the younger generation and the more politically progressive population. In conclusion, in order to raise expectations for the unification of Korean society, it is necessary to consider ways to improve structural inter-Korean relations. 남북관계는 남한 국민의 통일의식에 영향을 미칠까? 이에 대한 답은 일견 당연해 보이지만 엄밀하게 검증된 사례는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 서울대학교 통일평화연구원의‘통일의식조사’와 구글의 빅데이터를 가공한 ‘남북관계지수’를 활용하여 남북관계가 남한국민의 통일의식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 통계적인 검증을 수행한다. 분석 결과 남북관계가 우호적일수록 남한 국민은 통일이 필요하다고 응답하며, 통일이 개인과 국가에 이익이 될 것이라고 응답하는 등 통일의식이 개선되었다. 또한, 남북관계가 좋아질수록 북한을 우호적인 대상으로 인식하였으며, 북한 정권을 대화와 타협이 가능한 상대로 응답하는 등 대북인식 역시 남북관계와 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 북한의 무력도발 가능성, 한반도 전쟁 가능성, 북한의 핵무기 포기 가능성 등 남한 국민의 안보인식역시 남북관계에 영향을 받았다. 이를 통해 남북관계가 개선될 경우 한국 사회의 통일에대한 기대와 관심이 증가할 것이며, 북한에 대한 인식이 개선될 것이라 예상할 수 있다. 마지막으로 성별, 연령별, 정치 성향별로 남북관계가 통일의식에 미친 영향을 살펴보았다. 남북관계가 통일인식에 미친 영향은 남성과 여성 사이에 차이가 없었으나 나이가 어릴수록, 진보적인 정치적 성향일수록 남북관계가 통일의식에 미치는 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 한국 사회의 통일에 대한 기대를 높이기 위해서는 구조적인 남북관계 개선방안에 대한 고민이 필요하다.

This study has analyzed having 315 housewives in Seoul as the subject and got the conclusion like following, in order to examine positively the influence the participation in a swimming has on housewife's, satisfaction in leisure and life by investigating if there is any significant difference between the housewives' satisfaction in leisure and life who paricipate and don't participate in a swimming exercise. First, As result of a Chi-square analysis, the general characteristics showed a significant difference in the satisfaction in leisure, the experience of immersion and the satisfaction in life according to the yes or no of the participation in as swimming. Second, As a result of verifying the difference in the extent of satisfaction between the domains. a group of participants in a swimming showed more significant difference than a group of those who didn't participate in the satisfaction in leisure. the experience of immersion and the satisfaction in life. Third, It appeared that there were mutual relation and a significant difference between each other in the satisfaction in leisure, the experience of immersion and the satisfaction in life. Fourth. As result of Stepwise Multiple Regression, Only the mental, resting and environmental satisfaction have a strn persuasive power, and the other changing factor has no persuasive bower.

훈민정음에서 찾은 대한민국공공디자인 정신

대한민국공공디자인은 ‘우리다움’ 즉 ‘대한민국다움’이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 대한민국공공디자인은 서구의 모방과 추종에 머물러 있는 실정이다. 이는 우리문화정체성에 대한 이해부족이라 생각한다. 연구자는 왜곡되고 망실된 우리문화정체성 복원의 방법으로 우리문화의 모델이라 할 수 있는 <훈민정음: 한글>에서 우리문화정체성의 요소를 찾아내어 향후 대한민국공공디자인 수행에 필요한 지침을 찾고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 훈민정음창제정신에서 ‘다름, 애민, 실용, 민주’의 4가지 기본정신을 바탕으로 공공디자인세부요소를 파악하였는데 그 내용은 다음과 같다. ‘다름’에서는 정신적 정체성, 주체성, 독창성, 현재성을, ‘애민’에서는 쉬움과 단순성, 실용성, 확장성을, ‘실용’에서는 기능성, 적합성, 체계성, 과학성을, ‘민주’에서는 민본성, 명확성, 소통가능성, 공공성을 세부요소로 파악하였다. 상기의 4요소에 ‘심미성’을 더하여 공공디자인에 적용하여 ‘대한민국다운’ 공공디자인을 수행한다면, 대한민국공공디자인은 한국인에게는 삶의 질을, 외국인들에게는 문화경쟁력이 높은 대한민국공공디자인이 될 수 있을 것이다.
