ObjectiveaaThere are conflicting reports about whether individual anxiety disorders are independently associated with suicidal ideation and suicide attempts. We examined whether anxiety disorders are related to suicidal ideation and suicide attempts in a community sample of South Korean adults. MethodsaaIn-person interviews based on the South Korean version of the Composite International Diagnostic Interview were conducted to diagnose mental disorders. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to examine whether anxiety disorders were associated with suicidal ideation and suicide attempts. Each regression model treated lifetime diagnosis of anxiety disorders as independent variables. Sociodemographic characteristics, cohabitation status, lifetime history of mood disorders, alcohol use disorders, and psychotic disorders were included as covariates. ResultsaaNationally representative sample of 6,510 South Korean adults aged 18–64 years was recruited. Multivariate analysis adjusted for psychiatric comorbidity and sociodemographic variables revealed that generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) [2.34, 95% confidence interval (CI) (1.27, 4.33)], post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) (3.50, 95% CI: 2.16, 5.68), specific phobia (1.55, 95% CI: 1.14, 2.11), social phobia (2.97, 95% CI: 1.27, 6.94), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) (5.58, 95% CI: 2.70, 11.6) were associated with suicidal ideation, whereas only social phobia (3.78, 95% CI: 1.41, 10.1) and PTSD (5.13, 95% CI: 2.81, 9.37) were associated with suicide attempts. ConclusionaaIndividual anxiety disorders are independently associated with suicidal ideation and/or suicide attempts. The importance of the early detection of anxiety disorders and of assessing the suicide risk in individuals with anxiety disorders is emphasized.
인진사령산이 肝細胞活性, 細胞週期 및 Fas-mediated apoptosis에 미치는 影響

To evaluate the effects of Injinsaryungsan on cell viability, cell cycle progression, and Fas-mediated apotosis, MTT assay, cell cycle analysis, PCNA expression analysis and tryphan blue exclusion assay, flow cytometry, Cpp32 protease assay, DNA fragmemtation assay were performed. And for quantitative evaluation of gene expression, we performed RT-PCR. The results were as followed. 1. In MTT assay, Injinsaryungsan treatment increases cellular viability of the cells and this increase showed strong correlation with the treatment doses of Injinsaryungsan. 2. Cell cycle analysis showed a significant reduction of G₁phase, and PCNA analysis showed that cell cycle progression of the HepG2 cells is positively regulated by Injinsaryungsan. And a dosage-and time-dependent induction of PCNA expression was recognized. 3. Using tryphan blue exclusion, flow cytometric analysis of sub G₁phase, a significant and dosage-dependent reduction of apoptosis were observed in Injinsaryungsan-treated cells compared to untreated control cells. 4. DNA fragmentation assay showed significantly reduction of DNA fragmentation in Injinsaryungsan-treated cells, decreases of CPP32 protease activities were observed in CPP32 protease assay. Which indicates that Injinsaryungsan carry inhibitory effects on apoptosis. 5. A quantitative RT-PCR analysis demonstrated that Fas and CPP32 mRNA expression were dramatically reduced and Bcl-2, Bcl-X?? mRNA expression were induced by the treatment of Injinsaryungsan while expression of Fadd, Fap-1, and ICE were not affected by Injinsaryungsan. These results implies that Injinsaryungsan increase hepatocyte viability, cell cycle progression and protect hepatocyte from damage by regulating the expression of genes associated with Fas-mediated apoptosis, which explains the mechanism of the clinical effect of Injinsaryungsan on liver diseases.

ML 언어에서 제공하는 모듈 시스템은 강력한 모듈화 프로그래밍과 데이터 추상화를 지원함에도 불구하고 재귀모듈을 지원하지 못한다는 점이 단점으로 지적되어 왔다. 재귀모듈을 이용하면 상호의존적이지만 개념적으로는 서로 분리된 소프트웨어 컴포넌트들을 각각 다른 모듈에 작성할 수 있기 때문에 코드의 재사용성을 더욱 증진시킬 수 있다. 이러한 중요성 때문에 재귀모듈은 지난 10년 동안 프로그래밍 언어 분야에서 깊이 있게 연구되어 왔다. 그러나 기존 연구는 복시문제와 순환타입문제를 완벽하게 해결하지 못하여 한정된 재귀모듈 프로그래밍 패턴만을 지원하는 한계점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 복시문제와 순환타입 문제를 해결하고 다양한 재귀모듈 패턴을 지원하는 타입시스템을 제안한다.
