열처리에 따른 W 박막과 6H-SiC의 계면반응에 관한 연구

6H-SiC와 W의 계면에서 열처리에 따라 일어나는 반응을 X-선 회절분석 및 투과전자현미경을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 $900^{\circ}C$까지 새로운 상의 형성은 없었고, $1100^{\circ}C$와 $1300^{\circ}C$에서 $W_5Si_3$와 $W_2C$가 형성되어 서로 혼재되어 있으며 반응하지 않은 W은 없음을 관찰하였다. 이는 이미 보고된 W/$\beta$-SiC의 경우와 일치하는 결과로서 이 온도영역에서 $W_5Si_3$와 $W_2C$가 안정상임을 시사하고 있다. Phase reactions at W /6H- SiC interfaces during heat treatments were investigated by X- Ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscopy. No detectable reactions were found after annealing at up to 900$0^{\circ}C$ whereas formation of $W_5Si_3$ and $W_2C$</TEX was observed after annealing at lloooe and 1300$0^{\circ}C$ This result is consistent with a previous report that the reactions between 3C-SiC and W occurs at llOOoe, and suggests that $W_5Si_3$ and $W_2C$ are the stable phases in this temperature range.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the heated-humidified breathing circuit applied on the body temperature and shivering of general anesthesia patients. Methods: A nonequivalent control group with a non-synchronized design was utilized and 52 participants (experimental group, 26; control group, 26) were recruited from August 1 to December 30, 2017 in at university hospital K located in B city. The experimental equipment included a heated-humidified breathing circuit, which connects the intubation tube with the anesthesia machine for mechanical ventilation after airway intubation in general anesthesia patients. Results: As a result of the study, the experimental group has less body temperature change than the control group (F=25.40, p<.001). As a result of comparing the shivering, the experimental group averaged 0.039±0.20, which was not statistically significant compared to the control group s average of 0.27±0.83, so it was rejected (t=−1.384, p=.173). Conclusion: A heated-humidified breathing circuit may be actively used in a warming method to prevent the hypothermia of general anesthesia patients.
정책품질관리제도의 부처 기능별 정책품질 개선효과 비교분석

The TQM movement in the Korean government was designed for government agencies to improve quality management processes for public policies. This paper compares the impact of the TQM movement on the quality improvement of public policies among central government agencies. The 42 central government agencies was regrouped in terms of 7 different functions to conduct the comparative study effectively. A questionnaire was developed and distributed the government employees of the 42 agencies. Out of 800, 649 replies were collected. Findings were summarized. First, economic policy related agencies such as the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Energy, and Financial Supervisory Commission made a greater quality improvement of public policies than the other 6 groups such as social policy related agencies, government administration related agencies, etc. Second, education and cultural policy related agencies, especially, Cultural Heritage Administration showed the lowest level of the quality improvement of public policies. Third, the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, although it belongs to the education and cultural policy related function, showed one of the best practice agencies.
인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병 환자에서 혈장 Endothelin-1농도의 변화

Endothelin(ET) is a 21-residue peptide originally isolated from the cultured porcine endothelial cells. There are at least three genes for endothelin:endothelin-1(ET-1), endothelin-2(ET-2), and endothelin-3(ET-3). Endothelins are present in various human biological fluids including plasma, urine, breast milk, and saliva and have been found elevated plasma ET concentrations in patients with diabetes mellitus, Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis due to chronic renal failure, patients with acute myocardial infarction, and patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Endothelial cell damage is suspected to occur in diabetic patients and may be one important cause of angiopathy, a major complication in diabetes mellitus. The elevation of ET in diabetic patients may be a marker of, and further exacerbate, their vascular disease. We measured the levels of ET-1 in plasma of 50 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) and 25 normal subjects by radioimmunoassay. The plasma ET-1 concentration (mean±S.D.) in NIDDM was 6.461 A2.510 f㏖/ ㎖, and was significantly higher than in normal subjects (4.567±1.155f㏖/㎖) (P<0.05). The plasma ET-1 concentration (mean±S.D.) in diabetic retinopathy group( 7.15±2.454 f㏖/ml) was significantly elevated than those in otherwise uncomplicated groups (5.348±2.390 f㏖/㎖)(P<0.01). The correlation between any clinical parameters and plasma ET-1 levels in NIDDM was not significant, In conclusion, this study suggest that the elevated levels of ET-1 in diabetic patients may be play a important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic complications.
