소아 야뇨의 한약치료에 대한 임상연구 동향 -중의학 논문을 중심으로-

Objectives The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of herbal medication for the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children by analyzing randomized controlled trials conducted in China. Methods We searched literatures from China National Knowledge Infrastructure published up to 19 January, 2018. Selected literatures were collected and analyzed in order of publication year, and then demographic information, treatment method, duration of illness, duration of treatment, follow-up period, outcome measurement and adverse events. Results A total of 34 studies were selected for the analysis. In most studies, the total efficacy of the treatment group was reported to be higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate and complete cure rate were also found to be more effective in the herbal medicine treatment group. The most frequently used medical herb was Alpiniae Fructus (益智仁), and the use of medical herbs belong to tonifying yang (補陽藥), tonifying qi (補氣藥), and astringing essence strengthening collapse medicine (澁精縮尿止帶藥) were relatively high. The adverse events rate for the herbal medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine treatment group. Conclusions This study showed that a herbal medicine treatment can be effective and safe option for treating pediatric nocturnal enuresis. However, additional well-designed clinical studies need to be performed to establish a basis.

관광객의 관광지 정체성 인식이 태도, 만족도, 행동의도에 미치는 영향 관계: 남이섬을 대상으로

Tourism destinations should gain competitive advantages by providing distinctive attractions that can attract tourists and create profits. Tourists prefer differentiated destinations, but most destinations fail to offer unique characteristics by providing similar tourism environments and activities to tourists. In this regard, it is important to improve the quality level of tourism experience by creating a characteristic tourist environment and atmosphere so that it can be differentiated from other destinations. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of destination identity perceived by tourists on attitudes and the relationship between tourists' attitudes influenced by destination identity and their satisfaction and behavioral intention. It is useful to not only understand more deeply the importance of differentiating tourist destinations but also establish effective marketing strategies to become a tourist destination that can continue to grow and differentiate. The summary of the analysis result is as follows. The results showed that destination identity has four factors which include an activity type, a nature type, an emotion type and a relationship type. In addition, these four factors of destination identity had a significant influence on the attitude of tourist. Of these, it was found that an emotion type played a great role in creating the attitude of tourists. Tourist attitude had a positive effect on the satisfaction of tourists. Tourist satisfaction had a significant impact on the behavioral intention of tourists.

한부모 어머니의 사회․경제적 배경과 교육적 관여의 관계에서 사회관계망 기능의 매개효과: 양부모 가정 어머니와의 비교 연구

The present study investigated the mediating effects of parents' social networks on the relationship between parents' socioeconomic status and parent involvement. Parent involvement in the current study was composed of home-based and school-based involvement. Home-based involvement includes providing learning environment at home, guiding child's study habits, and providing educational and financial support. School-based involvement includes supporting child's school-related activities, participating at parent meetings and volunteering, and home-school communication. The subjects were 132 single mothers and 164 mothers from two-parent families, whose children are fifth and sixth graders in Seoul and Incheon. Structural Equational Modeling was used for the analysis by adopting SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results showed that single mothers and mothers from two-parent families differ in their structural models. For mothers from two-parent families, socioeconomic status was directly related to home-based and school-based involvement. In contrast, single mother's socioeconomic status only influenced home-based and school-based involvement indirectly through the functional aspects of mother's social networks. The results suggest that parent counseling and parent education programs might be more effective if they encouraged single mothers to exchange resources through their social networks in order to promote parent involvement in elementary schools.

The relationship between parental bonding and peer victimization: examining child stress and hopelessness as mediators

The purpose of the current study was to investigate a two-stage model in which parent-related stress and hopelessness each served as mediators of the relationship between perceived parental bonding and South Korean adolescent peer victimization. This study also examined whether the mediating relationships differed by the gender of parents and adolescents. A casual chain with three links and four sets of variables were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Data were collected from 800 adolescents attending 10 middle schools in the Busan region of South Korea. Results indicated that both maternal and paternal parental bonding were negatively associated with stress, stress was positively associated with hopelessness, and hopelessness was positively associated with South Korean adolescent peer victimization. Most importantly, the significant negative associations between both maternal and paternal parental bonding and peer victimization were mediated by both stress and hopelessness. Furthermore, gender differences in these relationships existed for both parents and adolescents. Limitations and implications to practice were discussed.

주성분 분석을 이용한 산림정책별 입목축적변화의 요인 군집

This study is a precedent study for deriving transfer function model between growing stock and forest management policies. Its goal is to solve the multicollinearity between forest works inducing growing stock changes through principal component analysis using annual time series data from 1997 to 2008. As the results, the total explanatory power showed 91.4% on the summarized 3 principal components. They were renamed 'good forest management'․'pest & insets management'․'forest fires' for conceptualization on the derived each component. 이 연구는 입목축적과 산림관리정책 간의 전이함수(transfer function model)를 도출하기 위한 선행연구로, 입목축적변화를 유도하는 산림사업 간 다중공선성의 문제를 해결하기 위해 주성분 분석을 실시하였다. 분석자료는 9개의 대표적인 산림관리정책에 대해 1977~2008년까지 32년간의 연도별 시계열데이터를 활용하였으며, 분석 결과 추출된 3개의 주성분에 대한 전체 설명력은 91.4%로 상당히 높게 나타났다. 요약된 3개의 성분은 양호한 산림관리․병해충관리․산불발생이라는 새로운 변수명으로 개념화하였다.

계획된 행동이론을 적용한 리얼리티 프로그램의 진정성이 여행의도에 미치는 구조적 관계분석

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship between perceived authenticity from travel TV reality program and travel intention. In order to specify the decision-making process, the theory of planned behavior, which has strong explanation power regarding human behavior was added. For achieving the aim of this study, a survey was obtained from 400 participants who had watched a travel TV reality program of TVN titled Samsi Sekki(Three meals a day) and the results concluded that the perceived authenticity of travel reality program has three dimensions: trustworthy, specificity and vividness. Of the three factors, trustworthy was found to affect attitude and subjective norms, specificity had a significant effect on subjective norms, and vividness had a positive effect on attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. In addition, attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control were found to affect behavioral intention. This research conducted from the viewer’s point of view through the existing studies on authenticity that has been a controversial issue in reality programs. Also, this study is meaningful in that it suggested a way to predict the demand for tourism.

유치원 만 5세 샘물반의 목공놀이 활성화를 위한 협력적 실행연구

목공놀이는 교육적 가치에도 불구하고 유아교육 현장에서 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 만 5세반에서목공놀이가 일상적으로 경험할 수 있는 놀이로 자리 잡도록 협력적 실행연구를 통해 활성화 방안을 모색하여 이를실행하고, 실행 과정에서 나타난 유아의 반응과 교사의 변화를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 충청남도 C시에소재한 푸른유치원 만 5세 샘물반 유아 25명과 교사 1명이다. Kemmis와 McTaggart(1998)의 실행연구 모형을 토대로협력적 실행연구를 수행했다. 총 3차의 실행과정을 거쳤으며 실행의 전 과정에 질적 연구방법을 사용하여 자료를수집하고 연구문제별로 결과를 분석했다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만 5세반의 목공놀이 활성화를 위한실행방안을 모색하고 3차 실행과정을 거쳤다. 1차 실행에서는 목공놀이영역을 구성하여 목공 재료와 도구를 지원하고자유 구성 활동을 진행했다. 2차 실행에서는 목공놀이영역을 확장하고 새로운 목공놀이 도구를 소개하여 기초적인목공기술을 익히고, 목공기술을 활용하여 유치원 생활에 필요한 물건을 수리하거나 만드는 등 실생활과의 연계에중점을 두었다. 3차 실행에서는 목공놀이를 교육 주제와 연계하여 통합적 활동을 실행하고 전시회를 열었다. 둘째, 만 5세반의 목공놀이 활성화에 따른 유아의 반응은 목공놀이를 즐김, 도움이 필요할 때 서로 돕고 나누고 협력하며함께 놀이함, 놀이를 통해 다양한 개념을 학습함, 그리고 유치원 생활을 더욱 편리하게 하거나 놀이를 풍부하게하기 위해 당면한 문제 해결함으로 나타났다. 교사의 변화는 목공놀이의 가치 재인식, 목공놀이 운영에 대한 자신감과전문성 증진이다. 본 연구를 통해 목공놀이도 유치원에서의 일상적인 놀이가 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다
