To observe the propability as the frying oil and oxidative stability of red pepper seed oil, some physico-chemical tests of the oil were examined during 21 days storage period at 5℃, 15℃ and 30℃, and AOM value determined and after heating the oil at 180±5℃ for 40 hours with or without antioxidants. The analysis storage stability of red pepper seed oil showed that the quality of storage group at 5℃ was almost as good as fresh oil, and the storage group at 30℃ showed certain degree of rancidity. Change of physico-chemical characteristic during storage were so small so that storage stability of red pepper seed oil was found to be good. AOM stability of red pepper seed oil was 7 hours which is lower than other vegetable oil, but the degree of stability grew greatly after adding phenolic antioxidants, such on TBHQ or PG. As for the chemical change after heating continuously for 40 hours, acid value, peroxide value and refractive index increased, but iodine value decreased as the heating processed. The fatty acid composition also showed the remarkable reduction of linoleic acid. The addition of antioxidants resulted in the delay of oxidation, the degree of which was greater in TBHQ than in PG.

대학생의 학교만족도가 자존감과 조직 동일시, 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향

오늘 날 우리나라 대학은 ‘우수한 학생 유치’와 동시에 ‘재학생 유지’라는 문제를 동시에 고민하 고 있다.따라서 대학에서는 학생들을 교육 수요자로 인지하고,그들의 학교만족도를 높이기 위해 다각적인 시도를 하고 있다.이에 학교만족도 중요성을 확인하고,학교만족도가 자존감,조직 동일 시,조직 몰입에 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위하여 본 연구를 시행하였다.연구는 울산 소재의 C대학교 2,3학년을 대상으로 실시하였으며,설문 조사 형식으로,총 253부의 자료를 연구에 활용 하였다.연구결과 학생들은 일반적인 특성에 따라 학교만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었다.또한 학교 만족도는 자존감은 물론,조직 동일시,조직 몰입에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 신뢰성 있는 결과는 참고 자료로 활용 가능하나,연구 대상을 좀 더 다양하게 확대 하고 관련 검사를 더 정교한 방법으로 진행하는 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 사려된다. These days,colleges in Korea are worrying notonly about'how to invite competent students' but also about' how to preserve enrolled students' at the same time. Hence, the colleges have been recognizing the studentsas education consumers and working hard to increase their satisfaction in the school in every aspect. Considering such facts, the study carried out an investigation on the importance of good student satisfaction in school while it looked into how the satisfaction affects the students' self-esteem, organization identification and organizational commitment. Sophomores and juniors at C University in Ulsan were selected as are search object, and a total of 253 survey results were applied to the study. According to the findings, the students' satisfaction in school was observed to be different depending on general factors. In add ition, it was confirmed that the satisfaction would havean influenceon the self-esteem, organization identification and organizational commitment. Those reliable results from the study should be used as a reference for a future study but still, for any further researches, more diverse, accurate methods must be applied so that those researches could produce more in-depth results.

유라시아 이니셔티브는 세계 단일 대륙이자 거대시장인 유라시아 역내 국가간 경제협력을 통해 경제활성화 및 일자리 창출에 기여하는데 있다. 동시에, 이들 국가들과의 협력을 통해 북한 개방을 유도해 한반도 긴장을 완화하고 통일기반을 구축하는데 있다. 그럼에도 향후 본국과 고국 간 및 남북한 간에 중간자 역할을 할 한국 이주노동자인 고려인의 중요성을 인식하지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 사실 2000년대 중반 이후 방문취업제로 중앙아시아로부터 입국한 다수 고려인 이주노동자들이 분절된 노동시장인 중소제조업 공장에서 장시간 육체노동을 감당하고 있다. 다른 한편, 러시아 고려인의 경우, 재외동포비자(F-4)로 입국해 단순 노무직에 일을 할 수 없어 불법노동자로 몰리고 있었다. 국내체류 고려인 동포들의 노동권과 거주권이 보장되는 고려인 특별법이 마련되었으나 여전히 조선족에 비해 한국어 필기시험에 취약한 고려인들은 영주권을 획득하기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이들 국내이주 고려인들은 한민족임에도 다른 성장배경, 언어 및 문화적 차이로 인해 한국사회로부터 무관심과 차별을 받아왔다. 더구나 다문화가 사회적 주요 담론을 부상함에 따라 여성 결혼이민자나 탈북자에 비해 소외되어 왔다. 고려인을 지원하는 방향은 먼저 근로환경을 개선할 뿐만 아니라 자생적 생존능력을 배양할 수 있도록 통합적으로 접근해야 할 것이다. 정책적 시사점으로는 한국에 거주하는 고려인에 대한 한국어 및 역사·문화 교육뿐만 아니라 연령대별 직무관련 전문교육, 즉 인적자원개발의 중요성이 강조된다. 현재 동포들의 기술교육을 통한 역량강화로 이들의 직업선택의 폭을 넓힐 수 있게 한다는 정책적 취지는 좋다. 하지만, 언어수준이 다른 조선족과 고려인의 직업교육을 차별화하는 것이 고려되지 않고 있다. 더구나 기술교육의 내용에 대한 검증이 없고 국내 노동시장의 수요를 반영하지 않아 이에 대한 정책적 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 한국에 이주한 고려인에 주로 초점을 맞추었지만, 향후 이들이 거주하거나 왕래를 하는 러시아나 중앙아시아의 현지고려인사회와 연계한 사회적‧경제적 영향도 주요 연구 관심사가 될 것이다. 한국과 해당 고려인거주 국가와의 수교 이후 어떤 교류 관계가 형성되었으며 향후 보다 진전된 관계망 형성을 위해 요구되는 것이 무엇인지도 아울러 고찰할 수 있을 것이다. 더 나아가, 문화 교류적인 측면에서 어떻게 한국의 고려인 사회와 러시아 및 중앙아시아의 현지고려인 사회와의 관계망이 형성되어 유라시아 이니셔티브에 영향을 미치는지도 향후 주요 연구방향이 될 것이다.

Asian American Immigrants, City, and Multiculturalism:Racial Conflicts of Detroit in Who Killed Vincent Chin?Who Killed Vincent Chin? (1987), directed by Christine Choy and Renee Tajima, deals with the issue of Asian American immigrants’ racial conflict in the American society by juxtaposing two opposite aspects of Vincent Chin case in the 1980s. Composed in the collage form, the film approaches the truth by a series of fragmented and incomplete visual materials including interviews shot by the filmmakers (as well as by others), photos, TV talk shows, local television news, the behind scenes of news reels, cartoons, advertisements, and press conferences. It also employs a series of silent pauses between the scenes, which prevent the audience from their smooth suturing into the screen. In this process, the film intends to create an effect of positioning the audience in an interstice between the dominant ideology of the identity politics and the resisting power of the minority discourse. Through this film, we can see that the death of an Asian American immigrant by two white men’s irrational violence, which happened almost thirty years ago, still continues to disseminate its latent meaning in the current American society. It is not only because Vincent’s case remains as a tragic memory of Asian American immigrants in the white dominant society, but also because it has functioned as a moment to consolidate the Asian American community for their voice toward the mainstream society. In this sense, Who Killed Vincent Chin? provides a chance to rethink the political of multicultural society by the critical speculation on historical realism.

Christopher Nolan’s Batman Trilogy, which started from Batman Begins (2005) and moved to The Dark Knght (2008) and The Dark Knight Rises (2012), is basically a superhero story to be contextualized in the post-911 era of the American society. In contrast to the traditional versions of Batman series both in film and graphic novel, this trilogy represents its superhero as a floating signifier whose meaning is arbitrarily sliding into an interstice between such binary pairs as collectivity and individuation, law and justice, truth and lie, heroic ideal and individual trauma. Partly influenced by Frank Miller’s apocalyptic The Dark Knight Returns series, Nolan’s trilogy reinforces the indeterminacy of traditional heroic code by a series of signifiers such as the Commissioner Gordon’s manuscript for his speech on Harvey Dent’s Day, Rachel’e letter to Bruce Wayne, and the Batman’s mask. Gordon’s undelivered speech manuscript exemplifies how the myth of a hero is deconstructed by the contextual change of its meaning. Rachel’s letter to Bruce Wayne functions as a hinge between Wayne’s childhood trauma and his self-confidence in vigilantism. Most importantly, the batman’s mask provokes ambivalence in Bruce Wayne’s search for his true identity. Wayne’s desire to escape from the mask not only leads to his political failure to act beyond his individuation but it also instigates his downfall into an ideological illusion of romantic elopement. Along with all these indecidable rendering of the traditional heroic code, the batman in this trilogy becomes a floating signifier to slide into the open stage for the political in the American society.
