In the era of unlimited global competition, each eountry is breeding the venture business which has superior thchnology in order to acquire the comparative advantage of international competition. Especially, restoration and visualization of competitiveness of this study is analyze the impact of the organization traits and markey orientation on productivity in Busan through the performance of venture business. In order to analyze the factors influencing the productivity of venture business, Multiple regression was executed with SPSS PC+. The results of multiple regression are as follows : First, organizational ooperation affected to the competitive and customer orientation positivelyand organizational systems affected to the competitive and customer orientation positively. Second, organizational cooperaton and systems affectev to the productivity of venture business positively. Third, competitie and customer orientation affected to the productivity of venture business positively. The results of this study will be useful to establish the rational strategy of venture business.
폴리프로필렌/셀룰로오스 나노 섬유 복합체의 열적 및 기계적 물성

최근, 가장 풍부한 천연고분자 중 하나인 셀룰로오스를 사용하기 위해 제지산업, 분리막, 보강재 등에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소비자 포장재, 자동차 산업 등 산업에서 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 플라스틱 중 하나인 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene, PP)의 기계적 물성을 증가시키기 위해 셀룰로오스 나노 섬유(cellulose nanofiber, CNF)를 사용해 복합체를 제조했다. 무극성인 폴리프로필렌에 극성인 CNF를 분산시키기 위해 무수말레인산 폴리프로필렌(maleic anhydride polypropylene, MAPP)을 상용화제로 첨가했다. CNF가 첨가되면서 인장강도와 굴곡강도는 크게 향상됐으며 충격강도는 감소했다. SEM 분석 결과 PP/MAPP 매트릭스와 CNF 사이의 상호작용이 확인됐고 인장강도와 굴곡강도는 매트릭스와 CNF 간의 상호작용이 크게 작용해 증가한 반면 충격강도는 기공과 CNF로 인한 응력집중에 의해 감소함을 확인했다. TGA 분석결과 CNF가 열적으로 불안정하기 때문에 CNF의 함량이 증가할수록 복합체의 열적 안정도는 낮아졌다. 또한 높은 함량의 CNF 샘플에서 결합수로 인해 기공이 증가하는 현상을 관측했다. Recently, one of the most abundant natural polymers in the earth, cellulose has been studied in various fields. In this study, polymer composites were produced through introduction of cellulose nanofiber (CNF) into polypropylene (PP) which is one of the most commercially utilized polymer for enhanced mechanical properties. Also, maleic anhydride polypropylene (MAPP) was added to PP/CNF composites for compatibility improvement between non-polar PP and polar CNF. Both tensile strength and flexural strength were increased with the addition of CNF, but, on the other hand, impact strength was decreased. As a result of SEM analysis, the interaction between PP/MAPP matrix and CNF was created, and the tensile and flexural stress were influenced by the interaction between PP/MAPP matrix and CNF. Impact stress confirmed that it decreases by pore and stress concentration by CNF. The TGA analysis confirmed that composites are thermally unstable by CNF. Therefore, as CNF contents increased, the initial and final decomposition temperature of the composites are decreased. We also observed increase of porosity because of bound water in the case of high CNF contents.

The study on the impact of knowledge transfer of feature matching using L1 loss on speech emotion recognition in this paper is one of the methods for knowledge transfer from vision transformer (ViT) (teacher), which includes a relatively large-scale CNN, to relatively small-scale ViT (student), excluding even positional embedding. We studied feature matching using L1 loss. As a result, the performance of the student network that went through the feature matching step that mimics the features of the teacher network was significantly higher than that of the student network that was trained for classification from scratch. The accuracy of the teacher network was 94.17%, and the accuracy of the student who performed feature matching was 94.65%, showing higher accuracy with a smaller structure.
Appropriate diagnosis of biliary cystic tumors: comparison with atypical hepatic simple cysts

BACKGROUND: Biliary cystadenoma (BCA) and biliary cystadenocarcinoma (BCAC) are often confused with other intrahepatic cystic diseases. AIMS: The aims of this study were to investigate predictive factors of biliary cystic tumor (BCT) and clinical characteristic of BCAC. METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed preoperative diagnoses, overall characteristics and postoperative outcome of 20 BCTs and 19 cystadenoma-mimicking simple cysts that were pathologically confirmed. RESULTS: Comparing with atypical simple cysts, symptoms, left-lobe cyst, thick wall, septation, mural nodule, bile duct dilatation and an increase of serum alkaline phosphatase were associated with BCTs. However, on multivariate analysis, mural nodule, left-lobe cyst, and an increase of serum alkaline phosphatase were significantly frequent in BCTs with odds ratios of 75.5, 13.8, and 33.0, respectively. Among the 20 BCTs, seven BCACs were diagnosed. The characteristics of BCACs were mural nodule (P<0.01), intrahepatic cyst debris (P<0.01), and bile duct dilation (P=0.04). Cystic fluid analysis provided no significant differences between BCT and simple cyst. After fine needle aspiration cytology of BCTs, all except one BCAC with atypical cell showed nonspecific findings. After complete surgical excision (97.4% of patients), only one patient with BCAC had recurrence during 29 months of follow-up period. CONCLUSION: In hepatic cysts with mural nodule, left-lobe cyst or increment of serum alkaline phosphatase seem to be indicative of BCTs in the diagnosis of suspicious hepatic cyst. Intracystic debris, bile duct dilation, and mural nodule may be suggestive clinical features of malignancy in BCTs.

Aims: Chronic Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) infection increases the risk for progressive liver disease, hepatocellular carcinoma and negatively impacts the patient’s quality of life. HCV treatment is evolving with direct acting antivirals but IFN based therapy has been the standard of care for many years and remains available in some countries. The MOSAIC study aims to characterize patients with chronic HCV infection and assess the impact of IFN-containing treatment on health-related quality of life, work related productivity and health care utilization. Methods: MOSAIC is an international prospective multicenter observational study that has been conducted in 20 countries. Consecutive patients with chronic HCV infection were enrolled and those who initiated an IFN based regimen were prospectively followed for 48 weeks. We report results from the Korean cohort Results: 100 patients were enrolled: 86 were treatment naïve and 14 were treatment experienced. 33 patients initiated an IFN based regimen: 6 patients started IFN + RBV, 26 patients started Peg-IFN + RBV, none started Peg-IFN + RBV + DAA and 1 patient received other treatment. Among the treated cohort, demographic and disease characteristics were the following: the mean age was 54.5 years; 14 patients were male. 14 had minimal or no fibrosis, 2 portal fibrosis, 3 bridging fibrosis and 6 patients suffered from cirrhosis. HCV Genotype distribution was as follows: genotype 1: 11; genotype 2: 19 and genotype 3: 3. Table 1 describes the results at baseline and changes over 4, 12 and 48 weeks and end-of-treatment (EOT) for the quality of life and work productivity outcome measures (EQ-5D-5L, HCV-PRO and WPAI). Conclusions: Results from the Korean cohort of the MOSAIC study show a moderate trend for deterioration of health-related quality of life and work productivity associated with IFN based treatment for patients with chronic HCV infection during treatment period. Aims: A previous randomized controlled trial demonstrated that adjuvant immunotherapy with cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells prolonged both recurrence-free and overall survivals of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) receiving curative treatment. We investigated whether the efficacy of CIK cell immunotherapy might be sustained after cessation of repeated transfer of CIK cells. Methods: We performed a follow-up study of our multicenter, randomized trial reported in 2015. We included 226 patients: 114 patients in the immunotherapy group (injection of 6.4 ×10<sup>9</sup> CIK cells, 16 times during 60 weeks) and 112 patients in the control group (no treatment) after potentially curative treatments for HCC. Among them, 162 patients (89 of the immunotherapy group and 73 of controls) underwent extended follow-up until 60 months after randomization of the last patient. The primary endpoint was recurrence-free survival (RFS); secondary endpoints included overall survival and cancer- specific survival. Results: The median follow-up duration was 68.5 (interquartile range, 45.0-82.2) months. During follow-up, the immunotherapy group maintained a significantly lower risk of recurrence or death (hazard ratio [HR] with immunotherapy was 0.67; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.48-0.94; P=.009 by one-sided log-rank test). The 5-year RFS rate was 44.8% in the immunotherapy group and 33.1% in the control group (Figure 1). HRs were also lower in the immunotherapy than control group for all-cause death (0.33; 95% CI, 0.15-0.76; P=.006) and cancer-related death (0.33; 95% CI, 0.13-0.86; P=.02). Conclusions: In patients who underwent curative treatment for HCC, significant gain in recurrence-free and overall survival by adjuvant CIK cell immunotherapy was maintained for over 5 years.
