Digital imaging fiber-optic trans-illumination과 laser fluorescence를 이용한 평활면 초기우식증의 재광화에 관한 비교 연구

본 연구는 Digital Imaging Fiber-Optic Trans-Illumination(DIFOTI)이나 Laser Fluorescence(LF)를 이용한 방법이 평활면 법랑질 초기우식증의 재광화 정도를 정확하게 monitoring 할 수 있는지의 여부를 평가하기 위하여 진행되었다. 우치 법랑질로부터 얻어진 인공 우식 절편을 특별히 제작된 의치에 식립한 다음, 10명의 실험 참가자들이 구강 내에 장착하고 3주 동안 불소 양치용액을 사용하도록 한 다음 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy(CLSM)로 측정된 병소 깊이를 gold standard로 사용하여 DIFOTI와 LF로 측정된 우식 절편의 재광화 정도를 비교 평가한 후 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. DIFOTI에 측정된 광도 백분율이 재광화 기간이 지남에 따라 증가하였으며, CLSM에서 측정된 병소 깊이와 유의한 역상관관계를 보였다(r=-0.683, p<0.01). 2. LF 측정치는 재광화 기간이 경과함에 따라 증가하였으며 CLSM에서 측정된 병소 깊이와 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.05). 3. CLSM 촬영 결과 500 ppm 불소 양치군이 0 ppm 불소 양치군보다 빠른 속도로 병소 깊이가 감소하는 양상을 보여 주었다. Through out the world dental caries seems to be decreased as it is difficult to make an accurate diagnosis for dental caries. The traditional diagnostic method which is probing and x-ray taking has many limitations to diagnose the early caries, so there were recommendations for the needs of new equipments such as laser fluorescence(LF), digital imaging fiber-optic trans-illumination(DIFOTI), and quantitative light fluorescence(QLF) which were developed from various study results. Also confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM) and ultrasonics are used for research progression. This study is to evaluate whether it is possible to monitor accurately for remineralization amount of enamel surface early caries using DIFOTI or LF. After inducing artificial caries to bovine teeth to 10 participants. remineralization was enhanced by 0 ppm and 500 ppm fluoride mouth rinse solution for 3 weeks. Then they were cross sectioned and analyzed using gold standard of the lesion depth measured by CLSM. The following results were obtained: 1. The measured percentage of light intensity(luminosity ratio) by DIFOTI increased with remineralization period, and showed significant reverse correlation with lesion depth measured by CLSM(p<0.01). 2. The measurement of laser fluorescence increased with remineralization period, and showed significant correlation with lesion depth measured by CLSM(p<0.01). 3. To the result for CLSM, 500 ppm fluoride mouth rinse group showed rapid rate for decreased tendency of lesion depth than 0 ppm fluoride mouth rinse group. In conclusion DIFOTI system was used to measure accurately for the remineralization amount of early surface caries, it is a very useful equipment to detect precisely the changes for early enamel caries remineralization during treatments.

The Toyota Production System (TPS) developed by Toyota corporation is a management principle and production model to improve values added through eliminate of waste. Since the oil shock in 1970s, the TPS has drawn the worldwide attentions as a main factor of competitiveness of Japanese manufacturing system and has been studied and implemented in many countries regardless of size and types of industry. For the correspond to various customer's requirement, it is required to establish on time delivery procedure and to shorten lead time. Therefor it intended to establish TPS which is adopted to 7 losses reduction and JIT(Just In Time). In this paper, the automatic production line for color TV manufacturing by TPS was developed and proved tp push up two times of productivity, to reduce the 25 workers at a time, and to widen the flexibility of manufacturing from 14" to 25" TV

목적: The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of vaginal cuff closure with a "Puller" device versus without a "Puller" device on patients submitted to total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH). 방법: We introduce a simple but highly effective instrument named "Puller" for continuous intracorporeal suturing in TLH. A retrospective comparative study was performed on patients submitted to TLH. Sixty five patients were recruited from April 2012 to June 2013 in a single institution. The patients were assigned to two different groups by the technique of vaginal cuff closure, Group 1: Continuous suture with a "Puller" device (n=41), and group 2: Continuous suture without a "Puller" device (n=24). The length of vaginal cuff closure time was measured by reviewing recorded videos and postoperative complications were followed up on 30th postoperative day and 60th postoperative day. 결과: There were no significant differences between the groups on the general characteristics. And there were no postoperative complications including vaginal cuff dehiscence in both groups. The average uterus weight after TLH was 337.4g in Group 1 and 392.8g in Group 2. There were significant differences in a mean vaginal cuff closure time (7.08 ± 1.25min with Group 1 vs. 9.5 ± 1.27min with Group 2, p=0.000) and length of time per stitch (35.10 ± 6.50sec with Group 1 vs. 42.84 ± 4.85sec with Group 2, p=0.000). 결론: Vaginal cuff closure during TLH can be performed easily and effectively by using the "Puller" device. And this technique reduces the surgical time for vaginal cuff closure and doesn`t increase the vaginal cuff dehiscence risk.

Cube texture after cold rolling has been studied to clarify effects of annealing time and temperature for Al foils with varying purifies from 99% to 99.99%. The foils of 0.1㎜ thickness were annealed finally at temperatures from 300℃ to 600℃ for 1, 3, 5 and 7 hours in 10^(-3)torr vacuum. It was found that the highest cube texture was obtained by repeating hot and cold rolling, and final annealing at 600℃ for 3 hours, while the formation of cube texture was reduced as the annealing time augmented from 3 to 7 at 600℃, because of the coarse recrystallization grain growth during annealing process. It could be known that forming time and leakage current more increased in low purity Al foil than high purity.

A case of rare symptomatic cerebellopontine angle lipoma treated by surgical decompression is described In this 28-year-old male with intermittent facial pain for 17 years, a mass was noted in the right cerebellopontine angle on C-T and MRI. Partial removal of the mass was made for decompression of the lesion from the trigeminal nerve root entry zone. The surgical biopsy result was lipoma. This represents, to our knowledge, the first lipoma in the cerebellopontine angle reported in the Korean literature.

The hermetic rotary compressor is one of the most important components of an air condi-tioning system since it has a great effect on both the performance and the noise and vibration of the system. Noise and vibration occurs due to gas pulsation during the compression process and to unbalanced dynamic force. In order to reduce noise and vibration, it is necessary to identify their sources and transmission path and effectively control them. Many approaches have been tried in order to identify the noise transmission path of a compressor. However, iden-tification has proven to be difficult since the characteristics of compressor noise are complicated due to the interaction of the compressor parts and gas pulsation. In this study, the statistical energy analysis has been used to trace the energy flow in the compressor and to identify the transmission paths from the noise source to the exterior sound field.<br/>
