폭발에 의한 건축물 붕괴 시 매몰공동 위치 예측에 관한 수치해석 사례 연구

When a severe disaster such as a building collapse occurs, a first priority for rapid rescue is to find a location where people are highly expected to be buried but alive. It is, however, very difficult to correctly designate the location of such cavities by conventional geophysical survey due to a pile of debris of building members. In this study, location of possible lifeguard cavities were evaluated through a series of simulations of building collapse by explosion depending on the height of the building, a structure of basement floor and a location of explosion. Three types of building structure: five-story, ten-story and fifteen-story were prepared as a model for the simulation. As a results, in the case of low building, only basement floor partially collapsed. On the other hand, in the case of high building, a collapsed range on the inside of the building increased and lifeguard spaces were formed only in the lateral side or corner of the building. In addition, when a wall exists in the basement floor, the possibility that cavities could be formed increased compared to the cases without wall. However, for the fifteen-story building case, no possible lifeguard cavity was found. It is noted that for a high rise building, the height of building more affect forming of safeguard cavity than the structure of the basement floor.

건축 구조물 붕괴 사고가 발생했을 때, 건물 내에 있는 사람들의 긴급구호를 위해 가장 먼저 해야 할 일은 인명이 매몰되어 있는 위치(이하 매몰 공동이라 칭함)를 찾는 일이다. 그러나 붕괴된 건물의 잔해물 내에 위치한 매몰 공동을 일반적인 탐색 방법으로 찾는 것은 불가능하다. 이에 대한 해결방법으로 본 연구에서는, 붕괴시뮬레이션을 통하여 건축 구조물 붕괴 시 지하층에 형성되는 매몰 공동을 평가하였다. 붕괴 시뮬레이션에 사용되는 매몰 공동 유형에 영향을 미치는 인자로는 건축 구조물 층고, 내부 벽체의 유/무로 설정하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 지하벽체가 없고 고층 건물일수록 동일한 지진하중에서 큰 면적으로 붕괴가 발생하여 매몰 공동 형성에 불리한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 매몰 공동이 형성될 경우 건물 외벽 부근이나 코너 부분에 형성될 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. The most urgent measure to be taken for a rapid rescue when a building collapse happens is to designate or predict a possible location where human beings are alive. In addition, when a wall exists in the basement floor, the possibility that existing cavities could be formed increased compared to the cases without wall.
중국 신선식품 신소매 모델과 기업사례분석: 코로나19 이후를 중심으로

최근 몇 년 사이 신선식품 전자상거래 시장이 빠르게 발전하면서 신선식품 시장에 진출하는 전자상거래 기업들도 증가하고 있다. 특히 2020년 코로나19가 중국 전역에 창궐하면서 비대면 비즈니스(Untact Business)가 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 그에 따라 신선식품 전자상거래 시장도 급변하며 다양한 신소매(新零售) 모델들이 등장하였다. 본 연구는 신소매 모델의 발전 배경과 특징에 대한 연구를 기반으로 신선식품 전자상거래의 단계별 발전을 살펴보았다. 아울러 국내에서는 거의 연구가 되지 않은 중국 신선식품의 신소매 모델을 소개하고 각 모델별로 대표적인 기업사례를 비교분석 하였다. 본 논문에서 분석한 신선식품 신소매 기업의 4가지 모델에서 나타난 경영방식의 장점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘플랫폼+택배’ 모델의 대표적 기업인 징둥다오자(京东到家)는 판매망이 전국으로 확산해 있다. 특히 징둥닷컴과 연계하여 배송시스템을 운영함으로써 소비자의 신뢰도와 만족도가 높다. 둘째, ‘매장+택배’ 모델의 대표적 기업인 허마셴성(盒马鲜生)은 기존의 오프라인매장을 ‘오프라인 체험+온라인구매’ 방식으로 운영하여 소비자가 직접 신선식품의 품질을 확인할 수 있어 구매만족도가 높다. 특히 알리바바(阿里巴巴)의 방대한 빅데이터와 AI기술 등이 더해져 미래형 소매모델을 제시하였다. 셋째, ‘전치창고+택배’ 모델의 대표적 기업인 메이르유셴(每日优鲜)은 대도시에 콜드체인시스템을 갖춘 전치창고를 두어 대도시에서 유리한 판매 형태를 갖추고 있다. 넷째, ‘사구(社區)소매점’ 모델의 대표적 기업인 싱성유쉬안(兴盛优选)은 지역주민의 신선식품 수요를 기반으로 하여 운영하고 있다. 현재는 대도시를 중심으로 운영 중인데, 플랫폼이 활성화된다면 향후 중소도시로 확대될 가능성이 있다. 중국 신선식품 신소매 기업은 단기간에 가파른 성장세를 보이고 있다. 코로나19 이후 비대면 소비를 선호하는 중국 소비자들의 증가와 맞물려 더욱 빠른 증가를 예상할 수 있다. 우리 기업은 중국 신선식품 신소매의 변화와 흐름을 면밀히 파악해야 할 것이다. 예컨대 최근 몇 년 사이 높아진 중국인들의 자국 브랜드 선호도, 중국 소비시장을 이끌어가는 빠링허우(八零后, 80년대 생), 쥬링허우(九零后, 90년대 생), 링링허우(零零后, 2000년대 생)의 소비성향, 1인 가구의 증가, 인구 고령화로 인한 실버소비의 증가 등 다양한 변수를 고려하여 중국 신선식품 신소매시장 진출 전략을 마련해야 할 것이다. Since Ma Yun put forward the concept of ‘new retail’ in 2016, major enterprises have actively explored and deployed new retail. With the rapid development of e-commerce of fresh food, e-commerce companies entering the fresh food market have rapidly increased. Fresh food is daily essential articles of diet, including fruits and vegetables, marine products, meat, and dried products. Considering the size of China"s population, the demand for fresh food is huge . Therefore, in the past two years, a series of online and offline mergers have emerged to explore new retail fresh supermarkets. The new retail giants, such as Alibaba"s Hemaxiansheng, Jingdong"s 7FRESH, have emerged. In particular, from the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 has been affecting all over China, and the Untact Business has been rapidly developing. Along with this, e-commerce of fresh food has also developed and new models have emerged. Based on the research on the development background and features of the new retail model, this study looked at the step-by-step development of fresh food e-commerce. In addition, the company introduced new retail models of fresh Chinese food products, which were rarely studied in Korea, and compared and analyzed representative corporate cases for each model.

Clofibrate, a peroxisome proliferator, is hepatocarcinogenic in rats in a dose-dependent manner. A total of 70 male and female F344 rats, 5-week-old, were divided into three groups. Rats were fed clofibrate at 0, 0.25, or 0.5% in diet for 30 days. All rats were anesthetized with CO₂, blood samples were taken by cardiac puncture for hematology and clinical chemistry, and the rats were killed by exsanguination. Livers, kidenys, pancreas, adrenal glands, spleen, heart, lungs, thyroid gland, reproductive organs, and digestive organs were removed, weighed, later processed, and embedded with paraplast for histological examination. The relative liver and kidney weights with respect to final body weight in the clofibrate-treated group were significantly increased compared with those of control group at all dose levels (p<0.01). It has been suggested that clofibrate may influence on hepatotoxicity by increases in peroxisomal proliferation.
Genetic structure and variability of the working dog inferred from microsatellite marker analysis

Working dogs serve as military watch dogs, search dogs, rescue dogs, and guide dogs with un-come-at-able character. They are drafted by in-training examination including concentration, capacity for locomotion, boldness and earthly desires. In this study, genetic diversity and relationships among two groups of working dogs (pass and fail group in-training examination) were assessed based on 15 microsatellite markers in 25 individuals of working dogs (military watch dogs and Korean search dogs). For the 15 microsatellite markers, the values of allelic richness (A (R) ) ranged from 2.21 (pass group) to 1.60 (fail group) in military watch dogs, while A (R) ranged from 2.79 (pass group) to 2.72 (fail group) in Korean search dogs. Among 52 different alleles of military watch dogs, 22 alleles were detected in pass group only, while 8 alleles in fail group only. In case of Korean search dogs, 3 alleles were observed in pass group only, while 13 alleles in fail group only. These group-specific unique alleles reflect good biomarker for selecting working dogs (military watch dogs and Korean search dogs), indicating that those group specific microsatellite alleles could separate working dogs to be pass or fail group in out-training dog population. Taken together, this study demonstrates the feasibility of microsatellite analyses for the selection of superior working dogs objectively. Furthermore, this approach could be used for the proper selection of working dogs in combination with in-training examination.

Purposes : To investigate the viral etiology of community-acquired pneumonia in Korean adults, we have detected respiratory viruses (Respiatory syncytial virus, adenovirus, influenza virus and parainfluenza virus) in the way of prospective, multi-center study. Methods : From July 1997 to April 2000, nasal aspirates or sputum were obtained from adults patients with community pneumonia admitted to the participating hospitals and transferred immediately to the central laboratory at the Seoul National University Children's Hospital. The specimens were divided into three parts. One part was used for indirect immunofluorescent test for respiratory viruses, the other part for the culture of RSV and adenovirus in HEp-2 cell monolayer. The other part was used for the culture of influenza virus and parainfluenza virus in MDCK or LLC-MK2 cell monolayers. Results : Of 317 samples, 32 (10.1%) specimens were positive for viral agent by indirect IF staining or culture, including one dual-infected specimen (adenovirus and parainfluenza virus). Influenza virus was most commonly detected (16 specimens). Parainfluenza virus, adenovirus and RSV were detected in 10, 4 and 3 patients, respectively. All isolated influenza viruses were type A (H3N2 in 9 patients, HIN1 in 2 and unspecified in 5), and 8 out of 10 parainfluenza virus isolates were type 3. Conclusion : Similar to previous reports from other countries, a significant portion of community-acquired pneumonia in Korean adult is caused by respiratory viruses.
