Amorphous (Fe Ni) Si B (x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1, y=6, 8, 10, 12) alloys were prepared by a single roll quenching method. Both composition and temperature dependence of saturation magnetization were studied by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). Electrical resistivity was measured by four probe method and the power loss was calculated which is related change of frequency by A.C B-H loop tracer. Domain patterns were observed by Bitter method. 1. The preparation of amorphous alloys with all composition was possible, and after heat treatment crystallization occurred, resulting in Fe₃B and Ni₃B. 2. The saturation magnetization was increased with B content and the Curie temperature was about 750°K. 3. Electrical resistivity in amorphous alloys was twice in crystalline alloys and the crystallization temperature was increased with Si content. 4. The power loss of amorphous (Fe Ni) Si B alloys which is dependent on frequency was decreased with decreasing Si content and Ni content. 5. By heat treatment, the fingerprint type domain was gradually diminished and the decrease in power loss was also observed.
임신중독증 환자에서의 혈장 Fibronectin 농도(Ⅱ)

In order to evaluate diagnostic and predictive significance of plasma fibronectin in pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH), concentration of plasma fibronectin were measured by Turbidometric End Point method. It is based on 140 cases with PIH, 8 cases with hypertension only group, 30 cases with proteinuria only group and 112 cases with normal control group, who were admitted to our department from November, 1990 to December, 1993. Mean concentration of plasma fibronectin were statistically significant between normal and PIH group, 309.09μg/ml versus 413.3μg/ml repectively(P<0.001). The result suggest that plasma fibronectin is significant in PIH evaluation. But this study does not confirm the usefulness of prediction of PIH.

Objectives : To clarify the cytotoxic effect of glucose oxidase(GO) and protective effect of gastrodiae Rhizoma (GR) on spinal sensory ganglion(DRG) neurons, neurotoxicity mediated by GO was measured by MTT assay and neurofilament enzymeimmuno assay(EIA). Methods : DRG neurons were cultured in the media containing various concentrations of GO for 3 hours. In addition, neuroprotective effects of GR, on GO-induced neurotoxicity in DRG neurons were examined after DRG neurons were preincubated with various concentrations of GR for 2 hours before 15mU/ml GO for 3 hours. Results : GO decreased remarkably cell viability in dependently in these cultures, and also RG increased cell viability and amount of neurofilament in DRG neurons damaged by GO. Conclusion : It is suggested that GO has toxic effect in cultured mouse DRG neurons, and also RG was effective in the protection of GO-induced neurotoxicity in these cultures.
Effect of Carrageenan on the Tendon of Skeletal Muscle of the Rat

The aim of present study was to examine the effect of carrageenan on the tendon of skeletal muscle of rat. The tendon damage was induced by injection of carrageenan into skeletal hind muscle of rats. Rats were killed on 48 hours after carrageenan injection. The resulting tendons were fixed with 10% neutral buffered formalin (NBF), dehydrated, embedded, sectioned by 4 μm, and stained by phosphotungstic acid hematoxylin (PTAH) or hematoxylin-eosin (H-E). Carrageenan induced the segregation of tendon fibers, intratendinous cleft, segregation of muscle cell group, wave arrangement of tendon fiber. The results suggest that carrageenan induced tendon damage of rat's skeletal muscle by morphological changes.

Clopidogrel, a thienopyridine derivative, is an anti-platelet agent that acts as an antagonist of the platelet adenosine diphosphate receptor and considered for essential prophylaxis for intracoronary stent thrombosis in the treatment of ischemic heart disease. Clopidogrel is considered as safe as aspirin but a few cases of severe hematologic adverse reactions associated with clopidogrel had been reported such as neutropenia, aplastic anemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, and thrombocytopenia. We report a rare case of neutropenia induced by clopidogrel in chronic renal failure in a patient who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention.
