        고분자 전해질 연료 전지용 공기공급계의 동특성 및 성능에 대한 연구

        Turbo-blower as an air supply system is one of the most important BOP (Balance of Plant) systems for FCV(Fuel Cell Vehicle). For generating and blowing compressed air, the motor of air blower consumes maximum 25% of net power, and fuel cell demands a clean air. In this study, turbo-blower supported by air foil bearings is introduced as the air supply system used by 80kW proton exchange membrane fuel systems. The turbo-blower is a turbo machine which operates at high speed, so air foil bearings suit their purpose as bearing elements. Analysis for confirming the stability and endurance is conducted. The rotordynamic stability was predicted using the numerical analysis of air foil bearings and it is verified through experimental works. In spite of various transient dynamic situation, the turbo-blower had stable performances. After the performance test, results are presented. The normal power of driving motor has about 1.6 kW with the 30,000 rpm operating range and the flow rate of air has maximum 160 SCFM. The test results show that the aerodymic performance and stability of turbo-blower are satisfied to the primary goals.

      • 연쇄중합효소반응을 이용한 태아성별진단

        For sex determination by the PCR method, oligoprimers to Y-chromosome gene, DYZ1, SRY, and AMGL were synthesized and genomic DNA was extracted from male and female placenta for the control use. DYZ1 represented 154 bp single band to 0.001pg/ml male genomic DNA but did not represent 154 bp band in female genomic DNA, SRY represented 341 bp band to 1 pg/ml male genomic DNA but did not represent 341 bp band in female genomic DNA, and AMGL represented 977 and 788 bp double band to 1 pg/ml male genomic DNA and 977 bp single band to 1 pg/ml female genomic DNA in 2% agarose gel electrophoresis stained with ethidium bromide. DYZ1 was 1,000-fold sensitive than SRY and AMGL. DYZ1 and SRY could not identify the PCR failure from female but AMGL identified. To increase the sensitivity, the dual amplification of AMGL was performed and the sensitivity increased to 1,000-fold. During the dual amplification of female genomic DNA mixed with male genomic DNA, 0.00125pg/l, 1:400 part male genomic DNA contamination represented double bands as male. In 2 cases of 46, XY female, DYZ1 and AMGL amplification represented male band but SRY amplification did not represent male band. It was suggested that SRY gene was deleted in two 46, XY female cases. for fetal sex determination, PCR with DYZ1, SRY, and AMGL was performed in 10 cases of chorionic villi and 15 cases of amnionic cells. By the comparison with karyotyping result, fetal sex determination was achieved successfully in all 23 samples using PCR of SRY and AMGL but false result was detected in 3 cases(13%) using DYZ1. According to our results, it was concluded that DYZ1 was 1,000-fold sensitive than SRY and AMGL but could not be used because of its false results, and AMGL and SRY must be used concomitantly for precise sex determination.

      • 합성펩타이드를 이용한 영양배엽세포-특이 가토 다클론 항혈청의 제작

        Within the last few years, a different approach to generating protein-reactive antibodies has been developed that has several advantages over conventional immunization. This involves synthesizing short peptide sequences, coupling them to immunogenic carrier molecules, and immunizing animals with the conjugates. 3βHSD(3β-hydroxy-5-ene steroid dehydrogenase; EC 1.1.1.145) is the enzyme of the plasma membrane of human trophoblast and it's cDNA sequence was identified by Nickon et al(Molecular cloning and expression of human trophoblast antigen FDO161G and its identification as 3β-hydroxy-5-ene steroid dehydrogenase. J Reprod Fert 1991;149;156). For the production of trophoblast-specific antibody, we synthesized three oligopeptides that are epitope sites chosen from cDNA sequence of 3βHSD. Oligopetides were coupled with KLH(keyhole limpet hemocyanin) under 25% glutaraldehyde. The trophoblast-specific rabbit polyclonal antisera was produced by conventional methods. This antisera reacts with a 43kDa protein in human placental lysate by Western blotting analysis and The syncytiotrophoblasts and cytotrophoblasts from villi are stained positively with this antisera by immunohistochemistry. Villous trophoblasts were cultured in methionine-free media for 1 hour and [^(35)S]-Methionine for 24 hours. Media and cell lysate were immunoprecipitated with this antisera and 12% SDS-PAGE was performed. In fluorography, bend was not noted in media and 43kDa band was noted in medis and 43kDa band was noted in lysate. It was concluded that anti-3βHSD antibody produced by synthetic peptide was specific to trophoblasts and 3βHSD was membrane-bound protein of trophoblasts.

        Hepatoprotective Effects of Lactic Acid-fermented Garlic Extract against Acetaminophen-induced Acute Liver Injury in Rats

        The aim of the present study was to investigate the protective effect of fermented garlic extract by lactic acid bacteria (LAFGE) against acetaminophen (AAP)-induced acute liver injury in rats. Here we demonstrated that rats treated with LAFGE exhibit resistance to AAP-induced liver injury accompanied by lowered plasma alanine amino transferase levels and decreased proinflammatory responses. This function of LAFGE is linked to its capacity of suppressing AAP-induced apoptosis in the liver, partly via the inhibition of MAPK phosphorylation as well as down-regulation of p53. Our findings reveal that LAFGE modulates the signaling pathways involved in hepatic apoptosis through cellular redox control, as indicated by the inhibition of lipid peroxidation, glutathione and ATP depletion, and the elevation of antioxidant enzyme activities. Taken together, these findings indicate that LAFGE ameliorates AAP-induced liver injury by preventing oxidative stress-mediated apoptosis, thereby establishing LAFGE as a potential supplement in the treatment of AAP-induced liver injury.

        공공기관의 지배구조가 대리인비용에 미치는 영향

        This Study is focused on the findings of public bodies' governance elements which effect on the agency cost in Korea The processes of this empirical study are establishment of research hypotheses, elaboration of test model, definition and measurement of sample public bodies, empirical analysis and interpretation of result. The sample of this study are 197 public bodies of korea registered on ALIO(AlI public information in One) from 2005 to 2009. The proxies of public bodies' governance(dependent variables) are board and CEO compensation. The proxies of agency costs(independent variables) is sale and management expenses/operating revenues, operating revenues/total assets, CEO entertainment expenses/operating revenues, other operrating expenses/operating revenues, control variables are bodies size, ratio of current liabilities/total assets, ratio of net cash infiow/total liabilities, dummy variable. The result of this study are as followings. The size of non-executive director and activity of board takes negative effects on the agency costs, but activity of board does not take effects on the agency costs and independence of board, CEO compensation takes positive effects on the agency costs in the non-publicness bodies and in the type of competitive market The size of non-executive director takes negative effects on the agency costs, but does not take effects agency costs in the publicness bodies. The activity of board takes positive effects on the agency costs in the type of free spending. The independence of board takes positive effects on the agency costs, but The size of non-executive director does not take effects on the agency costs in the type of lead public interest. CEO compensation takes positive effects on the agency costs in the type of monopolistic market. 공공기관의 지배구조는 회계의 투명성을 개선하기 위한 제도적 장치이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 우리나라 공공기관 경영정보공개시스템(http://www.alio.go.kr/) 에 등록된 297개(2005년부터 2009년까지) 공공기관을 대상으로 지배구조의 어떤 요소가 대리인비용에 영향을 미치는지를 검토 분석하였다. 공공성기관에서 비상임이사 규모는 판매관리비비율과 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 나타냈지만 영업외비용비율과는 유의한 부(-)의 관계를 나타냈다. 이것은 이사회가 경영진의 효과적인 경영에 대한 견제 역할은 제대로 수행하고 있지 못하지만 영업외적인 지출에 대한 통제는 제대로 수행하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 소비자유형기관에서 1인당이사회 개최횟수는 영업외비용비율과 유의한 부(-)의 관계를 보이고 있어 이사회가 영업외적인 지출에 대한 통제를 제대로 수행하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 공익선도형 기관에서 비상임이사 비율은 판매관리비비율과 유의한 부(-)의 관계로 나타난 반면, 비상임이사 규모는 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 나타냈다. 이것은 비상임이사 비율은 높을수록 판매관리비율이 낮아져서 대리인비용을 감소시키는 경향이 있는 반면, 비상임이사 규모는 클수록 판매관리비비율이 높아져서 대리인비용을 증가시키는 경향이 있다는 것을 의미하기 때문에 비상임이사를 과도하게 늘리기 보다는 상임이사와 비상임이사를 적정비율로 선임하여 이사회를 구축하는 것이 바람직하다. 시장독점형 기관에서 경영자성과급은 업무추진비비율과 유의한 부(-)의 관계를 나타냈다. 이것은 경영자성과급이 높을수록 업무추진비비율이 낮아져서 대리인비용을 감소시키는 경향이 있다는 것을 의미하기 때문에 경영자성과급을 통하여 경영자가 업무추진비 사용을 통제할 필요가 있다.

        신체활동 장려를 위한 아동용 인터랙티브 콘텐츠 - <Dance with Us>를 중심으로

        Modern children are exposed to a great deal of media content and spend a considerable amount of time enjoying it. Exposure to media content is akin to a double-edged sword, and if used well, it can lead to a high educational immersion effect. Conversely, one side effect due to over-immersion is anxiety. However, because people cannot prevent exposure to media content, it is important to encourage children to use media positively. This work was created as an interactive media art content to convey the experience of 'moving is fun', as felt by children while experiencing interactive content. To help children who are unfamiliar with the use of tools adults commonly use, Kinect sensors, a natural interface, allow characters to react with the user. The Unreal engine allows users to enjoy high-quality live content. Cute animal characters that follow the user's movements and children's songs familiar to their ears provoke their interest and encourage participation in this work. 현대의 아동은 다양한 미디어 콘텐츠들에 상당량 노출되어 있으며, 이러한 콘텐츠를 즐기는 데 많은 시 간을 소비하고 있다. 미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 노출은 양날의 칼과 같아서 잘 사용하면 높은 교육적 몰입 효과를 야기할 수 있지만 반대로 과몰입에 의한 부작용이 염려스러운 상황이다. 그러나 아동에게 미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 노출을 막을 수만은 없으므로 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있도록 유도하는 것이 중요하다. 본 작품은 인터랙티브 미디어 콘텐츠로써 현대의 아동들에게 인터랙티브 콘텐츠를 체험하면서 느끼게 되는 ‘움직이는 것은 즐겁다’라는 메시지의 경험을 전하기 위해 만들었다. 성인처럼 도구 사용에 익숙하지 않 은 아동들이 즐기기에 편할 수 있도록 내추럴 인터페이스인 키넥트 센서를 통하여 캐릭터들의 움직임이 사용자와 반응할 수 있도록 제작하였으며 언리얼 엔진을 사용하여 높은 품질의 실시간 라이브 콘텐츠로 즐길 수 있도록 하였다. 사용자의 움직임을 따라 하는 귀여운 동물 캐릭터와 귀에 익숙한 동요를 통해 흥미를 유발하여 작품으로의 참여를 유도하였다.
