도시 및 농촌 여고생의 영양지식과 식습관이 영양소 섭취에 미치는 영향

This nutritional survey was conducted from July to August 1993, in order to investigate the nutrition knowledge, food habits, nutrient intake, and their correlation of high school girl students living in large city, middle and small city, and rural area. The subjects of this survey were 164 students living in large city, Seoul and Pusan, 289 students living in middle and small city, Chonju and Iksan-City, and 252 students living in rural area, Samnye-Up and Kimje-Kun, Chonbuk-Province. The results obtained are summarized as follows : The perceived nutrition knowledge of large city, middle and small city, and rural area was 80.1%, 83.9%, and 76.0%, respectively, and their accuracy was 62.0%, 69.2%, 56.3%respectively. The nutritional knowledge score of large city, middle and small city, and rural area was 14.90, 16.16, 12.84, respectively. The nutrition knowledge score was significant among large city, middle and small city, and rural area. The correlation coefficient between nutrition knowledge and food habits was significant among large city, and middle and small city students. The food habits score of rural area subjects were lowest. The correlation between food habit and calcium, vitamin A, and vitamin C were significant among large city girls. In rural students the correlation between food habits and protein, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and vitamin C was significant.
코오넬의학지수(Cornell Medical Index)에 의한 남·녀 대학생의 건강실태 조사연구

This study was conducted to evaluate the Health Status of 584 students enrolled in WonKwang University by Cornell Medical Index Questionaire from March to May 1987. The conclusion is as follows ; 1. Inaducacy, eyes and ears, fatigue in CMI items was showed high Complaints rate of more than 30% 2. For the purpose of understanding the Health Problem according to the general characteristics of students implemented Analysis of Variance Test. The results that according to sex, age, marital status, income, native place, medical institution looking for firstly, college are significant difference appeared. 1) Sex ; Female students shows higher complaints rate than male students. 2) Age; The younger, the higher complaints rate appeared. 3) Marital Status ; Single shows higher complaints rate than married. 4) Native Place ; Students who grown in middle, small city and large city shows higher complaints rate than rural students. 5) College ; Medical college, the others (humanistic, sociological arts college), Herb medical college, in regular sequence high complaints rate appeared.
아동의 사회적 문제해결능력과 어머니의 대화형태와의 관계연구

The present study investigated the relationship between the social problem solving ability of children and the language patterns of their mothers. The subjects included 193 nine yearolds (185 girls, 108 boys), and 230 twelve yearolds (115 girls, 115 boys). The instruments used were a language patterns test for the mother and IPA (Interpersonal Problem Solving Ability Test) for children. Major finding from this study were: ⑴ the correlation between the social problem solving ability of children and the language patterns of their mothers was not statistically significant, ⑵ the language patterns of the mothers were significantly different by child's sex; for boys, mother used more ordered language patterns and for girls, mothers used more ordered language patterns and for girls, mothers used more humanoriented language patterns, ⑶ the social problem solving ability of children were significantly different by child's age; 12yearolds exhibited higher ability than 9yearolds.

The purpose of this study was to investigate meal management and nutrition knowledge of the housewives according to their region, age, educational level, income and occupation. The subjects consisted of 2082 housewives residing in big city, middle or small city and agricultural and fishing villages. The portion of housewives living in the middle or small city was 44.1% and the major portion of age distribution was 30's(34.2%). More than half of the housewives(58.5%) had a job. Meal management included in this sutdy was their attitude for meal, nutritional balance in their dishes and harmonizing nutrition knowledge in the life. The meal attitude of the housewives who had no job was the lowest score. Dishes arrangement and harmonizing nutrition knowledge in the life were shown the highest score at the age of 60's. They had experience of nutritional education(63.8% ), The source of nutritional information were in order of TV., radio, relatives & neighbors, newspapers and magazines. The average score of nutrition knowledge was 7.07 out of possible 10 point. Nutrition knowledge had significant correlation with region, age, educational level and income. With increasing educational level, income and decreasing age, the score of nutrition knowledge was getting higher. Also, the housewives of urban was the higher in the nutrition knowledge score than those of rural. The frequency of food intake appeared at the higher in fruits, milk & products than meats & fishes, fishes of eatable bone, yellow green vegetables, and frying and parching food etc.
