Objectives : This report intended to estimate effects of Jung-an acupuncture on the acquired torticollis caused by muscle contraction. Methods : The patients were treated by Jung-an acupuncture, herb medication and Physical treatment daily. The improvement of the patients was judged by Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale(TWSTRS), Tsui's score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After 7 days of treatment, the 2 patients' neck pain and cervical movement were improved. Also, TWSTRS score, Tsui's score and VAS were all reduced. Conclusions : As the Jung-an acupuncture's theological base is organized with meridian theory and myofacial release therapy, We considered the Jung-an acupuncture is effective not only for the skin disease but also for the muscle problem such as torticollis.

각종 피부종양에서 p53과 bcl-2 발현양상

Background : The function of p53 protein was known to accelerate the apoptosis, but bcl-2 protein was known to suppress the apoptosis. The overexpression of p53 and bcl-2 proteins has been reported in many malignant tumors. Although the mechanism of tumorgenesis of the p53 and bcl-2 protein took hasnot been proved, bcl-2 positive tumors contrast to p53, appeared to have good prognosis. The expression pattern of p53 and bcl-2 in epidermal tumors has not been well known. The author analyzed immunohistochemical expression of p53 and bcl-2 protein and investigated the role of p53 and bcl-2 protein in the developing tumors of epidermal origin. Method : 15 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 20 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 10 cases of keratoacanthoma and 6 cases of Bowen's disease were stained immunohistochemically stain with anti p53 and anti bcl-2 monoclonal antibody. Results : 1. In squamous cell carcinoma, the reaction of p53 was positive in 13 cases(86%) and the stain pattern showed more intensive reaction in poorly differentiated cells in the same tumor. bcl-2 showed negative in all cases of squamous cell carcinoma(0%). 2. In basal cell carcinoma, the reaction of p53 was positive in 10 cases (50%). The positive cells were mainly observed in squamous metaplastic portion, but the reaction was weak. bcl-2 showed positive in all cases of basal cell carcinoma (100%) and the reaction was strong. 3. In keratoacanthoma, p53 was positive in 7 cases (70%). The positive cells were mainly observed in the cells around the basement membrane. This finding suggested that p53 positive basal cells were programmed to become keratoacanthoma. bcl-2 was negative in all 10 cases of keratoacanthoma. (0%) In some cases, bcl-2 positive cells were observed around the basement membrane in some cases., which were negative to p53 This finding suggested that the existence of these bcl-2 positive cells were related to the prognosis of keratoacanthoma. 4. In Bowen's disease, p53 was positive in 5 cases ( 83% ) and the reaction was strong, so the tumor cells in Bowen's disease appeared to be poorly differentiated type. bcl-2 was negative in all 6 cases ( 0% ) of Bowen's disease, but bcl-2 positive cells were observed in the basement membrane in some cases.

CAM-Shift 알고리즘을 이용한 MPEG-4 Visual의 VOP(Video Object Plane) 추출

MPEG-4 for an object base coding after extracting the region from image, the coding for a real-time requirements is quick and must be accurate. The object crisis algorithms of existing calculation quantity are many and with image transformation or video conferencing system to same real-time application they are not suitably. The object real-time tracking it tried to apply the CAM-Shift algorithm which is possible from the dissertation which it sees consequently. Tracking the object which it moves or wants the VO where (Video Object) tracking the user wants in bounding box form defines the object where is started. Tracking the object of after uses a CAM-Shift algorithm and are extracted and the VOP with the VO which it is composed. It defines one bounding box with the method which is proposed consequently about lower only one VOP there to be it will be able to compose, it becomes.

부모-자녀의 의사소통과 유아의 자아개념과의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between parents arts children communication, and to analyze the relationship between parents-child communication and the self-concept of young children. The subjects were 81 four-, and five-year-old kindergarten children, and their fathers and mothers. The research tools were the Self-Concept Inventory(1997), father-child/ mother-child communication inventory for parents, and the child-fathers child-mother communication questionnaire for children. The data were analyzed by t-test, paired t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results were as follows : First, in the positive communication, it showed a significant difference. The score of mother was higher than the father. The children were more positive than parents in the communication between them. Second, the children perceived parents-child communication more intensively than parents. Both in the positive and negative communication, the children recorded higher score than the parents. Third, the children's self-concept was more highly correlated with perceived children's communication than parents'. Thus, it can be inferred that parents and children perceived each other differently in the real communication. Therefore, it is necessary to make an activity to promote the perception about positive communication for the education of parents in the kindergarten. The result can be more valuable in the circumstance of real communication, so it is highly required far the systematic research of real communication.

유리섬유 강화복합재료의 표면열화특성에 관한 연구

In this work, the properties of FRP, which is applied recently in the composite insulating materials, by thermal and water treatment were investigated. The specimens were epoxy glass laminates fabricated by thermal press method and had the volume content of 46[%]cutted 45˚ in the fiber direction and 2.0[mm]thickness. The thermal treatment results showed that the amount of weight loss, wettability, surface potential, and surface resistivity increased up to 200[℃]without as a function of temperature. Usually, most degradations caused the hydrophilic to decrease the contact angle. But, in this work on thermal-degradated FRP, we can confirm the introduction of hydrophobic properties by cross-linking and the ablation of polar small-molecules rather than chain scission and oxidation. Finally, weight loss decreased and contact angle increased. These phenomena show the existence of hydrophobic surface. With the change to the hydrophobic surface and the electrical potential and resistivity on FRP surface increased. But, the dielectric properties are decreased. The water treatment results showed the contact angle and surface resistivity of the treated samples were decreased as a function of exposed time. For the surface potential decay of water degraded samples, it was found that the more treated time, the faster diminished on the accumulated charge because of the effect of polar hydroxyl groups induced. In dielectric properties, dielectric constant was increased as accelerated degradation developed with water treatments.

아두이노 음주측정기를 활용한 음주형태에 따른 체내 알코올 농도 변화에 대한 연구

A breathalyzer was modeled using the Arduino's mq3 sensor, and blood alcohol concentration was measured according to various types of drinking. The purpose of this study is to present an alternative to a safe drinking culture by analyzing the correlation of each variable through the measurement of blood alcohol concentration in the twenties. Alcohol consumption was measured based on soju. As a result of analyzing the measurement data, it was confirmed that height, drinking capacity, smoking, eating, and sleeping were correlated with blood alcohol concentration.

TAGUCHI 방법을 활용한 3D프린터의 최적출력조건 선정에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to study the dimensions of the string phenomenon and the x and y axis line widths to select the optimal output conditions for 3D printers using the taguchi method. Four variables were derived through a pre-experiment, and a total of two experiments were conducted randomly in the order of 27 combinations of experimental conditions using an orthogonal arrangement table. The optimal conditions for the string phenomenon are 85% extrusion amount, 200mm/s, 0.2mm layer height, and output temperature 180 degrees. Optimal conditions for line width x were extrusion amount 100%, moving speed 200mm/s, layer height 0.2mm, output temperature 220° line width dimensions y, extrusion amount 85%, moving speed 150mm/s, layer height 0.25mm, output temperature 220°, and subsequent experiments showed optimum extrusion amount 90%, moving speed 200mm/s, output temperature 0.15mm, layer height.

2상 HB형 Linear Stepping Motor의 정지정도 개선에 관한 연구

A Linear Stepping Motor (LSM) can operate in an open loop control mode similarly to a rotary stepping motor. However, the LSM occur error between the actual mover position and the ideal position. In this paper, a position accuracy improvement method using an energy stored in winding inductance of the LPM is proposed.
