Duluth 모델로 분석한 장애인 대상 학대: 영화 ‘복지식당’을 중심으로

[Purpose] In this study, the Duluth model, which was presented as a multilateral analysis framework for factors of spousal abuse based on women's studies, was applied as a method of analyzing abuse of disabled people, which has been relatively inactive, to discuss the causes of abuse and social components. In addition, this study tried to analyze a movie based on a true story to minimize the sensitivity of abuse and to examine abuse in depth from a holistic perspective. [Method] In this study, 84 scenes out of a total of 91 scenes in the movie were categorized into three perspectives: scenes of the subjective nature of abuse, scenes of the objective nature of abuse, and scenes of the subjective nature of society that could have made abuse possible. In particular, the abuse was analyzed based on the Duluth model, focusing on the subject of the abuse. [Results] The results of analyzing the abuse of disabled people in the movie “Awoke”, which is the case of this study, with the Duluth model are as follows. First, abuse of people with disabilities occurs in the form of multiple abuse, not just one form. Second, people with disabilities who are exposed to social exclusion and dependence are provided with a vulnerable state. Third, abusers can strategically exploit vulnerability, and social, environmental, and cultural factors reinforce the vulnerability of persons with disabilities. [Conclusion] The suggestions of this study are as follows. First, exploitation of vulnerability needs to be considered abuse. Second, follow-up studies for calculating the causes of abuse should be activated. Third, it is necessary to develop a tool for victimization of abuse that can explore attempts to exploit vulnerability and socially constitutive conditions. Fourth, efforts to establish a social safety net to prevent abuse of people with disabilities are needed. [목적] 본 연구에서는 여성학에 기반하여 배우자 학대 요인에 대한 다각적인 분석 틀로 제시되고 있는 Duluth 모델을 상대적으로 활성화되어 있지 않은 장애인 학대 분석의 방법으로 적용하여 학대의 원인과 사회적 구성요건에 대하여 논의해보고자 하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 학대의 민감성을 최소화하고 전체적 관점에서의 심도 있는 고찰을 위해 실화를 기반으로 한 영화를 분석해보고자 하였다. [방법] 본 연구에서는 분석을 위해 영화 내 총 91개의 장면 중 84개의 장면을 학대의 주체적 성격의 장면, 객체적 성격의 장면, 학대를 가능하게 할 수 있었던 사회의 주체적 성격의 장면 등 세 가지 관점으로 범주화하였다. 특히, 학대 행위의 주체를 중심으로는 Duluth 모델에 입각하여 학대 행위를 분석하였다. [결과] 본 연구의 사례인 영화 ‘복지식당’에서의 장애인 학대를 Duluth 모델로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인 학대는 한 가지 형태가 아닌 중복 학대의 형태로 교차하며 발생한다. 둘째, 사회적인 배제와 의존성에 노출된 장애인은 취약 상태를 제공받게 된다. 셋째, 학대 행위자는 취약 상태를 전략적으로 이용할 수 있으며, 사회적․환경적․문화적 구성요건들은 장애인의 취약성을 강화한다. [결론] 본 연구의 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 취약성을 이용하는 행위는 학대로 간주될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 학대 피해의 원인 산출을 위한 후속 연구들이 활성화되어야 한다. 셋째, 취약성을 이용하는 시도 및 사회 구성적인 조건들을 탐색할 수 있는 당사자주의적인 학대 피해 도구의 개발이 필요하다. 넷째, 장애인 학대를 예방하기 위한 사회 안전망을 구축하는 노력이 필요하다.

For the investigation of the apoptotic changes of dentate granule cells in neonatal rat brains, the neurons exhibiting chromatic clumping and positive immunoreaction were observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemistry light microscopically. 1. Numerous dentate neurons exhibited regressions without necrotic change, which was a process of apoptosis. 2. Apoptotic neurons in dentate gyrus were present in upper and lower blades and had the increasing gradient of regression toward the inner in upper blade and outer parts in lower ones. 3. Apoptotic neurons in dentate gyrus had increasing gradient of regression from molecular to polymorphic layers, and ganule cells exhibited more regression in 6 days than in 4 days. In summary, numerous dentate granule cells in normal development exhibited apoptotic process with relatively constant increasing gradient.

The purpose of this study was to show a coaching leadership style by investigating the relationship between discrepancy of leadership behavior and achievement motivaton. Questionnaires were given to 776 players(87 teams) of 9 sports belonging to middle and high schools in Pusan, and finally 695 questionnaires were analysed based on response set. The questionnaires were composed of three parts : 1) the LSS (Leadership Scale for Sports) by Chelladurai and Saleh(1980), 2) the scale of Competition-Related Motives in Sports by Willis(1982), 3) personal characteristics of players. Those materials were subjected to a series of statistical analyses. Item-to-total-correlation was used for item validity of the scales and Cronbach'α for internal consistency in items. Also, t-Test was available to identify the relationship between discrepancy of leadership behavor and achievement motivation. After those analyses of the data, the following conclusion could be drawn : 1. The most preferred leadership style is traininng and instruction, on the other hand, the least is autocratic behavior. So traininng and instruction is perceived best but autocratic behavior are not. 2. In democratic behavior the discrepancy is most excessive and in positive feedback it is quite the opposite. 3. In the relationship of the discrepancy of leadership style and achievement motivaton, there is significant difference with the discrepancy of traininng and instruction, autocratic behavior, and social support.
