사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로장벽이 대학생들의 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Social Support, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Barriers on Career Preparation Behavior of College Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

<국문초록>

본 연구는 대학생들이 지각하는 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로장벽이 진로준비행동과 어떠한 관련성을 가지는지를 규명하여 대학생들의 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위한 효과적인 방안을 모색하고자 시도되었다.
이를 위해 사회적 지지 척도와 진로결정자기효능감 척도, 진로장벽 척도, 진로준비행동 척도, 전공진로인식수준 척도가 사용되었으며, 전남지역 소재 4년제 대학에 재학중인 대학생을 대상으로 수집된 자료에서 총 681명의 자료가 분석에 활용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 12.0 프로그램과 LISREL 8.80을 이용하여 성별, 학년별, 전공진로인식수준별로 각 변인들의 차이, 관련성, 경로모형을 검증하였다.
본 연구를 통해 나타난 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 대학생들이 지각하는 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로장벽, 진로준비행동 간의 상호관련성을 살펴본 결과, 진로준비행동은 사회적지지와 진로결정자기효능감과 유의한 정적상관을, 진로장벽과는 유의한 부적상관을 나타냈다. 또 진로결정효능감은 사회적지지와 유의한 정적상관을, 진로장벽은 진로결정자기효능감 및 사회적지지와 유의한 부적상관을 나타냈다.
둘째, 대학생들이 지각하는 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향은 어떠한지 모형검증을 통해 살펴보았다. 모형적합도는 전공진로인식 수준이 낮은 집단의 검증모형을 제외하고 모두 적합한 모형인 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 사회적지지가 진로결정자기효능감에, 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 유의한 정적 인과관계를 보였으며, 진로결정자기효능감이 진로장벽에는 유의한 부적 인과관계를 보였다. 변인간의 영향력은 전반적으로 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 높게 나타났고, 매개효과는 사회적지지가 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 하여 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향이 가장 크게 나타났다.
이와 같은 결과를 종합해 보면, 사회적지지와 진로장벽은 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 하여 진로준비행동에 영향을 미쳤으며 진로결정자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 직접 또는 간접으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 따라서 상담이나 교육을 통해서 대학생들의 진로결정자기효능감을 자극하여 높이는 것이 진로준비행동을 비롯한 진로문제에 대처하는 효과적인 방법임을 증명하고 있다.

<Abstract>

This study was conducted to examine how social support, career decision-making self efficacy and career barriers influence on career preparation behavior and to find out efficient method to promote career preparation behavior.
To construct a research instrument questionnaire items were selected and modified from the existing survey forms such as Social support scale, Career decision-making self-efficacy scale-SF, Career barriers scale, Career recognition scale and Career preparedness behavior inventory. The questionnaire was administerd to 681 college students in Chon-nam. Students were also asked to supply demographic data such as age and gender. The collected data was analyzed with Pearsons's correlations by SPSSWIN 12.0 Program, with path analysis based on structural equation modeling by LISEREL 8.80 Program.
The main results of this study were as follows.
First, career preparation behavior is positively related to social support and career decision-making self efficacy, but negatively related to career barriers. Career decision-making self efficacy is positively related to social support, whereas career barrier is negatively related to Career decision-making self efficacy and social support.
Second, this research made a investigation with which path social support, career decision-making self efficacy and career barrier influence on career preparation behavior. The goodnees of fit index for the models were satisfactory except for the model of the lower career recognition group. In general social support influenced significantly on career decision-making self efficacy. In other words career decision-making self efficacy was caused virtually by social support. On the other hand career barrier resulted in negative effect on career decision-making self efficacy. Career decision-making self efficacy was the most influencing variable on career preparation behavior. And career decision-making self efficacy was also the important mediating variable between social support and career preparation behavior.
Integrating these findings, social support and career barrier have a causal relationship on career preparation behavior through intermediary of career decision-making self efficacy. And career decision-making self efficacy also have influence on career preparation behavior directly or indirectly. Therefore this study showed that it is the best way that college students should be encouraged to develope their career decision making self efficacy by counseling or training to cope with a lot of career preparation related problems.
