PCL-MMT 나노복합재료의 기계적 성질과 생분해에 관한 연구

PCL were intercalated into organically modified MMT(PCL-MMT) at 80°C for 4hrs to prepare the PCL-MMT nanocomposite. PCL-MMT and PCL were mixed mechanically with two-roll mill at 150 ℃ for 15mins. From the results of XRD and TEM, it were found that PCL-MMT nanocomposite were prepared. And mechanical properties and biodegradation of nanocomposite have been investigated by tensile meter and biodegradability analysis experiment. Because of MMT dispersed homogeneously in PCL matrix, the Young's modulus of the nanocomposite was found to be excellent. But the tensile strength and elongation were decreased as increase of MMT. And MMT dispersed in PCL matrix was almost not affected on the biodegradation of PCL.

정상안에서 Pressure Eye Patch가 외안부에 미치는 영향

Immobilizaiton of eyelids by pressure eye patch may relieve photophobia and some ocular pain. Although many ophthalmologists prefer pressure eye patch after operation and ocular trauma, it was not considered that eye patch may induce some ocular symptoms. We therefore studied the effects of pressure eye patch in normal eyes of healthy young adults. Thirty two medical students and doctors participated in this study. The pressure eye patch in normal eyes of healthy young adults. Thirty two medical students and doctors participated in this study. The pressure eye patch was applied for 14 hours on one eye of participants. Both eyes of all participants were examined twice, before and after patching. The examination included opthalmic examination and questionnaire of subject symptoms. Each symptom and sign was graded on a scale from 0 to 3. The scores were statistically evaluated by using the the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. In group 1 (patched eyes), 30 of 32 participants had clinical symptoms and signs. In comparison between group 1 (patched eyes) and group 2 (unpatched eyes), participants in the group 1 had more symptoms and signs such as discomfort (P<0.01), itching (P<0.01), congestion (P<0.01) and irregular astigmatism (P<0.01). Thus we concluded that complicaitons of varialbe severity and shape were induced by eye patch in normal eyes. So we considered that Eye Patch ater operation and trauma may contribute the above mentioned complicaitons and we must doing this procedure cautously.

In this study, we questioned about the possibility of the formation of the new community like relationship at the market on the contrary to the traditional market relationship. We conjectured that kind of new community like relationship may possibly arise because of wide spread of new information technology at market behavior of both consumer and producer side. Traditional buyer-seller relationship was characterized as an anonymous one-shot relationship, however, recent changes were mainly emphasized the rich mutual interactions from both sides. Producers needs more consumer side informations as well as consumers begin to participate on production side at more organized level. Some theoretical studies predict that more rich social relationship will appear at the market since the adoption and wide spread of new information technology. We assume that main functions and ingredients of the community are first, the coordination mechanism which reduces conflicts among community members and second, functional efficiency which meets the common needs of community and third, communicational rationality which enhances the integrity of community members. We surveyed about 100 small and medium sized firms located at Pusan and Kyung-Nam area in order to find out whether firms have community like relationship with their consumers. We fine that most of firms realize the impotance of consumer networks, however most of firms consider this kind of network as a marketing strategy and a source of product design instead of more community oriented characteristics like mutual trust building and social interactions.

위암 환자에서 세포성 면역 기능에 관한 연구

We performed a variety of lymphocyte stimulation tests, delayed hypersensitivity skin tests, and enumeration of several lymphocyte subpopulations in 21 patients with gastric cancer who did not receive any form of anticancer therapy, and in 20 healthy controls. The gastric cancer patients had significantly decreased number and total score of positive reactions in delayed hypersensitivity skin tests compared with the healthy controls. The percent of CD_(4) positive lymphocytes in the gastric cancer patients was significantly decreased compared to the normal control subjects, but it had no correlation with the total score of delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions. The ratio of helper to suppressor cells was lower in the cancer group. The uptake of 3H-thymidine was markedly depressed in cancer patients when stimulated with various mitogens. There was little correlation between any of the stimulation tests and any of the lymphocyte subpopulation proportions to delayed hypersensitivity cutaneous reactions. Optimal proliferative response was found in lymphocytes stimulated with 10 micrograms of concanavalin-A and 10 microgram of phytohemagglutinin. Advanced stage patients had greatly depressed delayed hypersensitivity skin reactions and proliferative responses to mitogens compared with localized diseases. These results suggest that gastric cancer patients have depressed cellular immune functions, which mainly result from the decreased helper cells and defects in functional proliferative response to mitogens. Interleukin-2 and interferon-gamma restored the in vitro proliferative response of lymphocyte in patients with gastric cancer.

建築材料의 熱傳導特性에 關한 硏究 : 콘크리트 熱傳導率을 中心으로 Laying Stress on the thermal conductivity concrete

This object aims to study the influence of different kind of building raw materials of thermal conductivities upon concrete by experiment and came to the conclusion as follows. 1. When the unit quantity of cement and fine aggregate showed the rate of increase the thermal conductivity is appeared to be higher figure. 2. Even in the unit weight of cement, fine aggregate ratio and water cement ratio are equal, the figure of the thermal conductivities of different kinds of aggregates. because the materials such as slag, of which the surface are rough, have strong adhesive power of aggregate and mortar, is relatively appeared to be high. But on the other hand as the materials such as texes, of which the surface are smooth have weak adhesive force, the figure of the thermal conductivity is appeared to be low.

음성의 특성이론과 소음 환경에서의 Intelligibility에 관한 연구

This study was to determine the type of spoken material that can be heard best in a noisy environment There were 6 subjects of graduate school students of P. university. Intelligibility were three different types of tests to measure intelligibility in a noisy environment. We needed a radio and desks. The radio located behind them about 12 inches from the back of their head. 1. The length of the word influnced its Intelligibility by the longer the word, the more readily it is correctly identified. 2. The listener is able to identify a long word by hearing portion of it, particularly familiar, highly probable word, whereas missing one syllable of a short word is more likely to prevent the identification of the entire word. 3. Influencing the Intelligibility of speech in noise is the context in which the words are heard. 4. Situations may arise with a noise level so greut that Certain speech sounds may be confused. 5. We have to make good biomechanical listening environment for Intelligibility in a noisy environment. 6. We can prevent a noisy environment to use earplug and to getrid of noisy material

The purpose of this study was to get the quantitative data of effect of two different load carrying system on Kinematics and Kinetics. The subjects for the research were 2-adults. The mechanism of each load carrying pattern was measured by a motion analylizer, a forceplatform and EMG system. The conclusions were get from Kinematics variables and Kinetics variables. 1. It was not effected at the vertical reaction force(Fz) of left, right foot according to the big value the 1st peack of 10kg, 15kg fore, back-pack carrying system, 20 kgw, 30 kgw back-pack carrying system in walking. But it was effected at the vertical reaction force(Fz) on 30 kgw back-pack carrying system in walking. 2. It was not effected at the Anterior-Posterior reaction force(Fx) of left, right foot according to high value of the 1st peack on 10 kgw, 15 kgw fore, back-pack carrying in walking. But, it was effected on the 20 kgw, 30 kgw only back-pack carrying in walking. 3. It was effected at the left-right reaction force(Fy) of left-right foot according to the big value of the 2nd peak on 10 kgw, 15 kgw fore-backpack carrying system in walking. It was more effective than 20 kgw, 30 kgw back-pack carrying system in walking. There was not disorder force(Fx) on 10 kgw, 15 kgw fore-backpack carrying system in walking. 4. Analysis of computer graphic, on the pack carrying system in walking. It was efficient in 10 kgw, 15 kgw fore-backpack carrying system in walking. But, it was efficient on 20 kgw, 30 kgw backpack carrying in walking. Castrocnemius, Tibialis anterior, Vastus lateralis, Vastus medialis, are stressed to bend their body foreward. So it occurred fatigue fast, injured muscles and joints. 5. Extension anyles and flection angles of the knee joint and the hip joint on 10 kgw, 15 kgw fore-backpack carrying system in walking showed less than those on 20 kgw, 30 kgw backpack carrying system in walking. It was efficient on the 10 kgw, 15 kgw fore-backpack carrying system in walking. 6. Magnitudes of EMG of Castrocnemius, Tibialis anterior, Vastus lateralis, Vastus medialis, were increased according to increasing weight road and were decreased on the 20 kgw, 30 kgw back-pack carrying system in walking.

링 십자물구나무서기 동작의 근전도학적 분석

This study analyzed subjects of this study are one high school player, one business team player, and one national team player. M. deltoideus, M. trapezius, M pectoralis major, M. latissimus in upper part of the body muscles, M. flexor carpi radialis, M. brachioradialis, M. bireps brachii, M. triceps brachii upper arms muscles to analyzed work load, muscle activity of change in time they play with inverted cross of rings. The conclusions of this study are as follows. 1. The order of high work load in upper body muscle is as follows: M. deltoideus 41.00%, M. trapezius 36.67%, M. pectoralis 12.33%, M. latissimus 10.00%. 2. The order of high work load in upper arms muscles is as follows: M. biceps brachii 56.67%, M. brachioradialis 21.00%. M flexor carpi radialis 17.67%, M. triceps brachii 5.33%. 3. In the analysis of muscle activity by time phase when they stopped inverted cross of rings, M. deltoindeus, M. biceps brachii showed high muscle activity, so I found that they are the main muscular system.

삼각측량 시스템을 이용한 물체의 3-D 정보추출 관한 연구

The 3-D shape use to effect of movie, animation, industrial design, medical treatment service, education, engineering etc... But it is not easy to make 3-D shape from the information of 2-D image. There are two methods in restoring 3-D video image through 2-D image; First the method of using a laser; Second, the method of acquiring 3-D image through stereo vision. Instead of doing two methods with many difficulties, I study the method of simple 3-D image in this research paper. We present here a simple and efficient method, called direct calibration, which does not require any equations at all. The direct calibration procedure builds a lookup table(LUT) linking image and 3-D coordinates by a real 3-D triangulation system. The LUT is built by measuring the image coordinates of a grid of known 3-D points, and recording both image and world coordinates for each point; the depth values of all other visible points are obtained by interpolation.
