        본 연구는 영양표시에서 1회분량 및 영양소함량표시의 기준으로 사용되는 "식픔창고량"에 관한 연구를 수행하므로써 합리적이고 일관성있는 영양표시기준 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용코자 하였다. 이를 위하여 미국 및 캐나다를 중심으로 제외국의 현황 및 식품참고량 설정방법을 조사 ·연구 하으며 제도도입 및 개선 방안을 강구하였파. 또한, 시판 제품의 영양료시현황 및 음료류 둥의 포장단위 등을 피악하여 식품참고량설정을 위한 기초자료로 활용코자 하였다. 앞으로 국민건강 ·영양조사자료의 체계적인 통계분석, 가공식품의 섭취량조사 등을 통하여 우리나라 국민의 1인 1회 섭취량자료의 축적이 선행되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this ?roject is to study on the reference amounts customarily consumed per eating occasion to improve the nutrition labelling standards. We Performed to study on the methodology to establish the reference amounts on the basis of the review on the advanced counITy's status. And we investigated the packaged unit ofprocessed foods. Further study is needed to establlsh the customarily consumed amount per eating occasionthrough the statistical analysis of nationwide food consumption data. Our results will be helpful information to improve nutrition labelling system in Korea.

      • 개선된 Hopfield 신경망 모델을 이용한 A/D 변환기 구현

        Due to the rugged energy function of the original Hopfield networks, the output is usually one local minimum in the energy function. This paper an analysis on the location of local minima in Hopfield networks and discribes modified network architecture to eliminate local minima. This modified Hopfield networks has been successfully applied to the construction of analog-to-digital converter with optimal solutions. Experimental results on the voltage transfer characteristics of data converter is presented.

      • 분해성 고분자를 이용한 지속성 비료에 관한 연구

        요약문농작물에 사용된 비료중 30~705가 농작물의 영양분으로 이용되고, 나머지는 지표수 에 의하여 하천으로 유입되거나, 지하수로 스며든다. 이러한 이유로 경제적 손실과 더불어 지하수에 질소 성분이 농축되어 식수 오염에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 고분자 가공 기술을 응용하여 120。C에서 무정형 폴리 프로필렌과 요소비료를 혼합하여 지속성 비료 제 조를 제조하였다. 제조된 지속성 비료는 25。C 수중에서 비료성분의 방출속도를 측정하였 다. AbstractIt is estimated that only 30∼70% of the fertilizer applied in agriculture is used for plant nutrition, the rest is carried away by ground water or lost through mtrification-denitrification. Apart from the economic loss due to wastage, severe environmental problems arise due to increasing nitrate concentration in public drinking water. The fertilizer urea was mixed with APP (atactic polypropylene) by super mixer at 120 'C. The rate of fertilizer release was determined by checking dissolution rate in water at 25。C.

      • 분해성 폴리에틸렌 필름의 생분해 및 광분해성에 관한 연구

        Photo-biodegradable master batch was prepared by using mechanical and thermal oxidation that in general occur during polymer processing operation. Master batches were prepared by melt mixing in air circumstance, respectively. High density polyethylene(HDPE) sheets containing 20 wt.% photo-biodegradable M/Bs were prepared by compression molding and we observed the photodegradability under the mercury-vapor lamp. The sheet of containing M/B prepared above 95% of its original elongation and very brittle within 120 hours irradiation, however, pure HDPE sheet still retained about 80% original elongation for 120 hours irradiation. Under the natural sunlight, photo-biodegradable HDPE films lost about 98% of its original elongation at break for 8weeks outdoor exposure in summer. The common film still retained 75% of its original elongation at the same period. Surface morphology of the films was examined by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The effects of water on the mechanical properties and morphology of film were examined during the irradiation. In the case of biodegradation test, incubator test were performed simultaneously. Microorganism (fungi) growth in photo-biodegradable film surface was augmented by exposed time increasingly.

      • 제어기 출력오차 방법을 이용한 적응 퍼지제어

        In this paper, we apply the controller output error method to the adaptive fuzzy control design. This method employs a gradient descent algorithm to minimize a error function which is beased on the error at the controller output. This contrasts with more conventional methods which use the error at the plant output. The error function is minimized by adapting some or allof the parameters of the fuzzy controller. In this paper, we propose to revise the consequent parameter. The proposed adaptive fuzzy controller is applied to the adaptive control of a nonlinear plant and is shown to be capable of providing good overall system performance.

      • 생분해성 플라스틱이 포함된 유기성 생활 쓰레기의 퇴비화

        준 생산용 퇴비화 장치를 이용하여 생분해성 플라스틱을 포함하는 유기성 도시생활쓰레기기의 퇴비화를 연구하였다. 유기성 도시생활쓰레기는 실제 도시생활쓰레기 구성비에서 무기물을 제외한 유기성 물질만의 비로 만들어 사용하였다. 유기성 도시생활쓰레기를 구성하는 각각의 물질에 대한 생분해도를 ISO법으로 측정하였고, 퇴비의 화학적 물리적 특성도 조사하였다. 구성 물질에 대한 생분해도 결과에서, 생분해성 고분자를 포함한 각 물질들은 퇴비화에 충분한 생분해도를 나타내는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, 유기성 도시 생활쓰레기로부터 비독성의 퇴비를 얻을 수 있음을 알았다. The composting study of organic municipal solid waste containing biodegradable plastic was performed by using pilot scale composting apparatus. The organic municipal solid waste(OMSW) was artificially prepared for composting. The composition of artificial OMSW was the same as that of real municipal solid waste excluding inorganic waste. The biodegradability of individual component of OMSW was studied according to the ISO method. The chemical and physical characteristics were also observed. Biodegradability study revealed that every component of OMSW including biodegradable plastic had sufficient degradability for real composting. And it was found that non-toxic compost could be produced from OMSW containing biodegradable plastic.

      • 퇴비화법에 의한 플라스틱 필름의 생분해도 연구

        Aerobic composting apparatus was set up using International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and ultimate biodegradability of plastic films was evaluated by measurement of released carbon dioxide at the end of test. Test materials were polycaprolactone(PCL), PCL/starch composite with various composition, photo-degradable, bio-destructible film, and high density polyethylene(HDPE) film. After 45 days, PCL and PCL/starch(70/30) composite films were degraded to 37% and 60%, respectively. This fact revealed that starch in PCL elevated the biodegradability of matrix PCL. Although photo-degradable and bio-destructible films also evolved carbon dioxide, matrix polymer(HDPE) was not degraded by microorganisms in compost. This fact was indirectly supported thermogravimetric analysis and morphology of film before and after composting.

        In this study, Mechanical property, thermal property, watervapor, and oxygen permeability of biodegradable Soy protein/Pectin-montmorillonite nanocomposite, prepared with Na^(+)-MMT, have been studied. X-ray diffraction and TEM experiments an polymer/silicate composite samples demonstrated that the intercalation of polymer chains leads to increase in the spacing between silicate layers. In addition, it were found that the intercalated Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite were prepared. It was found that the addition of only a small of clay was enough to improve the thermal stability and mechanical property of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite. watervapor of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite was generally lower than that of Soy protein/Pectin. oxygen permeability of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite was generally lower than that of Soy protein/Pectin.

        Bio-and-photodegradable polymer composites were prepared by blending biodegradable aliphatic polyester and photodegradable master batch(M/B). Photodegradability, biodegradability, thermal properties and mechanical properties were investigated. The biodegradability of EnPol(G4600) composites decreased wish increasing the amount of M/B, while that of EnPol(G8000) composites increased. Tensile strength and elongation decreased with increasing the time of outdoor exposure and the amount of M/B but modulus comparatively maintained. The mechenical properties decreased as the content of M/B increased, while the melting temperature unchanged.

        전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합 필름의 특성 및 산소 투과도 연구

        Na^(+)-MMT로부터 제조한 생분해성 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료의 기계적 특성, 열적 특성, 그리고 산소 투과성을 연구하였다. XRD와 TEM의 결과로부터 고분자의 삽입으로 인하여 실리케이트 층간 간격이 증가하였으며, 또한 삽입형 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료임을 확인하였다. 합성된 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료의 경우 적은 양의 MMT로부터 기계적 특성과 열적 안정성이 우수함을 보였다. 그리고 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료의 산소 투과성은 고분자 매트릭스에 분산되어 있는 몬모릴로나이트에 의하여 현저히 저하됨을 보여주었다.
