        STS316L 용접부의 피로거동 및 초음파시럼에 의한 열화특성 평가

        STS316L은 인성, 연성, 부식저항성 등 우수한 기계적 성질 때문에 에너지환경설비 등 구조물에 널리 이용되고 있다. 그러나, 용접구조물은 가혹한 환경하에서 경년열화가 심각하다. 지금까지의 연구들은 주로 용접부의 피로균열진전거동에 관하여 수행되었고, 피로균열진전속도식의 재료상수와 비파괴적 평가의 상관성에 관한 연구는 거의 없었다. 본 연구는 STS316L 용접부의 피로균열진전 거동을 조사하고, 초음파 파라미터로 열화특성을 평가하고 시간-주파수 분석으로 해석을 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 용접구조물의 사용기간 중 피로수명 등을 예측하기 위한 기초 데이터로서 사용될 수 있다. STS316L had been used as the structural material for energy environmental facilities, because austenite stainless steels like 316L have superior mechanical properties of which toughness, ductility, corrosion resistant and etc. However, those welded structures are receiving severe damage due to increasing of the aged degradation. Most studies until now have been carried out against fatigue bahaviors of weldments, and were not well studied on nondestructive evaluation methods. In this study, the fatigue crack propagation behavior of STS316L weldment usually used for vessels of the nuclear power plant was investigated. Also, the degradation characterstics of 316L stainless steel weldments were evaluated by the ultrasonic parameter such as ultrasonic velocity, attenuation factor and time-frequency analysis. The results of this study can be used as a basic data for the prediction of the fatigue crack life of weldments structures without disjointing or stopping service of structures in service.

      • 問項反應理論을 適用한 TENNIS FORHAND STROKE의 難易度

        The purpose of this study was to identity the applications of rating scale toward an evaluation of tennis forhand stroke. The ability test of tennis volley presented in AAHPERD research, Rasch Model, was adapted and it's rate point was used in FACETS (lincere, 1994). First, The functional ability in tennis stroke was aimed to be efficiently by using RASCH'S rating scale based on six positions. Test difficulties were shown between -0.15 to 0.15. The easiest position amonsg those 6 was #3(-0.15) and #2(-0.09) in order and the most difficult position was known as #4(0.15). Second, a logit point of subjects was shown in difference when logit average was set on zero. Test 2,3,4, and 5 were revealecl to be valid as a stroke test in which subject's functional ability of tennis forehand stroke coned be identified. Third, the difficulty rate based on position was ordered by #1, #3, and #6 position as low change position #4 and #5 as high change Finally, the positional test in 6 position' base was regarded as a valid test method to evaluate tennis forehand stroke. Rasch's rating scale model was identified as a well appllied model to measure the difficulty rate in tennis forehand stroke.

      • 중학교 남자 테니스 선수의 운동기능수준별 시합 전 경쟁상태불안

        The purpose of this study was to investigate if there is any difference in the level of competitive state anxiety according to the level of motor skill before the game and to provide the players with basic data for the mental practice. The subjects of this study consist of 20 men's a middle school tennis players. The experimental group was divided into superior players group and inferior players group. And then by using a CSAI-2 questionnaire, three subfactors of competitive state anxiety, or cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and state self-confidence were measured. The method of measurement was carried out three times, or one week, one day and two hours before the game. The results of this study were as follows. First, About both cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety, inferior players were significantly higher than superior players. Second, About state self-confidence, superior players were significantly higher than inferior players. Third, As the game was around, both cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety which all the players including superior and inferior players had increased. But the state self-confidence of all players decreased.

        Ketorolac (KA) and ketorolac tromethamine (KT) is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and has been used widely. To improve its frequent administration by control of drug release. we prepared SLM of KA and KT using Mirj 45 and 52 as surfactants and tripalmitin and tristearin as lipids by spry drying method SLM, as a disperse system for injection, were evaluated by measurement of particle sizes. SEM and drug release pattern As a result. spherical SLM were prepared and their particle size were in the range of 25-125 μm, which were dependant on the types and contents of lipid and sururfactants. Their dissolution rate were decreased as increasing lipid contents.

      • 동등백분위법을 이용한 순발력 검사 방법간의 동등화 방안

        This paper is designed to equalize the points obtained from different tests of agility by means of equipercentile equating in accordance with grade and sex. The subjects consist of 923 high school students who have ever gone through the tests of power. As a result, I have reached the following conclusion. 1. I used equipercentile equating for recording the tests of power of the first male graders, coming up with equalized values such as 223㎝ in a standing board jump, 33.7m in five seconds' running and 42m in throwing, and 53m in a vertical jump at the 50 percent level. 2. The second male graders, coming up with equalized values such as 232㎝ in a standing board jump, 33.5m in five seconds' running and 42m in throwing, and 57㎝ in a vertical jump at the 50 percent level. 3. The third male grades, coming up with equalized values such as 242㎝ in a standing board jump, 34.8m in five seconds' running and 45m in throwing, and 57㎝ in a vertical jump at the 50 percent level. 4. The first female graders, coming up with equalized values such as 168㎝ in a standing board jump, 25.8m in five seconds' running and 10m in throwing, and 34㎝ in a vertical jump at the 50 percent level. 5. The second female grader, coming up with equalized values such as 174㎝ in a standing board jump, 25.8m in five seconds' running and 17m in throwing, and 31㎝ in a vertical jump at the 50 percent level. 6. The third male graders, coming up with equalized values such as 187㎝ in a standing board jump, 27m in five seconds' running and 16.6m in throwing, and 30㎝ in a vertical jump at the 50 percent level.

      • 유동공진을 위한 가진기 설계

        Heat dissipation technology using flow resonant phenomenon is a kind of new concept in heat transfer area. A vibration exciter is needed to generate air turbulence which has the natural shedding frequency of heat system. A mechanical vibrating device for the air flow oscillation is introduced, which is driven by a moving coil actuator. An analytical dynamic model for this mechanical vibration exciter is presented and its validity is verified by the comparison with experimental data. Values of some unknown system parameters in the analytic model, a high bandwidth vibration phase, it turns out the high modal resonant characteristics of vibrating plate are the major barrier against obtaining a high bandwidth vibration exciter.

      • 댐 건설전후 유역의 장기유출특성변화의 분석 : I.GIS를 이용한 NWS-PC 모형의 매개변수 추정

        본 연구에는 CIS를 이용하여 장기유출 해석 모형의 하나인 NWS-PC모형의 매개변수를 얼마나 적절히 추정할 수 있는가에 대해 알아보았다. 수치표고모형, 수치토양도 및 인공위성영상을 분석하여 얻은 토지이용도 등을 기본 자료로 이용하였고 소유역별 특성값을 GIS를 이용하여 추출하였다. 이러한 특성치들은 Amstrong(1978)에 의거하여 소유역별 모형의 매개변수를 추정하는데 직접이용된다. NWS-PC 모형의 경우 추정된 매개변수는 가능한 값의 범위로 주 This study is to see how effectively the NWS-PC model parameters can be estimated using GIS. Basic informations such as DEM(Digital Elevation Model) ,digital soil map, land use information from satellite image are provided and analyzed for estimating the sub-basin characteristics in GIS. These charcateristics are used to estimate the model parameters for each sub-basin. The model parameters estimated based on Amstrong(1978) are given as a possible range, which will be fixed through the calibration procedure. In this study, we used the1974 data for calibration and the 1979 event for verification. From the calibration procedure, we could find that the parameters related with infiltration and water tend to have the minimum value of the range and that the parameters related with exfiltration of water tend to have the maximum value of the range This result seem to reflect the hydrologic characteristics of Keum-river basin, which could be used to fix the model parameter without difficult calibration procedure. The simulation results show that the relative error of calculated discharge to observed discharge to be within approximately 10% . Therefore, the model with the parameters calibrated was considered to be adaptable for long-term runoff analysisf or Keum-river basin.

      • 캔 및 병 오렌지쥬스의 저장온도에 따른 Q_10값 및 품질수명의 산정

        현재 국내에서 유통되고 있는 캔 및 병 오렌지쥬스를 20,30,40,50℃에서 24주 동안 저장하면서 4주 간격으로 개봉하여 중금속(Sn,Fe,Pb) 함량, 비타민 C 함량, 갈색도와 pH의 변화에 대한 측정치로부터 온도별 활성화 에너지와 Q_10값을 계산한 다음 shel-life를 예측하였다. 캔쥬스의 품질지표로 삼을 수 잇는 것은 Sn,Fe,Pb함량, 비타민 C 함량이었고, 병쥬스에서는 비타민 C 함량, 갈색도이었으며 이들 품질지표에 대한 Q_10값은 1.3~2.0이었다. 쥬스를 50℃에 저장시 품질 허용한계에 도달하는데 요하는 기간과 Q_10 대표값으로 부터 shel-life를 계산하면 캔쥬스의 경우 10,20,30℃에서 각각 10,6,3개월 이었고, 병쥬스의 경우 각각 24,12,6개월이었다. 국내에서의 쥬스 유통온도를 평균 15℃로 가정할 때 적정 품질수명은 캔쥬스 8개월, 병쥬스 18개월로 평가되엇다. 캔 오렌지쥬스의 안전성을 확보하기 위해서는 식품공전Pb 허용기준(0.3㎎/㎏)의 재검토와 아울러 캔 재질의 개선을 위한 연구노력이 요구된다. Canned and bottled orange juices currently sold in Korean market were stored for 24 wweeks at 20, 30, 50 and 50℃ and analyzed after opening at 4 week intervals. Activation energy, Q_10 values and shelf-life at respective temperatures were calculated from the data on various quality indexes. Proposed indexes were lead, tin, iron and vitamin C contents in canned juices and vitamin C content and browning index in bottled juices and Q_10 values for these parameters were in the range of 1.3~2.0. Shelf-life calculated for canned juices at 10, 20 and 30℃ were 10, 6 and 3 months and that in bottled juices, 24, 12 and 6 months, respectively. When the distriburion temperature of juices in Korea is assumed to be 15℃ average, the optimum shelf-life was estimated to be 8 months in canned juices and 18 months in bottled juices. In order to ascertain the safety of canned orange juices, efforts are needed to re-examine the recommended distribution period, legal limit for lead and improvement of container materials.
