        경대(經臺) 김상현(金尙鉉)의 교유시에 대한 일고찰

        김상현은 19세기 중반 서울 문단의 중요한 작가였지만 안타깝게도 문집이 오늘날 전해지지 않고 있는 가운데, 그가 젊은 시절에 지은 시들을 모은 『경대시략』과 『경대시존』만전하고 있다. 본고는 이 자료를 통해 김상현의 교유시를 살펴보았다. 젊은 시절 김상현의 교유는 크게 ‘정약용 부자와의 교유’, ‘김매순과 홍석주 등 선배 문인과의 교유’, ‘윤종의와 박규수 등 동료 문인과의 교유’로 나누어 볼 수 있다. ‘정약용 부자와의 교유’에서는 김상현이 어떻게 당파가 다른 정약용에게서 가르침을 받을 수 있었는지 그 경위를 밝혔고, 어린 김상현의 눈에 정약용과 정학연이 어떠한 모습으로 비쳤는지를 살펴보았다. 이 부분은 향후 다산학단의 시문학 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. ‘선배 문인과의 교유’에서는 ‘북촌 한문학’이 19세기 전반기 세대에서 중반기 세대로 이어지는 모습을 확인할 수 있었다. 김상현은 김매순, 이정리, 홍석주 등 선배들의 학문과 문학을 존경 어린 시선으로 증언하고, 선배들은 김상현을 격려하며 이끌어주었다. ‘동료 문인과의 교유’에서는 1840년 무렵 김상현이 동료 문인들과 매우 활발한 교유 활동에 나섰음을 확인하였다. 이 당시 이들의 움직임에서는 대단히 활기찬 에너지가 감지되는데, 끈끈한 동지적 결속을 바탕으로 미래에 대한 희망이 이들의 마음을 사로잡았던 것으로 보인다. 이 점은 문학사를 넘어 정치사에서도 주목할 지점이라고 생각되는바 향후 학계의 집중적인 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다. Kim Sang Hyun is an important writer of Seoul literary circles in the mid-19th century, but unfortunately, his collection of literary works is not available today. However, the books of poetry he wrote when he was young, “Kyung Dae Si Ryak(經臺詩略)” and “Kyung Dae Si Jon(經臺詩存)” remain. Therefore, in this paper, I analyzed the poems he wrote while interacting with people, based on Kyung Dae Si Ryak and Kyung Dae Si Jon, which are the only materials that can examine the literary world of Kim Sang Hyun. Kim Sang Hyun’s social interaction in his youth can be divided into three categories: “interaction with Jeong Yak Yong’s family”, “interaction with senior writers such as Hong Seok Ju”, and “interaction with fellow writers such as Yoon Jong Eui and Park Kyu Soo”. In the chapter on “interaction with Jeong Yak Yong’s family”, I revealed how Kim Sang Hyun was able to be taught by Jeong Yak Yong of other factions. In addition, Kim Sang Hyun’s poems about Jeong Yak Yong’s family were examined to understand what the appearances of Jeong Yak Yong and Jeong Hak Yeon were reflected in the eyes of Kim Sang Hyun at that time. The contents in this chapter can be used for future study on literature of Dasan Academy. In the chapter on “interaction with senior writers”, it was possible to see how “Sino-Korean literature in Bukchon” was changing from the first half of 19th century to the mid-19th century. Kim Sang Hyun respected the studies and literature of his seniors such as Kim Mae Soon, Lee Jeong Ri, and Hong Seok Ju. Hence, the seniors encouraged and guided him. In the chapter on “interaction with fellow writers”, it was confirmed that Kim Sang Hyun had active interaction with many fellow writers around 1840, while he had mainly interacted with the Jeong Yak Yong family and senior writers before. This fellowship seems to come from the strong comradeship between young writers and their hope for the future. However, this atmosphere rapidly disappeared after the death of Heonjong of Joseon. This point should be noted not only in the history of literature, but also in the history of politics, and intensive research will be necessary for the future.

        백서의 우울모형에서의 칼슘통로 길항제 에타베린(Ethaverine)의 항우울효과

        연구목적: 본 전임상연구에서는 우울증의 두가지 동물모형을 통해 에타베린이 단독 혹은 이미프라민과 병용처치 되었을 때의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 표준화된 검사법인 강제수영검사를 사용하여 옹성백서에게 에타베린(20mg/kg) 및 이미프라민 (20mg/kg)을 단독 혹은 병용 처치하였을 때의 부동시간의 변화를 관찰하였고, 경도의 만성 스트레스를 3주간 가한 후 4주간 에타베린과 이미프라민을 단독 혹은 병용 처치하였을때의 자당섭취량의 변화를 관찰하였다. 결과: 약물을 1회 단기처치 및 7일간 장기처치한 강제수영검사에서 이미프라민 및 에타베린 단독처치는 대조군에 비하여 부동시간의 단축을 보였고 에타베린은 이미프라민의 부동시간 감소에 대한 증강작용을보였다. 경도의 만성스트레스 실험에서도 3주간의 스트레스로 인하여 감소된 백서의 자당섭취량을 이미 프라민 및 에타베린이 회복시켰으며, 치료초기에 두 약물의 병용처치효과가 두드러졌다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 에타베린이 향우울 효과를 가지고 있음을 시사하며, 삼환계 항우울제인 이미프라민의 항우울효과를 증강시키므로 에타베린의 임상적 활용 가능성을 보여준다. Objectives: This pre-clinical study was performed to assess the effects of ethaverine in the two kinds of behavioral models of depression in rats. Methods: We observed the changes of the immobility time in the froced swimming test and the quantity of sucrose consumed in the chronic mild stress model, using ethaverine(20mg/kg) alone, imipramine(20mg/kg) alone, or ethaverine and imipramine concomitantly. Results: In the forced swimming test, both single treatment and chronic treatment(for 7days) with imipramine or ethaverine significantly reduced the immobility time, and concomitant chronic treatment with ethaverine potentiated the effect of imipramine. In the chronic mild stress model, both imipramine and ethaverine reversed the decreased sucrose consumption induced by 3-week stress and concomitantly treated ethaverine potentiated the effect of imi-pramine in the early phase of treatment. Conclusions: The data suggest that ethaverine can be used alone or concomitantly with other antidepressants in the clinical situation.

        Effects of Extrusion Conditions on Pasting Properties of Potato and Potato : Wheat Flour Mixture

        The purpose of this study was to develop extrusion process of fresh potato and to study the effects of extrusion condition on the pasting properties of extruded potato products. The blend of pressed potato and wheat flour and pressed potatoes were extruded at different die exit temperatures (110-160℃) and screw speed of 100 rpm using a twin-screw extruder with conveying, high and low shear screw configuration. The viscosity-related parameters, such as peak viscosity, through, final viscosity, peak time, and pasting temperature of the feed materials and extruded products, were studied using a rapid visco analyzer (RVA). Their water solubility index (WSI) and water absorption index (WAI) were also studied. The peak viscosity, through, final viscosity, and peak time of pressed potato extrudates and potato-wheat flour mixture extrudates decreased as die exit temperature increased. The WSI and WAI of potato products increased as die exit temperature increased. When high shear screw configuration was used, the values of viscosity-related parameters were lower than those when low shear screw configuration was used. The potato-wheat flour mixture products obtained different degrees of depolymerization from fresh potatoes and wheat flour depending on die exit temperature and screw configuration.

        The authors observed the ultrastructures of the keratinocytes in the epidermis of dorsal skin of the four species in the Korean amphibia: Bombina orientalis; Kaloula borealis, Rana nigromaculata and Rana rugosa. The results were as follows: 1. Amphibian epidermis consisted of 5 or 6 layers of keratinocytes and were divided into four strata: stratum germinativum (1 cell layer), stratum spinosum (1 or 2 cell layers), stratum granulosum (1 or 2 cell layers) and stratum corneum (1 or 2 cell layers) 2. Many microfilaments and secretory mucous granules developed" during cornification of the keratinocytes in the amphibian epidermis without keratohyalin granules developing in the mammalian epidermis. 3. The keratinocytes of the amphibian epidermis were mostly connected with desmosomes. Hemidesmosomes were found between the basal lamina and the basal face of the stratum germinativum and composite desmosomes between the upper face of the stratum granulosum and the basal face of the stratum corneum. The, surface keratinized cells were connected with zonula occludens in the upper portion and with modified desmosomal elements in the lower portion, 4. The keratinocytes of the amphibian epidermis were different in ultrastructure at each stratum. a. In the stratum germinativum, the keratinocytes were columnar or cuboidal in form. Many mitochondria, microfilaments and ribosomes were found in the cytoplasm. b. In the stratum spinosum, the keratinocytes were cuboidal or polygonal in form, Many microfilaments and ribosomes were found and a few granular and agranular endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi complex developed in the cytoplasm. c. In the stratum granulosum, the keratinocytes were squamous in form and the intercellular spaces well developed. Many microfilaments, ribosomes, secretory mucous granules and pigment granules were found in the cytoplasm. d. In the stratum corneum, the keratinocytes were squamous in form and were filled with microfilaments. A few vacuoles and remnants of cell organelles were seen in the cytoplasm.

Therefore the clock tower was designed a sphere form by stainless steel with a glossy surface and to has a clock per four orientation.

      • 턴디슈용 SiC 코팅材의 특성에 관한 硏究

        턴디쉬 내장용으로 사용할 내화재료의 여러 가지 특성들을 시험하였다. 납석 70%, 점토 10% 그리고 탄화규소 20%을 혼합하여 18 가지의 조성을 가지는 시험편을 제조하였다. 탄화규소는 각각 순도 85%와 65%인 유럽산, 일본산, 중국산을 택하여 최종 제품에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 여러 가지 시험의 결과 10% 탄화규소를 포함한 시험편의 경우 점토질 내화벽돌 보다 수명이 2배 정도 향상되었으며 차지당 용손 두께도 1.5∼1.7㎜/ch였다. Various properties of refractory materials for the tundish lining were examined. The refractory samples with 18 different composition were prepared by mixing powders of 70 wt.% pyrophyllite. 10 wt.% clay and 20 wt.% Sic. SiC was selected from three sources, European. Japanese and Chinese-made, having 85% and 65% purities, to examine their effects on the final properties. As a results of several testings. the sample with 10% SiC(European1 was best suitable for tundish lining as a refractory coating materials. The wear depth was 1.2-1.5 mm per charge at the wall and 1.7 mm per charge a t the slag line, having shown that this service life was about 2 times longer than the ordinary lining made of clay firebricks(SiO₂-Al₂O₃).
