        김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

        표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

        사후분해 시체에 대한 법의학적 접근

        Disposal of a homicide victim by dismemberment is rare, but individual cases are on record in most major medicolegal departments. Recognition of postmortem mutilation may be of importance in the interpretation of certain murders committed by sexual perverts and other mentally deranged individuals and sometimes performed for the sole reason of easier disposal of the body. Postmortem dismemberment is usually readily recognizable as such; The edges of the injuries are dry and lack evidence of bleeding. The joints may be disarticulated without fracture, or the use of an axe or saw may be evident from examination of bones. Parallel horizontal or oblique furrows in the bone surface are caused by skipping of the saw prior to establishing depth. Such patterns on the bone may assist in identifying the particular saw involved. So we report 25 dismembered corpses that autopsied in National Institute of Scientific Investigation. This paper can help in attempting to establish not only the first criminal investigation steps but also the medicolegal approach methods in unidentified and dismembered deaths.

        The purpose of this paper is to select 7 male athletes and female athletes of high school, and to compare their active potential differences of upper arm muscles according to characteristic of a racket. the results obtained are as follows: 1. In the accumulative distribution rate of racket string tension, 65Ibs is higher in all muscle active potentials except male flexor carpi radialis muscle than 55Ibs or 60Ibs, and this result shows that 65Ibs gives lower efficiency to athletes. 2. In the muscle load rate of racket string tension, 55Ibs shows the lowest active muscle potential and is thought to be better in its efficiency, but 66Ibs shows a little high active potential and is thought not to be good in its efficiency.

        The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of the exercise of flextion and extention on the improvement of physical constitution. The authors examined the physical condition of the following athletes registered on the Korean amateur sports association. Flextion exercise athletes. Velleyball (69 men, 77 women). Basketball (58 men, 56 women): Table tennis (60 men. 69 women): Baseball (107 men): Soccer (113 men): Handball (41 men): Rugby Football (68 men): Hockey (40 men): Tennis (18 men). Athletics (70 men); Tae Kwon Do (220 men) Extension exercise athletes Wrestling (16 men): Judo (72 men). Ssi reum (S5 men). The results were as follows. 1. The body weight ratio of flection athletes (42.7 % ) was higher than that of extention athletes (38.0%) 2. The nutrition rate of flection athletes (915.7%) was higher than that of extention athletes (828.1%). 3. The Kaup's index of flection athletes (2.48%) was higher than that of extention athletes (2.16%) Between the body weight and broca's standard weight, the extention athletes group showed greater differences than those of the flection athletes group

      • 컴퓨터비젼을 이용한 알루미늄 캔재 이어링률 자동 측정 시스템 개발

        The main purpose of this paper is the development of the system which measures the earing rate of aluminum CAN with the CCD camera. In order to optimize imput image, the image object was segregated and the position of the image grasped. In the pre-processing the edges were detected by the Robert mask after improving the definition of image by the histogram equalization. The height of four each ear and angles which occur due to the characteristics of the aluminum CAN are measured manually with the digital vernier calipers in the industrial ground and in the case of the velocity, these require 30 seconds at least by three times measurement per height of one direction of the aluminum. But it took 0.02 seconds when this system was applied. Therefore this system is proven the satisfactory efficiency and reliability as compared to the control result of in industrial ground.

        Due to multidisciplinary characteristic of the architectural field, it has developed into complex interdisciplinary field. Therefore architecture field has grown and established its major trends dependent upon other related field of study. With this perspective in mind, esthetics on architecture has to be treated in similar manner. In contemporary architecture, some architecture and architects have defined the terminology "Minimalism" or "Minimalist" without any theoretical principle where by unable to distinguish between "simple" and "minimal", Presently, the term "minimal" became a trend word. In order to confront misconception of the idea of minimalism, some people defend the lack of definition as reflection of this complex society. However others feel that it is still necessary to suggest tangible criteria on the topic of minimalism. In this paper, it will establish a solid groundwork for a discussion on minimalism in architecture. The initial approach will deal with esthetics, which is the center of argument. By reviewing theoretical background of the related modern art, the paper discusses about the relationship between minimalism and esthetics. Subsequently, the discussion about the criterions necessary to define minimalism is provided. This paper only suggests a methodology of analyzing a trend in architecture. The condition to define minimalism in architecture, which is a result of the reviewing process on esthetics, can be concluded as "self-definition" and "transferring to the original experience type" of the architecture.

      • 1-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyrene-6-sulfonyl chloride를 형광유도체화체로 이용한 Norepinephrine의 HPLC 분석에 관한 연구

        Abstract-A rapid and high sensitive HPLC method for the determination of norepinehrine is described. 1-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyrene-6-sulfonyl chloride (DAPS-Cl) was used as a pre-column fluorescent derivtizing reagent for HPLC determination of norepinephrine. The optimal conditions for the derivatization of norepinephrine with DAPS-Cl such as reaction temperature, reaction time, and the amount of DAPS-Cl were described. The structure of derivative was confirmed from ^1H-NMR spectra. The DAPS-NE derivative was separated on a reverse phase column(ODS-1) using the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.05 M phosphate buffer (pH 4.5) as the mobile phase and monitored by fluorescence detector. Linearity of calibration curve was obtained and the ddetection limits in a 10㎕ injection volume was 200 fmol.

      • 알루미늄 연속주조 용탕의 탈 가스 일체화 장치 개발

        It is necessary for managing a perfect process for degasing aluminum molten metal according to the increase of a grade of aluminum and its alloy products. There are some methods that have been used to manage a degasing process in recent years, such as an injection method that uses aluminum molten metal powder and chemicals supplier and input method that supplies argon and nitrogen, or chlorine gas by using a gas blow-tube. However, these methods show some problems, and it shows that it is a difficult process to handle, pollution due to the producing a lot of toxic gases like chlorine and fluoride gas, irregular effects, and lowering work efficiency due to the excessive processing time. The problems that are the most fatal are the producing a lot of sludge due to the reaction of aluminum molten metal with chemicals, loss of metals, and decreasing the life of refractory materials. In order to solve these problems, this paper develops a technology that is related to aluminum continuous casting molten metal and monolithic degasing apparatus. A degasing apparatus developed in this study improved the existing methods and prevented environmental pollution with smokeless, odorless, and harmlessness by using a new method that applies argon and nitrogen gas in which the methods used in the West and Japan are eliminated. The developed method can significantly reduce product faults that are caused by the production of gas and oxidation because it uses a preprocessed molten metal with chemicals. In addition, the amount of the produced sludge can also be reduced by 60~80% maximum compared with the existing methods. Then, it makes it possible to minimize the loss of metals. Moreover, the molten metal processing and settling time is also shortened by comparing it with the existing methods that are applied by using chemicals. In addition, it does much to improve the workers' health, safety and environment because there is no pollution. The improvement of productivity and prevention effects of disaster from the results of the development can be summarized as follows. It will contribute to the process rationalization because it does not have any unnecessary processes that the molten metal will be moved to an agitator by using a ladle and returned to process for degasing like the existing process due to the monolithic configuration. There are no floating impurities due to the oxidation caused by the contact with the air as same as the existing process. In addition, it can protect the blending of precipitation impurities. Because it has a monolithic configuration, it can avoid the use of additional energy to compensate the temperature decreasing about 60? that is caused by the moving of molten metal. It is not necessary to invest an extra facilities in order to discharge the gas generated from a degasing process by using an agitator. The working environment can be improved by the hospitable air in the factory because the molten metal is almost not exposed in the interior of the area.

If architectural space is indeed the language of design, it can be understood form semantic Level, furthermore, a dubious relationship between two poles can be articulated by the use of design semantics.

      • 파노라마 사진을 위한 가중치 적용 정합 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 파노라마 사진을 얻기 위해 연속 촬영된 영상으로부터 이 영상들을 정합하기 위한 가중치 적용 정합 알고리즘을 제시한다. 우선 각 영상의 이동운동요소를 고려하여 영상의 중심에서부터 같은 거리에 있는 부분영역을 비교하고 정렬위치를 찾는다. 정렬위치로부터 정합될 부분 영상에 2차원 DDW(Dimension Dynamic Warping)알고리즘을 적용시켜 최적화된 대응 화소를 찾는다. 입력 화소와 대응 화소의 자연스러운 정합을 위하여 두 화소의 벡터길이에 비례한 가중치를 찾고 대응 화소에 가중치를 부여하여 대응 화소를 이동시키고 색상을 만들었다. In this paper, propose an efficient algorithm for stitching panoramic image mosaics. Above all consider camera panning motion, search alignment location by compared strip sphere only located at an equal distance from the image center. It need to search matching pixel appling 2DDW(Dimension Dynamic Warping) algorithm to matching part image by alignment location. For optimal matching between input pixel and matching pixel calculate weight in proportion to location then adjust brightness and location by the weigh.
