        초등학교 남학생의 체지방률에 따른 렙틴, 인슐린 및 혈청지질에 관한 연구

        남자 비만 초등학생들을 대상으로 체지방률에 따른 경도비만(%fat 20∼24.9%), 중도비만(25∼29.9%), 고도비만 (30%이상)으로 분류하여 인슐린, leptin 및 혈청지질을 분석·평가하였다. 인슐린은 고도비만 초등학생들이 다른 집단에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, leptin은 경도비만 초등학생들에 비해 중도비만 초등학생들과 고도비만 초등학생들이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. T-C는 경도비만 초등학생들에 비해 고도비만 초등학생들이 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, 체지방률이 높을수록 HDL-C가 높아지는 경향이 있으나 유의한 차이는 없었다. TG는 고도비만 집단이 다른 집단에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났다. LDL-C는 체지방률이 높아질수록 조금씩 증가하는 경향이 나타났으나 유의한 차이는 없었다. 이상의 결과에서 비만 초등학생들 중에서도 체지방률에 따라서 인슐린, leptin, T-C 및 TG에서 유의한 차이가 나타나 비만을 관리 하는데 있어서 체계적이고, 세분화된 프로그램의 개발이 시급한 실정이다. In this study, the researcher classified primary school boys with obesity into light(% fat : 20∼24.9%), moderate(25∼29.9%) and heavy(30% or more) obese group and then analyzed and evaluated their own levels of insulin, leptin and lipids in blood. The level of insulin was significantly high in primary school students with heavy obese rather than in the other two groups. While that of leptin, significantly high in those children with moderate and heavy obese rather than in the other group of light obese. The level of T-C was significantly high in primary school students with light obese rather than in those students with heavy obese. HDL-C tended to increase as %fat went up, but there was no significant difference. The level of TG was significantly high in the group of heavy obese compared to the other groups. LDL-C tended to increase gradually as %fat became high. Thus, depending on %fat, primary school students with obesity were significantly different with each other in insulin, leptin T-C and TG levels. This suggests the urgent necessity of developing systematic and separate programs to treat such obese children.

        테니스 양손 백핸드 드라이브 스트로크 시 볼 방향성에 따른 수평회전운동 비교분석

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to compare the kinematic data of the horizontal rotation movements of shoulder, hip, knee during two-handed backhand drive stroke according to two different ball directions. Methods : The kinematic variables were analyzed such as the joint angles of the lower body, horizontal rotation angles of the shoulder, hip, inter-knee segment, body twist angle and difference in angle of forward swing. Two-handed backhand drive stroke was analyzed through a three-dimensional motion analysis. The collected data were analyzed by a paired t-test, and the statistical significant value was set at α=.05. Results : The findings of this study were as follows; First, there was no difference in the total angles of lower limb joints from the forward swing position to impact posterior. Second, there was no difference in the horizontal rotation angles of E1 shoulder, hip, and E2 shoulder but the horizontal rotation angles of E1 knee, E2 hip, knee, E3, and E4 shoulder, hip, and knee were different in all events. Third, there was no difference in the body twist angle of the maximum horizontal rotation. In addition, there was no difference in the angle of the body twist by the ball direction in the shoulder-hip, the hip-knee and the shoulder-knee. Conclusion : Horizontal rotation angle determines ball directions.

      • CRAWL STROKE의 生體力學에 關한 理論的 分析

        The result of being analyzed the biomechanical factors as to Crawl Stroke can be summarized at follows: 1) Force of gravity and force of buoyancy act upon an object in water at the same time. And the interrelation of the power between these forces decide whether this object keeps afloat or sink on the water. 2) The resistive force acting upon Crawl Stroke can be classified into surface drag, form drag, and wave drag. It is needed how these drags should be lowered. 3) The propulsive force of Crawl Stroke is chiefly formed in the arm. So the propulsive force is made by drag component and lift component when the arm is moved backward. 4) The arm motion of Crawl Stroke is classified into entry, support, catch, pull, push, release and recovery. 5) The leg motion of Crawl Stroke is similar to the fin motion of fish. The propulsive force in beating upward stronger than in beating downward. 6) An effective breathing must be done with keeping a basic posture in order to meet with less resistance. 7) Much stronger propulsive force can be made if the arm motion, the leg motion, and breathing method combined well one another.

      • 大學生의 서울 올림픽대회에 관한 意識과 態度調査 : 大會結果를 中心으로

        Dividing the results of hosting the Seoul Olympic Games into main hosting site(Seoul), partial hosting site(Pusan), and non-hosting site(Jin-ju), administering the inquiry in the subject of 310 persons in S.N.U, 323 in P.N.U, and 314 in G.N.U. and contrasting and analyzing we obtained the results as follows. 1. In the cognitive aspect, it is shown that P.N.U. and G.N.U students have more positive view of the results of the Seoul Olympic Games and its effect of general society that S.N.U. students. 2. The average marks in the effect to the politics, diplomacy and humanities of the Seoul Olympic Games are shown in the order of G.N.U, P.N.U and S.N.U. And the levels of significance of areas are shown 0.05% in “domestic stability", and 0.01% in “South-North Korea talks and detente”and “internal antional status of Korea”. 3. The effect of the economy trade and industry is estimated positively in the order of G.N.U., P.N.U., and S.N.U. And in the variance analysis of area, it is shown that is significant difference on the 0.01% level in item 2 and on 0.05% level in item 1. 4. In the analyzing culture and art fields, all the students of there areas estimate positively and the significant difference of areas is obtained on the 0.01% on the level. 5. The response to the physical education and sports is most positive of these five fields and significant difference of areas is obtained on the 0.01% level.

      • 임팩트시 테니스 라켓 재질의 차이에 따른 근전도 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to select 7 male athletes and female athletes of high school, and to compare their active potential differences of upper arm muscles according to characteristic of a racket. the results obtained are as follows: 1. According to the accumulative distribution rate of racket material, graphite and wood material show better efficiency in case of brachio radialis muscle of male athletes, but the racket material shows no constant efficiency in brachii radialis muscle of female athletes. In case of flexor carpi radialis muscle, wood material provides better efficiency only for male athletes. In case of triceps brachii muscle, wood material gives better efficiency to males athletes and steel material gives better efficiency to females athletes. Especially in case of biceps brachii muscle, neither male nor female athletes are influenced by racket materials at impact. 2. In the muscle load rate according to racket material, wood has the highest muscle active potential and graphite has the lowest active potential. Therefore, graphite is thoght to be better in the efficiency of muscle load rate.

        테니스 양손 백핸드 스트로크 시 스웡타입에 따른 라켓헤드속도와 라켓 면각도 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference between swing types during a open stance and to enhance performance and skill. Six male university players were the subjects, and the mean difference between the kinematic variables such as the velocity of racket head, X, Y, Z components velocity of racket head, angle of racket face in a two-handed backhand stroke through a three-dimensional motion analysis. The test data was analyzed by a paired t-test, and the alpha level of α = .05 was set for all tests of significance. The findings of the study were as follows; First, there was difference in the velocity of racket head to E2, E3, E4 event of the two swing types during the open stance. Second, there was difference in the drive swing to x components velocity and the top spin swing to z components velocity between the two swings types during the open stance. Third, there was no difference in the angle of racket face of the two swing types during the open stance.
