부산지역 매출액 상위기업의 위상과 변천사

본 연구는 부산지역의 주요기업 변화를 살펴보기 위해 매출액 기준 전국 상위 1,000대 기업에 속하는 부산기업을 조사하여 비교분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 2005년에 전국 1,000대 기업 중 46개 기업이 부산에 소재하였는데, 2019년에는 12 개가 줄어든 34개 기업만이 전국 1,000대 기업에 포함되었다. 또한, 전국 상위 1,000대 기업의 매출액 기준으로 부산지역 기업의 매출액 비중은 2005년 1.6%에서 2019년 1.4%로 줄어든 것으 로 나타났다. 이는 수도권 집중현상이 점차 강화되고 있기 때문이다. 한편, 부산지역 매출액 기준 상위 10대 기업은 많은 변화가 있었는데, 2005년 상위 10대 기업 중 2019년에도 상위 10대 기 업에 포함된 기업은 ㈜한진중공업, 르노삼성자동차(주), ㈜부산은행, ㈜서원유통 등 4개뿐인 것 으로 나타났다. 통계적 인과 관계는 확정할 수 없으나 지역 대기업의 쇠퇴 및 유출과 지역의 쇠퇴가 동시에 이루어지고 있어 지역 경제의 침체와 대기업의 쇠퇴 및 유출이 상당한 관계가 있음을 유추해 볼 수 있다. 특히 2011년 이후 지역 주력 제조업 기업들이 1000대 기업 진입에 실패하였다는 점을 주목해 볼 필요가 있다. 지역 제조업 대기업의 이탈 또는 쇠퇴는 지역 생산성 하락에 영향을 미 쳤을 가능성이 높고, 낮아진 지역 산업 생산성이 지역 경제성장률 둔화에도 영향을 미칠 가능성 이 있다. 따라서 지역의 경제활력 저하 문제를 제고하기 위해서는 지역 산업구조 개편 문제와 생 산성 향상 방안에 대한 고민이 필요하다.

Silencing of long noncoding RNA HOXA11-AS inhibits the Wnt signaling pathway via the upregulation of HOXA11 and thereby inhibits the proliferation, invasion, and self-renewal of hepatocellular carcinoma stem cells

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a major cause of cancer-related deaths, but its molecular mechanisms are not yet well characterized. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play crucial roles in tumorigenesis, including that of HCC. However, the role of homeobox A11 antisense (HOXA11-AS) in determining HCC stem cell characteristics remains to be explained; hence, this study aimed to investigate the effects of HOXA11-AS on HCC stem cell characteristics. Initially, the expression patterns of HOXA11-AS and HOXA11 in HCC tissues, cells, and stem cells were determined. HCC stem cells, successfully sorted from Hep3B and Huh7 cells, were transfected with short hairpin or overexpression plasmids for HOXA11-AS or HOXA11 overexpression and depletion, with an aim to study the influences of these mediators on the self-renewal, proliferation, migration, and tumorigenicity of HCC stem cells in vivo. Additionally, the potential relationship and the regulatory mechanisms that link HOXA11-AS, HOXA11, and the Wnt signaling pathway were explored through treatment with Dickkopf-1 (a Wnt signaling pathway inhibitor). HCC stem cells showed high expression of HOXA11-AS and low expression of HOXA11. Both HOXA11-AS silencing and HOXA11 overexpression suppressed the self-renewal, proliferation, migration, and tumorigenicity of HCC stem cells in vivo, as evidenced by the decreased expression of cancer stem cell surface markers (CD133 and CD44) and stemness-related transcription factors (Nanog, Sox2, and Oct4). Moreover, silencing HOXA11-AS inactivated the Wnt signaling pathway by decreasing the methylation level of the HOXA11 promoter, thereby inhibiting HCC stem cell characteristics. Collectively, this study suggested that HOXA11-AS silencing exerts an antitumor effect, suppressing HCC development via Wnt signaling pathway inactivation by decreasing the methylation level of the HOXA11 promoter.

서비스품질과 브랜드이미지 및 행동의도 관계 연구: 특급호텔 뷔페레스토랑을 중심으로

본 연구는 호텔산업 발전을 위하여 뷔페레스토랑의 역할과 긍정적인 호텔 브랜드이미지형성에 대하여 연구하고, 호텔 뷔페레스토랑의 성장을 통한 긍정적인 호텔 브랜드이미지 형성과 고객유치 확대 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 호텔 뷔페레스토랑 서비스품질을 3차원 서비스품질 모델을 채택하고 이에 대한 지각과 호텔 브랜드이미지, 행동의도 간의 인과관계를 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위한 설문조사는 2015년 1월20일부터 2월20일 까지 서울시내에 위치한 특급호텔의 뷔페레스토랑을 이용하는 내국인 고객을 대상으로 400부의 설문지를 배포하였으며 이가운데 유효한 설문지 352부가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과를 종합해 보면 첫째, 본 연구에서 채택한 3차원 서비스품질인 상호작용품질, 결과품질, 물리적 환경품질 가운데 상호작용품질은 브랜드이미지의 매력적인 이미지에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났고 결과품질은 독특한 이미지를 제외한 브랜드이미지 구성요인에 모두 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 물리적 환경품질은 심미적 환경과 기능적 환경으로 구분되었는데, 이 가운데 기능적 환경은 모든 브랜드이미지 요인에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타난 반면에 심미적 환경은 가치있는 이미지와 매력적인 이미지에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스품질과 브랜드이미지의 모든 구성요인은 고객의 긍정적인 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에서 나타났듯이 호텔의 브랜드이미지는 호텔 뷔페레스토랑 서비스품질에 의해 형성되어 질수 있으며 긍정적인 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 변수이다. 따라서 호텔 관광자의 긍정적인 구전과 재방문을 위하여 브랜드이미지에 영향을 미치는 호텔 뷔페레스토랑의 서비스품질에 대하여 더욱 집중적인 경영관리를 해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of Hotel buffet restaurant as an alternative for the development of the Hotel industry and for the formation of a positive brand image of the Hotel. It also suggests some ways to attract customers and form a positive brand image of Hotel through the growth of Hotel buffet restaurant. For the purpose of the study, this study adopted the three dimensional model of service quality for take the measure of hotel buffet restaurant service quality, and then analyzed the effect of perceived service quality of Hotel buffet restaurant on Hotel brand image and behavioral intention. The empirical survey was conducted between January 20 and February 20, 2015 on 400 Hotel buffet restaurant customers at five-star Hotels in Seoul city. The subjects were domestic tourists, and 352 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The consequences of this research is presented as follows : First, the perceived interaction quality has effect on attractive image and outcome quality has effect on all the component of brand image except unique image. Meanwhile, physical environment quality was divided into functional environment and esthetic environment. Functional environment has effect on all of the brand image. On the other hand, esthetic environment has only effect on worthful Image and attractive Image. Second, all the component of service quality and brand image has effect on behavioral intention. The research shows that the service quality of hotel buffet restaurant has effect on hotel brand image and positive behavioral intention. Therefore, efforts should be focused on the improvement of the service quality of hotel buffet restaurant.

특급호텔 중식당의 메뉴개발방안에 관한 硏究

This study is to describe the issues on menu development and substitution of possibility by collecting menus from chinese restaurants of deluxe hotels First, the motives and purpose of the study present its related issues and range. Second, it shows theoretically the chinese concept of the menu, feature of the menu development, characteristic and importance of the menu. Also historical base, variation and uniqueness of the menu, cooking method and ingredients, herbs and seasonings and the preceding studies are considered. Third, it brings out the issues on hotels chinese restaurants' problems and the present condition. General studies are done by counting total number of chinese restaurants in all regions, in Seoul However, total numbers of chinese restaurant are not accurate, Solving the problems on chinese restaurants menu are studied by examining the dishes that are on sale, It is regretful that only the main menu, excluding the set menus and special menus, is only considered. Fourth, it is examined on the chinese restaurant menu development. This development will apply to all chinese restaurants. The proposed fundamentals of the development and the model show the direction of development. From the research, hotel chinese restaurants develop theirs menu in rule of thumb and the developed menus are hoard, and systematic development of the menu is stressed. Fifth, it summarizes overall study and proposes its future study. This study points out that Chinese Restaurants' menu 1. has too much variation of menu selection 2. price is too high, a lacks the popularization 3. are not modified with the trend 4. has less changes and many other problems. Concludes the study by presenting the counter plan.

Molecular Cloning and Characterization of Type 2 Metallothionein cDNA from Codonopsis lanceolata (S. et Z.) Trautv

A class I type 2 metallothionein (CMet2) cDNA from taproot of Codonopsis lanceolata was isolated and characterized. A CMet2 cDNA was 572 nucleotides long and had an open reading frame of 234 bp with a deduced amino acid sequence of 78 residues (pI = 4.99). The deduced amino acid sequence of CMet2 matched to the previously reported type 2 metallothionein-like protein genes and showed 74% identity with that of G. max (BAD18377) and C. arietinum (CAA65009). Expression of CMet2 by the RT-PCR was increased at 1 hr after cadmium and hydrogen peroxide treatment, respectively.

Thermal decomposition kinetics of 5-fluorouracil from thermogravimetric analysis

The thermal decomposition kinetics of 5-fluorouracil was studied by thermogravimetric analysis methodology. The decomposition activation energy was calculated by using Ozawa method by means of TGA in nitrogen atmosphere. Moreover, the decomposition mechanism and pre-factor were obtained by Coats-Redfern and Achar methods, respectively. It is found that the decomposition activation energy of fluorouracil is 105 kJ·mol−1. The decomposition mechanisms obtained by Coats-Redfern and Achar methods are G( α)=[−ln(1− α)]2/3 and f( α)=1.5(1− α)[−ln(1−α)]1/3 respectively, lnA is 21.40 min−1.

Combined Inferior Vena Cava Resection during Pancreatoduodenectomy

There is no consensus for the surgical indications, as well as the surgical technique, for the treatment of inferior vena cava (IVC) invasion by pancreas head cancer. The authors experienced a case of pancreas head cancer invading the anterior wall of the IVC. We performed en bloc excision of the anterior wall of the IVC combined with pancreatoduodenectomy in this case under the assumption that only a margin-negative surgical resection could offer a chance for cure. Technically, the sequence of dissection and addressing the IVC at the end of dissection are considered to be important to secure the operative field surrounding the IVC and to achieve a margin-negative resection. There has been no recurrence up to now, 8 months after the extensive radical operation.

<P>The transient parasitic bipolar effect in floating-body double-gate FinFETs with low-doped bodies is analytically modeled. The obtained analytical transient bipolar current and charge models have predictive power for various device structures. These models are applicable when the majority carrier concentration in accumulation conditions noticeably exceeds the body doping concentration. The physical insights obtained from the developed current model are used to analyze the transient bipolar current <TEX>$I_{\text {BJT}}(t)$</TEX> for different device structures. It is shown that the gate–body–source capacitive coupling is an important parameter in <TEX>$I_{\text {BJT}}(t)$</TEX> control.</P>

Gene Expression Profiles of HeLa Cells Impacted by Hepatitis C Virus Non-structural Protein NS4B

By a cDNA array representing 2308 signal transductionrelated genes, we studied the expression profiles of HeLa cells stably transfected by Hepatitis C virus nonstructural protein 4B (HCV-NS4B). The alterations of the expression of four genes were confirmed by real-time quantitative RT PCR; and the aldo-keto reductase family 1, member Cl (AKR1C1) enzyme activity was detected in HCV-NS4B transiently transfected HeLa cells and Huh-7, a human hepatoma cell line. Of the 2,308 genes we examined, 34 were up-regulated and 56 were down-regulated. These 90 genes involved oncogenes, tumor suppressors, cell receptors, complements, adhesions, transcription and translation, cytoskeletion and cellular stress. The expression profiling suggested that multiple regulatory pathways were affected by HCV-NS4B directly or indirectly. And since these genes are related to carcinogenesis, host defense system and cell homeostatic mechanism, we can conclude that HCV-NS4B could play some important roles in the pathogenesis mechanism of HCV.
