Objectives The aims of this study are to estimate the prevalence of the DSM-IV psychiatric disorders in the Korean population using the Korean version of Composite International Diagnostic Interview (K-CIDI), and to compare those with previous studies. Methods The Korean Epidemiologic Catchment Area study Replication (KECA-R) was Conducted between August 2006 and April 2007. The sampling of the subjects was carried out across 12 catchment areas. A multistage, cluster sampling design was adopted. The target Population included all eligible residents aged 181o 64 years. Face-to-face interviews were conducted with the Korean version of Composite International Diagnostic Interview (K-CIDI) based on the DSM-IV (N=6,510, response rate=81.7%). Results A total of 6,510 participants completed the interview. The lifetime and 12-month prevalence rates for all types of DSM-IV disorders were 30.0% and 17.3%, respectively. Those of Specific disorders were as follows : 1) alcohol use disorder, 16.2% and 5.6% ; 2) nicotine use disorder, 9.0% and 6.0% ; 3) specific phobia, 3.8% and 3.4% ; 4) major depressive disorder, 5.6% and 2.5% ; and 5) generalized anxiety disorder, 1.6% and 0.8%. Data relating to nicotine and alcohol use disorder revealed a very high male/female ratio. Mood disorder and anxiety disorder were more prevalent among females than males. Conclusion The prevalence of psychiatric disorders was high. In comparison with other studies, remarkable differences in the distribution of psychiatric disorders across the country and times were observed.

In this study, we made investigation into water permeation, solute separation, concentration and Na^(+), K^(+), Mg^(2+), Ca^(2+), Cl^(-), SO^(2)_(4)-, HCO^(-)_(3) ions separation of seawater by the revers osmosis process using a suitable semipermeable membrane. The different thickness of membranes were prepared. On heat treatment, temperature was 80℃ and thier effects were also investigated. The flat single module system was made to be capable of treating feed solution at 200-2000cc/min and 120 atm. The experimental results can be summerized as follows: 1) As the effective operating pressure increased, permeability of pure water proportionally increased. 2) As the exposure period of the manufactured membrane in air increased, permeation rate increased, but as the thickness of the membrane increased, permeation rate decreased. 3) The capacity for being reproductive of the manufactured membrane (CA: 30wt%, Formamide: 45wt%, Acetone: 25wt%) in their performance was less than 10-30% and agreed with that reported in the literature. 4) We could separated about 85-95% of salt ion in seawater using a flat single module system.

2002년 FAO와 WHO에 의하여 “적절한 양을 섭취했을 때 숙주(사람)의 건강에 이로운 작용을 하는 생균”으로 정의된 이래 프로바이오틱스는 연구적인 측면뿐 아니라 제품화를 통한 시장의 지속적인 성장을 거듭하여 기능성 식품의 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 최근에는 마이크로바이옴 연구에 힘입어 프로바이오틱스가 장 건강뿐 아니라 전신의 건강과 관련되어 다양한 역할이 밝혀지고 있으므로 더욱 다양한 형태 및 기능을 갖는 제품의 개발이 기대되고 있다. 아울러 국제적으로 경쟁력을 가지고 유통되기 위해서는 글로벌 기준에 맞는 품질관리를 통한 인증 등에 대한 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 프로바이오틱스의 새로운 정의, 프로바이오틱스의 국내외 관리기준, 효능의 균주 특이성, 마이크로바이옴과의 연관성, 시장 동향에 대하여 살펴보았다. Ever since the definition “live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host”and guidelines of probiotics by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the WHO were announced, the research and product development using probiotics has been hugely successful. As a result, probiotics products become an important part of the functional food market. Recently, thanks to rapidly growing microbiome research, more diverse roles and health benefits of probiotics are being elucidated. Based on those results, pharmabiotics using probiotics are anticipated. In addition, in order to be internationally competitive and distributed, efforts should be made for certification such as GRAS/NDI notification through quality control that meets global standards. In this paper, we reviewed several aspects of probiotics concerning recently amended definition of probiotics, the regulation of probiotics, the strain specificity of efficacy, the association with microbiome research, and the market trends.

The stability and control derivatives of DURUMI-Ⅱ UAV using the flight test are obtained. The flight test data is gathered from the normal flight condition (normal mode) and the flight condition assumed as the right elevator fixed (fault mode). Using real-time parameter estimation techniques, applied to Fourier transform regression method, simulates the aircraft motion. From the result, the fault of control surface is to be detected. In this paper, the results of the real-time parameter estimation techniques are compared with the results of the Advanced Aircraft Analysis (AAA). Using the aerodynamic derivatives, it provides the base line of normal/failure for the control surface by using the on-line parameter estimation of Fourier transform regression. In flight, this approach maybe helpful to detect and isolate the fault of primary control surface. It is explained how to perform the flight condition assumed as the right elevator fixed in the flight test. Also, it is mentioned how to switch between the normal flight condition and the assumed fault flight condition.
디일렉트로메트리법을 이용한 두꺼운 케블라/에폭시 프리프레그의 경화거동 연구

경화중 이중극자의 배향 및 이온이동도와 수지의 점도와의 상관 관계를 이용하여 경화거동을 연구할 수 있는 마이크로 디일렉트로메트리법을 이용하여 두꺼운 케블라/에폭시 프리프래그의 경화거동을 연구하였다. 케블라/에폭시 프리프레그 150층을 적충한 프리폼에 센서를 잠입시킨 후 경화주기에 준하여 승온시키면서 이들의 이온점도 거동을 관찰하였는데, 입력주파수에 따라 약간의 차이는 있으나 91~105 ℃의 범위에서 최소점도값을 보였다. 또한 약 100 ℃에서 최대 전도도값을 보여주었다. 두꺼운 케블라/에폭시 프리프레그의 경화거동은 얇은 케블라/에폭시 프리프레그의 그것과 유사하였다. 특히 본 두꺼운 케블라/에폭시 프리프레그의 경우에는 내부에서 설정한 경화온도보다 훨씬 높은 온도를 보이는 overshoot현상은 보이지 않았다. The studies on the curing behaviors of thick Kevlar/epoxy prepreg were performed by microdielectormetry method, which uses the correlation of the orientation of dipole and the ion mobility with the viscosity of resins during cure. The lowest ionic viscosities of 150 plies Kevla/Epoxy prepregs according to the curing cycle were observed in the range of 91-105℃, depending on the input frequencies. The maximum conductivity was also observed at about 100℃. The curing behaviors of thick Kevaler/epoxy prepreg was found to be similar with that of the same thin prepreg. The overshoot phenomenon was not observed in the present thick Kevlar/epoxy prepreg.
