        특급호텔 Executive Floor 의 운영합리화 방안에 관한 연구

        It is a very important time to develop a new Scientific and effective management for today's Hotel internationalized and opened to the world. For guest in Hotel who can be satisfied with treatment from Hotel service and for betel which can make maximum p개fit and revenue from developing a new management method for guest and very important thing. In Room Divison, high-quality and high-grade service to guests that could be a good service which can make, competition strongly among the hotels. Especially the image of Executive Floor & Lounge is the most important outlet to build up hotel image to the guest for the first time. Since these reasons, I think we need more attractive and elegance service for Executive Floor. Therefore, to be a top among many hotels, we need endless endeavor and suggestion to improve service skill and perfect operation using hotel own image. The object of this study is the approach the future demand of korea tourist hotel and to suggest a new improvement operation to Executive Floor to cope with the changable situation market in the future. In this study, I sampled three first-class hotels ; I Hotel, GH Hotel and H Hotel which are international chain hotels. The analysis used of methods are refered to literature and actual records. In result of these two methods, the problems of room service in these three tourist hotels are Executive Floor operation and service skill. I would like to suggest my improvement opinion concerning about above problems for room service on Chapter 4. Also we enforce lots of investment to manage above problems for, guest and develop service skill for business man. And for business man, we need more facilities and employee ability to treat them in terms of softy. Another thing is we need a computerized system for mini bar and research a improvement to be more professional hotel.

        Gender Differences in Somatic Symptoms and Current Suicidal Risk in Outpatients with Major Depressive Disorder

        ObjectiveaaAlthough somatic symptoms are common complaints of patients with major depressive disorder (MDD), their associations with suicide are still unclear. MethodsaaA total of 811 MDD outpatients of aged between 18 to 64 years were enrolled nationwide in Korea with the suicidality module of the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI) and the Depression and Somatic Symptom Scale (DSSS). ResultsaaOn stepwise regression analysis, current suicidality scores were most strongly associated with chest pain in men, and neck or shoulder pain in women. Severe chest pain was associated with higher current suicidality scores in men than in women, whereas severe neck or shoulder pain showed no significant differences between the genders. In conclusion, MDD patients of both sexes with suicidal ideation showed significantly more frequent and severe somatic symptoms than those without. Current suicidal risk was associated with chest pain in men, and neck or shoulder pain in women. ConclusionaaWe suggest that clinicians pay attention to patients’ somatic symptoms in real world practice.

        Hospitality of Food & Beverage has been challenged with rapid growth of franchise and customer's wide variety of needs, desires and tastes in the millenium. To survive in this completive environment, reinventing ourselves to meet the demands of the customer and maximize the profit with quality service, unique atmosphere, clever promotion and of course, great food must be main sources of Food & Beverage marketing. This study suggests long-term vision how to promote consistent benefit and strengthen the ground of Food & Beverage market. To achieve overall growth at all levels of Hotel Revenue Food & Beverage market in Particular needs to strive to create a promoting system which can represent good value for the customers as well as managements through attactive marketing strategy. Accordingly, the following principles should be encouraged for sustainable development of Food & Beverage outlets. First, Responding to the diverse appetite of customers requires to create new concepts, define culinary trends. Especially, pioneering a new category of Banquet and Bars can absolutely qualify and differentiate the outlet. Second, Cost saving marketing strategy and wide range of cost on menu can increase the net sales through effective system functioning growth in sales. Third, The product and consumption is taken place at a time at Food & Beverage outlets, it tells us that immediate access to availability-that is Food & Beverage outlets-,capable of potential customer into visiting is significantly important. It can be accomplished by identifying new sites and designing new facilities. Fourth, Surveys on exceeding demands of customer can add up the revenue, so it need to gather information about customer's preference and trends and utilize it performing various marketing strategies. It should be followed up and evaluated the benefit and effects by it.

        골프연습장의 서비스 품질이 관계마케팅 및 소비자 구매행동에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 골프연습장 서비스 품질이 관계마케팅 및 소비자 구매행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 2013년 현재 대한민국 내 등록업체 중 서울, 경기지역에 위치한 골프연습장 이용고객 318명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법(Convenient sampling method)을 이용하여 표집 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis), 상관분석(correlation analysis), 회귀분석(regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프연습장 서비스품질과 관계마케팅의 하위요인인 신뢰의 회귀분석 결과 신뢰에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 몰입에서도 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프연습장 서비스품질과 구매행동의 하위요인인 구전의도의 회귀분석 결과 구전의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스품질과 재구매의도에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계마케팅과 구매행동의 하위요인인 구전의도의 회귀분석 결과 관계마케팅의 하위요인인 구전의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계마케팅의 하위요인인 재구매의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This research aims at examining the effects of the quality of service at golf driving ranges on relationship marketing and purchase behavior. The research subjects are the 318 customers of golf driving ranges in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province among the registered enterprises in 2011, and the data was collected through a convenient sampling method. The data was processed through a frequency analysis, an exploratory factor analysis, a correlation analysis and a regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. The research results based on the research methods and data analysis above are as the followings. First, the relationship between service quality and marketing of golf practice sub-factor regression analysis of trust Trust affects a statistically significant showed, statistically significant effect on commitment in pushing respectively. Second, a driving range of quality of service and buying behavior is a sub-factor regression analysis of word-of-mouth word-of-mouth is a statistically significant effect was found to be, service quality and repurchase intention statistically significant effect on respectively. Third, the relationship between marketing and purchasing behavior of word-of-mouth is a sub-factor regression analysis of the relationship of word-of-mouth marketing is a sub-factor of a statistically significant effect was found to be, the sub-factors of relationship marketing is to repurchase statistically significant influence.

        Prevalence, Correlates, and Comorbidity of 12-Month Tobacco Dependence among Ever-smokers in South Korea, During 1984-2001

        The rate of dependence among ever-users of a drug indicates the risk of developing dependence once an individual has been exposed to the drug. This is the first study to investigate 12-month tobacco dependence (TD) among ever-smokers in a community-based population. Analyses were based on two national studies of representative samples aged 18-64 in 1984 (n=5,025) and in 2001 (n=6,275), conducted with household visits and face-to-face interviews. The rates of 12-month TD among ever-smokers in men showed no significant difference between 51.6% in 1984 and 50.6% in 2001. On the contrary, the rates in women significantly increased from 33.3% in 1984 to 52.8% in 2001. After adjusting for the sociodemographic variables, ‘male gender’ was significantly associated with 12-month TD among eversmokers in 1984, but not in 2001. ‘Unmarried’ was significantly associated in 2001 but not in 1984. ‘Alcohol dependence’ was the only psychiatric disorder associated with 12-month TD in both study years. In conclusion, 12-month TD was found in about 50% of ever-smokers, and gender differences between the rates of 12-month TD which was observed in 1984 disappeared in 2001. Individuals with 12-month TD showed higher comorbidity with alcohol dependence than ever-smokers without TD.

        지역사회 거주 노인의 기억력에 대한 자기 인식도 평가

        Objectives We aimed to evaluate discrepancies between self-awareness of memory functions and actual memory functions in the elderly community. MethodsZZA total of 369 individuals aged over 65 years from four elderly community centers completed clinical evaluation, neuropsychological batteries of the Korean version of the Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer’ s disease (CERAD-K), the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS), the Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), and the Hachinski Ischemic Score. Results Among the elderly particpants, 26.3% showed incorrect awareness regarding their memory function. Those with subjective memory complaints included 73.5% with no memory impairment, while those without memory complaints included 11.3% of those with amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) and 4.3% of those with Alzheimer’ s disease (AD). Subjective memory complaints were significantly associated with depression. Among the elderly with no memory complaints, incorrect awareness was associated with‘ no previous education’ (OR 3.6, 95% CI 1.3-9.8),‘ age over 80’ (OR 2.4, 95% CI 1.1-5.4), and‘ male’ (OR 2.3, 95% CI 1.0-5.2) ; however, it was not significantly associated with depression. Conclusion Incorrect awareness of memory impairment is prevalent among the elderly. Further, elderly individuals of an advanced age with no education may have memory impairment without memory complaints

        Major depressive disorder (MDD) is defined as a state of depressed mood, loss of volition and interest, feelings of guilt and worthlessness, sleep problems, poor appetite, loss of energy, and poor concentration, which causes disability in personal and social activities. Lifetime prevalence of MDD is 6.7% (4.8% in men and 9.1% in women), and has increased by 0.2%annually for the last decade. The risk factors for suicide are MDD, severity of the MDD episode,psychotic symptoms, first episode, and being male. The suicide rate was 31.2 per 100,000 persons in the 2010 report on Death and Causes of Death in Korea, which is the seventh highest incidence in men and first in women among 105 nations from the WHO report. The lifetime rate of suicide attempts in Korea is 3.2% according to the Epidemiological Survey of Mental Disorders in Korea 2011, which is higher than the rate of China, Japan, and Western countries. It is estimated that 1,200,000 persons in Korea have attempted suicide at some point within their lifetime. Seasonal variations in suicide indicate the association between suicide and MDD. Both rates of suicide and suicide attempts are the highest in May, when a total of 52.8% of those attempting suicide were diagnosed with MDD. Forty percent of recent suicide attempts are associated with MDD, and 73.7% with MDD or alcohol use disorder in the general population. In conclusion, suicide and suicide attempts are closely associated with MDD. Suicide is a medical condition that is treatable and preventable, and suicide rates can be reduced through early diagnosis and treatment for MDD and alcohol use disorder in Korea.
