        스마트 수면 보조제품의 서비스 시스템 비즈니스 모델 연구

        서울아산병원 조사에 의하면 수면장애 된 사람이 크게 늘었으며, 특히 젊은 직장인이 직업과 가족의 빠른 발전에 중요한 단계에 있어 수면장애의 비율이 크게 늘고 있는 실정이다. 장기적인 수명 장애는 사람들의 일상 활동과 신체 건강에 심각한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 그러므로, 수면에 주의를 기울이고 수면과 건강의 문제를 연구하는 것이 필요할 것이다. 이러한 이유로 다양한 수면 보조제품과 맞춤형 수면 콘텐츠에 대한 수요도가 증가하고 있고 스마트 제품의 빠른 발전은 수면 제품의 디자인과 개선에 새로운 전환점이 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 지속가능한 제품 서비스 시스템(PSS)의 관점에서 새로운 수면장애 제품에 대한 서비스모델을 개발하는 것으로서 구체적인 연구방법 및 진행내용으로 첫째, 이해관계자 간의 상호작용 관계에 대하여 분석하였다. 왜 수면에 문제가 있는지에 대한 주제를 중심으로 자유롭게 토론하는 방법으로 아이디어와 키워드를 도출하였고 기존 수면 제품에 대한 조사 및 분석을 통하여 맞춤형 수면 제품의 장점과 단점에 대하여 분석하였다. 둘째, 대상자에 대한 분석을 통하여 페르소나에 대한 시나리오를 구체화하였고 고객 심층 인터뷰와 조사를 통하여 8개 분야의 키워드 중 총 30개의 문제점과 요구사항을 파악하였다. 마지막으로 KJ 방법을 활용하여 복합적인 통찰력을 유기적으로 결합 및 귀납하고 사용자 만족도 조사를 통하여 핵심 가치를 도출 및 다자간 협업과 상생으로 수면의 질을 효과적으로 개선할 수 있는 ‘스마트 수면 보조제품 서비스 시스템 비즈니스 모델’을 제안하였는데 도출한 주요 내용으로는 수면 환경, 질 좋은 수면을 위한 방법에 대한 지적 부재 등 7가지 이슈가 주요 요인이었다. 최종적으로 7가지 문제점을 해결하기 위한 스마트 수면 기술의 활용 내용과 과정을 시각화하였다. According to a survey at Asan Medical Center in Seoul, the number of people with sleep disorders has increased significantly, and in particular, the rate of sleep disorders is increasing significantly among young office workers as they are at an important stage in the rapid development of their jobs and families. Long-term lifespan impairments will seriously affect people's daily activities and physical health. Therefore, it will be necessary to pay attention to sleep and study the problems of sleep and health. For this reason, the demand for various sleep aids and customized sleep contents is increasing, and the rapid development of smart products has become a new turning point in the design and improvement of sleep products. The purpose of this study is to develop a service model for a new sleep disorder product from the perspective of sustainable Product Service System(PSS). First, the interaction relationship between stakeholders was analyzed with specific research methods and progress. Ideas and keywords were derived through a free discussion method focusing on the topic of why there is a problem with sleep, and the advantages and disadvantages of customized sleep products were analyzed through investigation and analysis of existing sleep products. Second, the scenario for persona was specified through the analysis of the subjects, and a total of 30 problems and requirements among the keywords in 8 fields were identified through in-depth customer interviews and surveys. Third, an intelligent sleep aid product service system business model that organically combines and inducts complex insights using the KJ method, derives core values through user satisfaction surveys, and effectively improves sleep quality through multilateral collaboration and coexistence was proposed, but as the main content derived, seven issues were the main factors, including the sleep environment and the lack of intellectual knowledge on methods for good quality sleep. Finally, the contents and process of using smart sleep technology to solve seven problems were visualized.

        Targeting treatment of bladder cancer using PTK7 aptamer-gemcitabine conjugate

        Gemcitabine (GEM) is one of the first-line chemotherapies for bladder cancer (BC), but the GEMs cannot recognize cancer cells and have a low long-term response rate and high recurrence rate with side effects during the treatment of BC. Targeted transport of GEMs to mediate cytotoxicity to tumor and avoid the systemic side effects remains a challenge in the treatment of BC.Based on a firstly confirmed biomarker in BC-protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7), which is overexpressed on the cell membrane surface in BC cells, a novel targeting system protein tyrosine kinase 7 aptamer-Gemcitabine conjugate (PTK7-GEMs) was designed and synthesized using a specific PTK7 aptamer and GEM through auto-synthesis method to deliver GEM against BC. In addition, the antitumor effects and safety evaluation of PTK7-GEMs was assessed with a series of in vitro and in vivo assays.PTK7-GEMs can specifically bind and enter to BC cells dependent on the expression levels of PTK7 and via the macropinocytosis pathway, which induced cytotoxicity after GEM cleavage from PTK7-GEMs respond to the intracellular phosphatase. Moreover, PTK7-GEMs showed stronger anti-tumor efficacy and excellent biosafety in three types of tumor xenograft mice models.These results demonstrated that PTK7-GEMs is a successful targeted aptamer-drug conjugates strategy (APDCs) to treat BC, which will provide new directions for the precision treatment of BC in the field of biomarker-oriented tumor targeted therapy.

        Isolation and Molecular Characterization of a New CRT Binding Factor Gene from Capsella bursa-pastoris

        A new CRT binding factor (CBF) gene designated Cbcbf25 was cloned from Capsella bursa pastoris, a wild grass, by the rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The full-length cDNA of Cbcbf25 was 898 bp with a 669 bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding a putative DRE/CRT (LTRE)-binding protein of 223 amino acids. The predicted CbCBF25 protein contained a potential nuclear localization signal (NLS) in its N-terminal region followed by an AP2 DNA-binding motif and a possible acidic activation domain in the C-terminal region. Bioinformatic analysis revealed that Cbcbf25 has a high level of similarity with other CBF genes like cbfl, cbf2, and cbf3 from Arabidopsis thaliana, and Bncbf5, Bncbf7, Bncbfl6, and Bncbfl7 from Brassica napus. A cold acclimation assay showed that Cbcbf25 was expressed immediately after cold triggering, but this expression was transient, suggesting that it concerns cold acclimation. Our study implies that Cbcbf25 is an analogue of other CBF genes and may participate in cold-response, by for example, controlling the expression of cold-regulated genes or increasing the freezing tolerance of plants.

        Optical Design of an Off-axis Five-mirror-anastigmatic Telescope for Near Infrared Remote Sensing

        This paper described an off-axis five-mirror-anastigmatic telescope. It is composed of three aspheric surfaces and one spherical surface while the third mirror and fifth mirror have the same parameters at the same place. This configuration is useful for having wide field of view. The strip full field of view for the near infrared telescope is 20°×0.2°. The entrance pupil is located in front of the first mirror. There is an intermediate image between the second mirror and the third mirror. The entrance pupil diameter is 100 mm and the effective focal length is 250 mm. The spectral range is 0.85 -1.75 μm. The pixel pitch is 15 μm. The image quality is near the diffraction limit. Some methods were used to restrain the stray light such as a field stop near the intermediate image, the baffle, the narrow-band pass filter and a stop in front of the focal plane.

        An Optical Design of Off-axis Four-mirror-anastigmatic Telescope for Remote Sensing

        An off-axis four-mirror-anastigmatic telescope is presented here which is composed of two aspheric surfaces and two spherical surfaces. The entrance pupil diameter is 290 mm and the stop is located at the primary mirror. The effective focal length is 900 mm. The strip field of view for the telescope is 15° × 0.2° and if the telescope is launched into an orbit about 400 km altitude, the observed range width will be more than 105 km within a scene without any other auxiliary scanning instrument. The spectral range can be as wide as from visual wave band to infrared wave band in the mirror system. This telescope can be used for environmental monitoring with different detectors whose pixel is adapted to the optical resolution. In this paper, the spectral range is chosen as 3.0 -5.0 μm, and center distance of the pixel is 30 μm. And the image quality is near the diffraction limit.

        Intrasentential Codeswitching as Conceptual Projection of Lemmas in the Bilingual Mental Lexicon

        This paper explores the bilingual speech containing intrasentential code switching (ICS) in relation to the nature and activity of the bilingual mental lexicon. ICS is defined as the use of two or more linguistic varieties within the sentence boundaries in the same discourse. It explains the phenomenon of ICS in terms of the abstract notions of `lemmas` and `lemma activation.` Lemmas are abstract entries in the mental lexicon which contain semantic, pragmatic, syntactic, morphological, and phonological information about actual lexemes. However, lemmas in the bilingual mental lexicon are tagged for specific languages. In this paper ICS is regarded as conceptual projection of language specific lemmas in the bilingual mental lexicon. What occurs in ICS leads to hypotheses about principles structuring and governing the bilingual mental lexicon and speech production process. The research findings based on ICS involving language pairs such as Chinese/English and Japanese/English indicate that ICS cannot be accounted for at the surface level of investigation. Rather, any ICS phenomenon depends on bilingual cognitively based operations of an abstract nature. The findings provide evidence that language-specific lemmas in the bilingual mental lexicon are not equally activated during the process of ICS: Some are conceptually activated, but others are not. It is only conceptually activated lemmas of the Embedded Language (EL) (i.e., the guest language) which can be switched into the sentential frame of the Matrix Language (ML) (i.e., the base or host language). The naturally occurring ICS instances discussed in this paper also provide evidence that there is differential activation of participating languages in ICS in terms of language-specific lemma activation for content morphemes, and language-specific lemma activation for morphosyntactic procedures. However, activated EL lemmas must be sufficiently congruent with ML counterparts at several levels for possible ICS realizations. This paper proposes a bilingual lemma activation model of ICS.

        Diversity and Active Mechanism of Fengycin-Type Cyclopeptides from Bacillus subtilis XF-1 Against Plasmodiophora brassicae

        Bacillus subtilis XF-1, a strain with demonstrated ability to control clubroot disease caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae, was studied to elucidate its mechanism of antifungal activity against P. brassicae. Fengycin-type cyclopeptides (FTCPs), a well-known class of compounds with strong fungitoxic activity, were purified by acid precipitation, methanol extraction, and chromatographic separation. Eight homologs of fengycin, seven homologs of dehydroxyfengycin, and six unknown FTCPs were characterized with LC/ESI-MS, LC/ESI-MS/MS, and NMR. FTCPs (250μg/ml) were used to treat the resting spores of P. brassicae (107/ml) by detecting leakage of the cytoplasm components and cell destruction. After 12 h treatment, the absorbencies at 260 nm (A260) and at 280 nm (A280) increased gradually to approaching the maximum of absorbance, accompanying the collapse of P. brassicae resting spores, and nearly no complete cells were observed at 24 h treatment. The results suggested that the cells could be cleaved by the FTCPs of B. subtilis XF-1, and the diversity of FTCPs was mainly attributed to a mechanism of clubroot disease biocontrol.

        中国房地产市场分析: 以中国重要城市为中心

        After the reform of the real estate in 1998, the real estate sector played an important role during the rapid growth of the Chinese economy. Currently, the Chinese real estate market is overheated due to massive private investment spikes and speculative factors, and it is expected to have a major impact on the sluggish economy in China. At present, the Chinese economy is in the imbalance of the gap between the rich and the poor, and this imbalance is occurring not only in personal income but also in the urban real estate market. Due to high housing prices and excessive construction, housing overcrowding has occurred in many cities, and the Chinese government is implementing policies to conserve housing inventory to stabilize the real estate market. This uneven development of China's real estate market is closely related to the real estate policies implemented by the central government and domestic and overseas economic conditions. The characteristics of the Chinese real estate market are very unstable in that they are not only high in prices but also highly volatile. Chinese government will need to improve the overheating of the real estate market and the imbalanced development of the region, which are currently faced by appropriate policies. Therefore, this paper outlines the real estate policies of the Chinese government since 1998 and suggests policy implications to cope with the problems of the real estate market facing major cities investigating the influence of GDP, GDP per capita, investment to the real estate market and completed area of the real estate related to real estate price in several main cities.
