통섭 역량 모형 및 측정 도구 개발 연구

최근 다양한 전문분야를 섭렵하고 창의적 아이디어를 생성할 수 있는 통섭형 인재의 양성이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 통섭형 인재의 개발을 위해 사용할 수 있는 통섭 역량 모형을 수립하고 이를 토대로 통섭 역량을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하고 타당화하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 문헌 고찰을 통해 통섭 역량 및 통섭 역량의 구성요인을 조작적으로 정의하였고, 각 구성요인을 측정할 수 있는 문항을 개발하여 전문가와의 심층면접(FGI)을 통해 그 타당도를 검증하였다. 또한 새로 개발한 도구를 사용하여 기업에 취직하거나 대학원에 진학한 대학교 졸업생의 통섭 역량을 평가한 자료를 상사나 동료로부터 수집하여 신뢰도 분석 및 탐색적·확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 최종적으로 개방적 지식 습득과 통합적 아이디어 생성, 유연한 문제 해결의 세 하위요인을 측정하는 15개의 문항이 본 연구에서 도출되었다. 추후 연구를 통해서 본 검사도구의 타당도가 지속적으로 검증된다면 다양한 분야에서 인적자원의 통섭 역량을 측정하고 개발하는데 적극적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was twofold. First, the researchers proposed a theoretical model of consilience competency that can be considered as one of the core competencies in the workplace. Second, based on the model, the researchers developed and validated an instrument that was designed to measure consilience competency. To accomplish this goal, the literature on consilience was reviewed and the construct was operationalized. Then three sub-constructs of consilience competency were identified and a pool of 36 items was created. A series of Focus Group Interviews (FGI) with HR experts were conducted and an instrument that consisted of 15 items was developed to measure open knowledge acquisition, integrative idea generation, and flexible problem solving. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using a dataset that was collected from college graduates working in organizations. Results suggest that the consilience competency scale was reliable and valid. If the factor structure of this scale is consistently found to be valid in subsequent studies, it can be used to develop human resources in diverse fields.

The purpose of this study was to develop an indicator of core competency of freshmen of an Institute of Science & Technology (IST). Through the document analysis and the expert survey, core competency indicators that include 5 core competencies and 15 sub-competencies (a total of 48 items) were developed. Then content validity was examined by experts in measurement and statistics and secondary education. Also, by using students’ responses, reliability was tested with Cronbach’s alpha and construct validity were tested through confirmatory factor analysis. Results suggest that the core competency indicator is reliable and valid in measuring core competencies of freshmen students in an Institute of Science & Technology. Discussions were provided in terms of improving student admission processes.

협동학습경험이 지각된 교사지원과 내재적 학습동기를 매개로 중학새의 학업성취에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 한국교육개발원의 학교 교육 실태 및 수준 분석 연구 2010년 중학교 3학년 자료를 사용하여 중학생들의 협동학습경험이 지각된 교사지원과 내재적 학습동기를 매개로 학업성취에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 구조방정식모형을 설정하고 주요 변인 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구모형의 적합도는 우수한 것으로 나타났으며 변인 간의 구조관계를 분석한 결과, 협동학습경험, 지각된 교사지원, 내재적 학습동기, 학업성취 간의 모든 관계에서 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 각 변인 간의 관계를 자세히 살펴보며, 학생의 협동학습경험은 지각된 교사지원을 매개로 내재적 동기와 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 협동학습경험은 지각된 교사지원을 매개로 내재적 동기에 정적인 영향을 미친 후 이것이 다시 학업성취에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 협동학습경험은 내재적 동기를 직접 매개함으로써 학업서취에 영향을 미치기도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 다른 변인을 통제하였을 때 협동학습경험이 학업성취에 미치는 직접적인 영향은 약하지만 부적인 것으로 드러났다. 이러한 결과는 협동학습의 경험을 통해 학생들의학업성취에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 위햇는 학생들의 교사를 지지적으로 인식할 수 있도록 하는 노력과 학생들의 내재적 학습동기를 증진시키는 것이 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 시사해준다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of cooperative learning experience on Korean middle school students` academic achievement and how its effects were mediated by perceived teacher support and intrinsic motivation, using the KDEI "Analysis in the Actual Status and the Quality of School Education in Korea: A Study on the Middle Schools" 2010 data. A structural equation model was used to examine the relations among cooperative learning experience, perceived teacher support intrinsic motivation, and academic achievement. It was found that the direct effect of cooperative learning experience on achievement was negative while the mediating effects through perceived teacher support and intrinsic motivation were positive. Results suggest that teacher support and students1 intrinsic motivation play an important role between cooperative learning and academic achieement. Theoretical and practical implications of this finding were discussed in detail.

조별 과제 동료평가 행동기준평정척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a behaviorally anchored rating scale for peer evaluation in group projects based on social interdependence theory. A mixed method involving a qualitative and quantitative approach was used in this study. In the qualitative study, both the individual and group interviews were conducted to college students regarding their cooperative learning experiences. Data from this qualitative research was analyzed based on 5 elements of cooperative learning and ‘critical incidents’ were extracted from students’ own voices that would serve as specific rating criteria in the scale. Once the ‘critical incidents’ have been incorporated into the scale, validation from 3 independent experts was conducted. In the quantitative study, correlations with relevant variables were analyzed to examine the criteria-referenced validity. Findings suggest that the behaviorally anchored rating scale for peer evaluation in group projects can be used in various team-based learning contexts.

중등 예비교사 창의교육 핵심역량 측정도구 개발 및 타당화

본 연구의 목적은 중등 예비교사의 창의교육 핵심역량 검사 도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 데 있다. 선행연구검토 및 예비교사 양성 전문가들의 의견에 기반하여 핵심개념 분석 역량, 학생참여형 수업 디자인 역량, 창의적 교수법 역량, 과정중심평가 역량으로 설정하고 측정문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 검사 도구는 전문가들을 대상으로 내용타당도 검증을 받았다. 또한, 서울 소재의 E여자대학교 소속 사범대학 재학생을 대상으로 2차례에 걸쳐 수집한 자료를 활용하여 신뢰도 검증(n=430)과 구인 및 준거관련 타당도 검증(n=119)을 하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구에서 개발한 예비교사 창의교육 검사 도구는 4개의 하위 요인과 요인별 3개의 측정문항으로 신뢰성 있고 타당한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate an instrument to examine pre-service teachers’ competency in creative teaching. Based on previous studies and consultations with professor in the college of education, 4 core competencies in creative teaching that is required for pre-service teachers were identified and self-report items to measure those competencies were developed. Content validity was tested by college of education faculty members and in-service teachers specialized in creative teaching. Using the dataset collected from pre-service teachers, reliability test(n=430), confirmatory factor analyses(n=119) were conducted. Results suggest that the instrument is reliable and valid. Discussions were provided in terms of its implications in teacher education.

A Dynamic Model of a Gas Engine-Driven Heat Pump in Cooling Mode for Real-Time Simulation

The present study has been conducted to simulate dynamics of a gas engine-driven heat pump (GHP) for the design of control algorithm. The dynamic model of a GHP was based on conservation laws of mass and energy. For the control of refrigerant pressures, actuators such as an engine throttle valve, outdoor fans, coolant three-way valves and liquid injection valves were controlled by P or PI algorithm. The simulation results were found to be realistic enough to be applied for the control algorithm design. The model could be applied to build a virtual real-time GHP system so that it interfaces with a real controller for the purpose of developing control algorithm.

중등교원임용 교육학 논술시험의 타당성에 대한 탐색적 연구

The purpose of this study is to explore the validity of the essay type examination on pedagogy for secondary-school teacher’s license. In this study, we analyzed the content as well as the items of the essay type examinations on pedagogy that were administered from 2014 to 2017. For the analysis of the content of evaluation covered in the examination, we used the KICE(2008)’s guideline on the evaluation domain and content in pedagogy. For the analysis of the questions and reading passage, we used the key competencies for future teachers as our analytical framework. Our results suggest that a wide range of domain and content in pedagogy was covered in the essay type examination for the past four years. We also found that all six examinations contained questions pertinent to the content in the domains of educational administration and curriculum. As for the questions and passages used each year, we found that most of them were designed to evaluate the teacher candidates’ competency of understanding. Based on our analysis, we discussed the implications of our study and provided suggestions for the revision of the essay type examination on pedagogy for secondaryschool teacher’s license. 연구의 목적은 중등교원임용 교육학 논술시험의 타당성을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2014~2017학년도 중등학교 교사 임용후보자 선정경쟁시험 교육학 제1차 시험 기출문제의 평가 내용 및 문항을 분석하였다. 기출문제 평가 내용의 경우, KICE(2008)의「교육학(공통)」의 교사 자격 기준과 평가 영역 및 평가 내용 요소를 중심으로 분석하였으며, 기출문제 문항의 경우, 지문과 문항 내용에 대해 미래교사역량을 중심으로 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 중등교원임용 교육학 논술시험에서는 다양한 세부전공 지식을 측정하고 있으며 특히, 교육행정 및 교육과정에 관한 내용을 중심으로 타 세부전공 내용을 측정하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 미래교육에서 요구되는 교사 핵심 역량 중 이해 역량을 측정할 수 있는 방향으로 서술형 문항이 구성되는 것으로 나타났다. 교육학 논술시험 시행 4년간의 기출문제 분석을 통해 도출한 중등교원임용 개선을 위한 제안점을 제시하였다.
