      • 인삼의 산지판별을 위한 전자코의 Conducting Polymer 센서와 Metal Oxide 센서의 이용

        인삼의 원산지를 확인하기위하여 전자코를 사용하였다. 농산물에서 배출되는 가스성분을 아무런 전처리 과정 없이 coducting polymer센서와 metal oxide 센서를 각각 사용하였을 때와 동시에 함께 사용하였을 때 정준판별분석결과 두 가지 형태의 센서를 활용하였을 때 인삼의 산지를 뚜렷하게 판별할 수 있었다. The habitats of ginseng was investigated by using electronic nose without any pretreatment. Metal oxide sensor and conduction polymer sensor as a sensing material were used, respectively and also used both of them. The difference of Canonical discriminant scores in case of using both rather than one sensor was distinctly shown. The separation of Chinese ginseng and the locally produced one could be obtained by using composite sensing systems of electronic nose.

      • 액정유체의 압력 유도 흐름에서의 분자 배향과 속도 분포

        본 연구에서는 액정의 압력 유도 흐름에 대해 적응성 토크 균형식과 코시 운동량보존식을 액정 연속체 이론의 핵심이 되는 Leslie-Ericksen 이론에 적용하여 수치해석 방법들로 풀어내었다.비선형 편미분 방정식계의 해를 구할 때 경계조건으로 쓰인 분자 배향닻 조건은 평행 닻조건(parallel anchoring)과 직교 닻조건(homeotropic anchoring)이다.분자 배향 분포는 평행 닻조건에서나 직교 닻조건에서나 시간이 지남에 따라 간단한 전단 흐름에서와 같이 3차원 비평판 배향의 구조를 갖게되지만 배향 비틀림의 구조가 다름을 알 수 있었다.배향 비틀링의 3차원적 구조를 갖게됨에 따라 압력 구배가 걸리는 흐름방향의 주 속도 분포뿐만 아니라 직교되는 방향으로 부 속도분포가 생기며 정상상태로 발전해가는 속도 분포 진화는 점근적이 아닌 진동적이다.비정상상태에서나 정상상태에서 속도 분포는 비 뉴톤성임을 알 수 있다.비등방성 Miesowicz 점도 순열에 따른 평행 닻조건에서의 더 많은 흐름량을 볼수 있고 직교 닻조건에서는 벽면에서 보이는 작은 속도 구배량의 특징을 가진다.

      • 복부 결핵으로 발현된 후천성 면역 결핍증 1예

        The incidence of tuberculosis (TB) had gradually been declining all over the world, but in recent years, TB has been increasing due to the spread of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). When immune-suppression status deteriorates further, extrapulmonary TB generally appears more often. Abdominal TB is one type of extra-pulmonary TB, which may involve the gastrointestinal tract, peritoneum, lymph nodes or solid viscera. We encountered a case who had initially been diagnosed as having abdominal TB, had progressed to acute respiratory distress syndrome and was eventually confirmed as having developed acquired immune deficiency syndrome. In cases of coinfection of TB and HIV, it is reported that immunological responses become poor and complications with higher morbidity frequently occur. Therefore, the Korean guidelines for TB should be revised to ensure whether HIV infection exists in TB patients.

        LED를 이용한 복합레진의 광조사시, 중합수축의 속도와 양, 미세경도에 관한 연구

        This study evaluated the effectiveness of the light emitting diode(LED) units for composite curing. To compare its effectiveness with conventional quartz tungsten halogen (QTH) light curing unit, the microhardness of 2mm composite, Z250, which had been light cured by the LEDs (Ultralume LED2, FreeLight, Developing product D1) or QTH (XL 3000) were compared on the upper and lower surface. One way ANOVA with Tukey and Paired t-test was used at 95% levels of confidence. In addition, the amount of linear polymerization shrinkage was compared between composites which were light cured by QTH or LEDs using a custom-made linimeter in 10s and 60s of light curing, and the amount of linear polymerization shrinkage was compared by one way ANOVA with Tukey. The amount of polymerization shrinkage at 10s was XL3000 > Ultralume 2, 40, 60 > FreeLight, D1 (P<0.05) The amount of polymerization shrinkage at 60s was XL3000 > Ultralume 2, 60 > Ultralume 2, 40 > FreeLight, D1 (P<0.05) The microhardness on the upper and lower surface was as follows; <본문 참조> It was concluded that the LEDs produced lower polymerization shrinkage in 10s and 60s compared with QTH unit. In addition, the microhardness of samples which had been cured with LEDs was lower on the lower surfaces than the upper surfaces whereas there was no difference in QTH cured samples.

      • 간호학생의 간호이미지에 관한 영향요인 연구

        Purpose: This study was designed to identify nursing image and factors influencing nursing image among nursing students. Methods: A cross-sectional design was conducted with a sample of 159 nursing students from two college in Korea who experienced a clinical training for more than a session. They were interviewed for more than a session. They were interviewed from November 9 to November 23, 2010, using a structured questionnaire. The tools utilized for this study were scales measuring nursing image (29 items), self-esteem (10 items), and satisfaction of a clinical tranining (31 items). The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 employing pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score for nursing image among nursing students was 108.48 points. Factors influencing nrusing image in nursing students were identified as self-esteem (β=.306) and safisfaction level with a clinical training (β=1.596). These factors explained 31.3% of nursing image reported by nursing students. Conclusion: The results indicate that self-esteem and satisfaction of a clinical training are major factors influencing nursing image among nursing students in two colleges. Therefore, these factors may serve as predictors of nursing image in nursing students. Discussion: This study suggests that the education and programs related to nursing students' positive nursing image are required in order to improve their nursing image. This also points out that it is needed to reaffirm self-esteem and satisfaction of a clinical training after applying such education and programs to nursing students.

      • 전자충돌이 Mo/Pd(100)계의 저에너지 전자회절 pattern에 미치는 영향

        Mo 재질의 평판 위에 Pd(100) 결정시료를 놓고 3 keV의 Ar 이온선으로 동시에 bombardment 시킬때, Mo 원자들이 Pd(100)상에 증착 되는 현상을 발견하였다. 이렇게 증착된 Mo 원자들의 덮임율과 흡착구조, 그리고 이들 흡착구조들이 전자선 충격에 의해 받는 영향을 LEED와 AES를 이용하여 조사하였다. 흡착된 Mo 원자의 덮임율이 0.1일 때, Mo/Pd(100)로부터 어닐링(annealing) 온도 300℃와 500℃이상에서 각각 c(4×2)와 c(4×2)3+(√5×√5)R arctan 1/2 pattern이 관측되었다. 이들 pattern중 안정된 흡착구조인 (√5×√5)R arctan 1/2 는 3 keV의 전자선 충격에 의한 영향이 매우 적으나 불안정한 흡착구조인 c(4×2)는 민감하게 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. Pd(100) sample was mounted on Mo plate in ultra high vacuum chamber, and both of Pd(100) sample and Mo plate were bombarded by 3 keV Ar ion beam. It was found that this bombardment gave rise to deposition of Mo atoms on Pd(100). The coverage and overlayer structure of Mo adatom, and an effect of the electron impact on this Mo/Pd(100) system were investigated by LEED and AES. When the coverage of Mo was 0.1, c(4×2) and c(4×2)+(√5×√5)R arctan 1/2 pattern were observed from this system at annealing temperature of 300℃ and above 500℃, respectively. When irradiating 3 keV electron beam on these surface structures, the c(4×2) corresponding to unstable overlayer structure from both LEED patterns was sensitively influenced but the (√5×√5)R arctan 1/2 not sensitively by 3 keV electron impact.

      • 잔류진동 감소를 위한 입력성형 필터에 대한 연구

        Input shaping method is an open-loop control method for reduction residual vibration. Many researchers have controled residual vibration with input shaping filter. This filter is designed with information of natural frequency and damping ratio. Until now this has been designed in the continuous time domain. But design of continuous time domain is complicate because of nonlinear simultaneous equations. So, this paper presents design method of input shaping filter and calculation method of sensitivity in the z-domain. Not solving nonlinear simultaneous equations and estimating shape of sensitivity curve, we are easy to design input shaping filter. In this paper, we calculate sensitivity as impulse interval in the z-domain and prove the same of sensitivity in the time domain and in the z-domain.

        cDNA array 방법을 이용한 망간에 노출된 흰쥐 뇌기저핵의 유전자발현 분석

        Objectives: This study investigated the gene expression profile in basal ganglia of manganese-exposed rats based on cDNA array analysis. Methods: For cDNA array, 25 male Sprague-Dawley rats (250±25 g) were intraperitoneally injected with 25 ㎎/㎏ B. W./day of MnCl2 (0.3 ㎖) for 10 days. For dose-related gene expression analysis, rats were intraperitoneally injected with 0.2, 1.0, and 5.0 ㎎/㎏ B. W/day of MnCl2 for 10 days. Control rats were injected with an equal volume of saline. RNA samples were extracted from brain tissue and reverse-transcribed in the presence of [α^(32)P]-dATP. Membrane sets of the Atlas Rat 1.2 array Ⅱ and Toxicology array 1.2 kit (Clontech, Palo Alto, CA) were hybridized with cDNA probe sets. Northern blot hybridization method was employed to assess the dose-related gene expression. Results: Fifty-two genes showed significant changes in expression of more than two-fold. Twenty-eight were up-regulated and 24 were down-regulated in the manganese-exposed group compared to the control. Among the 52 genes, 28 genes including nuclear factor I-X1 (NF1-X1), neuroligin 2 and 3, mitochondrial stress-70 protein (MTHSP70), neurodegeneration-associated protein 1 (Neurodap 1), multidrug resistance protein (MDR), and endoplasmic reticulum stress protein 72 (ERP72), were reported for the first time related to the manganese-induced neurotoxic-metabolism in the rat basal ganglia. According to the dose-related gene expression analyses, MTHSP70, Neurodap 1 and ERP72 genes were up-regulated compared to the control even in the group exposed to low manganese dose ( 0.2 ㎎/㎏ B.W./day). Conclusions: Twenty-eight genes detected for the first time in this study were closely related to the manganese-induced neurotoxic-metabolism in the rat basal ganglia and further study of these genes can give some more useful information about the manganese metabolism.
