1974年 8月 1日부터 30日까지 서울市의 9個所 地下水에서 金屬에 關하여 實驗한 結果는 다음과 같다. Magnesium: 동대문구가 0.37 ppm으로 가장 낮았고 관악구가 7.13 ppm으로 가장 높았다. Copper: 성동구가 trace였고 용산구가 0.03 ppm 관악구 0.03 ppm으로 가장 높았다. Manganese: 도봉구가 0.037 ppm으로 가장 낮았고 성북구가 0.39 ppm 으로 가장 높았다. Aluminum: 용산구가 trace였고 성북구가 0.23 ppm으로 가장 높았다. Chlorine: 영등포구가 7.38 ppm으로 가장 낮았고 마포구가 58.0 ppm으로 가장 높았다. Sodium: 영등포구가 5.90 ppm으로 가장 낮았고 용산구가 59.7 ppm으로 가장 높았다. Potassium: 영등포구가 0.4 ppm으로 가장 낮았고 용산구가 6.45 ppm으로 가장 높았다. Zinc: 서대문구 0.007 ppm 성북구 0.007 ppm으로 2區가 가장 낮았고 동대문구 0.05 ppm으로 가장 높았다. Other Investigated the Survey on the mineral Contents of under ground water at Seoul area for the 9 place from 1, August, 1974. to 30, August which Indicated as follows: 1) Magnesium: In the magnesium concentration, the lowest area was Dongdaemoon-ku(0.37ppm)while the highest area was kwanak-ku (7.13 ppm) . Copper: In the copper concentration, the lowest area was Sungdong-ku (trace), while the highest area were yong San-ku (0.03 ppm). Kwanak-ku (0.03 ppm) Manganese: In the Manganese concentration, the lowest area was Dobong-ku (0.037 ppm), while the highest area was Sungbuk-ku (0.23 ppm). Aluminum: In the Copper concentration, the lowest was yongSan-ku (trace), while the highest was Sungbuk-ku(0.23 Ppm) Chlorine: In the Chlorine concentration, the lowest area was yeongdeungPo-ku (7.38 ppm), while the highest area was Mapo-ku (58.0ppm) . Sodium: In the Sodium concentration, the lowest was yeongdeung Po-ku (5.90 ppm). while the highest area was yong San-ku (59.7 ppm) Potassium: In tha potassium concentration, the lowest was yeongdeung Po-ku (0.4 Ppm), while the highest area was yong San-ku (6.45 ppm), Zinc: In the zinc concentration, the lowest area were Sudaemoon-ku(0.00 7PPm), Sungbuk-ku(0.007 ppm), while the highest area was Dongdaemoon-ku (0.05 Ppm).
위생 캔으로 제조한 녹차첨가 발효된장의 품질평가와 금속물질 함량에 관한 연구

In order to improve the Quality of fermented soybean Doenjang was investigated. The samples were prepared and fermented by the koji made with A. oryzae, B. subtilis and B. natto strains, that the product added green tea powder with sanitary canned food. 1. The water content of sample was 50.30-42.14%, pH value 6.03-5.52 and total acidity, 3.01-3.87. 2. The reducing sugar content for samples was 9.35-7.81%, Amino-N, 7.96-9.21%. 3. In the sensory evaluation test, the good sensory qualify that was S-2 sample than to S-1 and S-3. 4. The heavy metals analyzed from sample cans, tin, iron and lead content were 27.31-29.04 ppm, 5.32-5.91 ppm and trace amount.

Author Investigated the Variation of dissolved tin ammounts between Lacqured can and plain Can in the Commercial Canned white Peach according to storage time by use of A. 0. A. C. Method. Obtained results indicated as follows: 1. Degree of tin dissolving were increased Proportionally according to storage time of Canned Peach. 2. It was demonstrated that the Lacqured Can has a small amounts of dissolved tin than plain Can.
